Banned From All Caddell Casinos

Did you always play with a bonus? Im thinking of playing with just cash for awhile to avoid this

A friend of mine got the banhammer tonight. He onlyhad 4 cashouts out of 26 deposits but took lots of bonuses. He had $750 cashout this weekend and then bannnnnnned

Most times, yes - although they have seen a handful of cash only deposit from me over the months.

I personally don't think it makes too much difference, the ban comes I feel when player 'x' is too much ahead across their network.

That been said, I've discovered another branch on the tree in that there is also a "pre ban" / grey area. When withdrawals on a certain site reach a point, you'll find they don't ban but send double loyalty points emails instead of a deposit match (this has happened to me at both Spinland and Casimba)

Seems their offers picked back up this week also, had 100% matches across 4 or 5 sites sent yesterday.

Believe that both are the same - withdraw real cash if not dipped into bonus.

Their ban criteria seems pretty random. In the past few months I've been whoring basically all their welcome bonuses and then some. I even pushed it by depositing min amount for 100 free spins on Twin Spin, wagered my deposit a little over 1x earning a small profit, withdrawing and only then playing the spins as well as taking any 100% or over bonuses after the welcome package. Had a bunch of cashouts too from small deposits as in 600e, 300e, 150e etc. I even managed to get my money back on one of them after losing a deposit when they gave me a 3 euro loyalty bonus and I managed to play it up to 40e. Seems like other players have been banned for much less than me.

After another big win (Magic Mirror Deluxe) using a bonus I checked in with support to see their policy. My all accounts across Caddell currently have a 30/70 bonus ratio and the agent said that was within 'range' of not being banned.

I am having a major headache with Caddell at the moment, £50 withdrawn from Slot Planet 3 weeks ago and £50 withdrawn from Casimba 2 weeks ago, one payment received and they are both claiming they have made the payment - yet they supposedly run independently of eachother so can't help me any further.

yeah it was one of those what if moments as odd as it sounds i was a bit disappointed when they approved 180 cashout lol but thinking about im sure 1,5k would be different though.
