Banned From All Caddell Casinos

Difficult to say at what point they ban you from bonuses, or altogether. I haven't been banned or bonus banned myself, which is fine but as Jono says there is potential for a big part of the market for these sites, great game selection etc. One thing I ask, when you get bonus banned, do you stop getting the bonus points too on your play, which get converted to 35x WR bonus money?

I was thinking that each individual casino may bonus ban you now as I have not had an offer from Hello since I made a nice withdrawal by bonus buying White Rabbit, I didnt even dip into the bonus on that either and that was back end of last year.
Even though they all come under Caddell, there seems to be 2 or 3 little groups of them.
One with Playgrand, Twentyone and Fruity Casa etc in.
One with Hello, 21prive, G'day, Reel Island, Diamond 7 etc in.
The latter used to let you play any Netent slot on free spins but it looks like this has finished now.

Had a 10 free spin offer from a few of them yesterday but it was the nominated slot, but not from 21Prive who I made a withdrawal from some free spins last week.

Some just slow down when you withdraw or win a bit in a row. Happened to me but if you are awol for a bit then the bonus offers start again. Usually crappy ones then better ones as you remain inactive.

I think its just managers who get bored and upset someone one and think screw this person bonus ban them. It doesnt seem they go by any chart or reason and its just on a whim. Ive taken dozens of bonuses with them over the past 12+ months and not been bonus banned. While others have been bonus banned for much less.

A few things I've learnt about this group from recent experiences.

They initially start to ban individually per site, once a withdrawal reaches a certain point (Spinland took just one £1,125 from £75 for the ban, Casimba took about 4K from £3-400)

Next comes the reduction in offers, pretty much daily drop off to once/twice a week, some nothing but will still get a 'blue moon' offer.

Now comes the beauty which I've had the joy of experiencing not once but twice in the "blanket ban" where you get no offers at all, emails stop overnight, that is it.

Now the first time they simply closed my accounts across the board. The second time all my accounts are fully functional just with the omission of any bonus offers.

Management have informed me I will get no, no deposit stuff OR any deposit based bonus funds or FS.

@dunover - However they have assured me as cash only wagers generate the loyalty points, I will still earn and be able to redeem and use these ( every £10 Wagered = 2 points, 1,000 points = £5 bonus funds - 35xB WR)

It’s true though that they should encourage you back. As a casino manager on here pointed out, big winners and big losers will slowly move towards the 96%/97% mark.

So actually, they are prob doing you a favour lol.

This is actually very true.

My bet sizes range from minimum to no more than £1 (and the £1 are very rare and when I have a big balance)

I have a very disciplined betting strategy and one I've stuck to for years upon years, that together with the fact I am a self admitted super jammy git, they've probably decided to cut their losses, knowing that in the future, I am more likely to get more in front on them rather than start to lose back.

So after a withdrawal on slots cafe they have also bonus banned me from all Cadell casinos. I will never let this rest since I have deposited enough with them and what they are doing is simply criminal behaviour. If they won't go back on their rogue decision to bonus ban me because I finally made a withdrawal I will never rest until as many players online are warned of their rogue behaviour when it comes to bonuses and getting banned when clearly 0 rules broken. They are well within their rights to not offer bonuses and cover their ass in their T&C's

Shitter I know and I am still "missing" their offers after a few month's but sadly nowt we humble players can do about it

Maybe so but I will warn as many people as possible if they don't give me answers as to why I am bonus banned. The only thing I got is "attempt to bonus abuse". I made only one deposit on slots cafe and when I won 1k they decided that I attempt to take advantage of their bonuses? With the first deposit Bonus? I would still get another two deposit bonuses for the welcome bonus but they decided that a player that wins abuses bonuses. Just how?

I have registered with almost all of their casinos over the years, never had any problems but maybe that is because I kept losing? What kind of condition is this? It makes 0 sense. If they wanted to ban me because I join all their casino's and take the welcome bonuses they should have done this a long time ago! Got bonus banned myself but very rarely win anything with a bonus just prolonged my play time.

Did win quite alot through my cash though which i think was my down fall.

I never broke any rules, I just won too often from their bonuses.

The strange thing is though, I had my accounts closed, and am banned from opening any other accounts on their network.
So they aren't even giving me the opportunity to lose my winnings back to them, with or without a bonus

Don'tt get the reference. The point was, I'm not sure where you were going when saying blame the pm (prime minister here, not president) - different provinces have different rules, different games etc. and the current issues regarding online slots predate the current leader..in fact, DURING the current administration(s), we're making strides moving out of the grey region (provincially legislated online gaming, Netent in BC).
