Identical situation to Brian. Being too lucky and sensible enough to use the cash out button
My initial ban was as Brian describes. After some "inside" help, I got my accounts reopened, bonuses available and a £50 cash good will gesture!!! - (yes, seriously)
I then went on to cash out about another 3K from a handful of £25 deposits and find myself bonus banned all over again, this time however they've left my accounts open

Pretty reputable and always paid in the past, just not accredited.
Bit too trigger happy on the bonus ban button and will use their terms against players for even the slightest infraction but other than that pretty sound

yeah its a good bunch, really nice and frequent offers too and never had problems with any of their sites. Its just that they are apparently very quick to bonus ban people, especially those who win of their bonuses :/
at least it seems things have changed a bit now. I dont get bonus offers from 2 or 3 of their sites anymore, but others keep on sending me weekly promos so maybe they moved away from network-wide bonus bans? Hellocasino doesnt send me bonus offers anymore, which is a shame because it was like incredibly lucky for me - at times i felt bad cashing out because once i cashed out from 4 deposits in a row lol.

I was just again on chat with café slots and told them that they will definitely go out of business if they keep these practices up. I also explained why people only want to play there with bonus. Can you tell me what they have that is good or special without the bonuses? The have a pending period of two Working days. This and only because of this I refuse to deposit further real money with them. I also explained to them that I do reguraly play without bonuses but only on casinos without bullshit pending times like LeoVegas. So really their only good selling point would be the bonuses which they ban players from who manage to wager this heavy bonuses with a lot of wagering. This time I told them that I don't care if they keep my account close for bonuses. But please at least change the withdrawal pending time.
Still this group has banned me from their bonuses while my overal rtp om their whole branch of casinos is still negative. I doubt this group will be in business for the years to come as the competition is hands down 1000 times better @ videoslots or LeoVegas.

No they actually do pay the winnings, why would they not if it is legit winnings. If they want to lose their MGA or ukgc license they should not pay. They will just bonus ban you if you win too much. That could be anything above a few hundred bucks. I have already explained many times why most people only play with bonus offers on their casinos. Honestly if they would change their withdrawal policy I would not even use most of their bonuses considering the very high wagering. But yeah when you have standard two Working days pending time on your withdrawals I would rather play at casinos like videoslots.

No, they always pay THEN they either remove bonuses thereafter across the license if they consider you use them excessively or exclusively. Or you may simply be paid and have your accounts closed over the group altogether. It's odd but they like to see value from players and to be fair many of their casinos offer FTD bonuses higher than you'll get anywhere else, some used to be unlimited.

No, it wouldn't, only to the UK as our rules state that you cannot tie real money to bonuses so real money can be withdrawn at any time, forfeiting the bonus. This limits our bonuses a bit as they effectively become 'second chance bonuses' which activate if you bust your real cash out. That's why, for us at least, they have capped conversion amounts or multiplies in most cases.

IIRC Hello were not originally a White Hat casino at that time? I vaguely recall they began under a different license and went to WHG when the UKGC licensing requirement came in in April 2015 or 16 whenever it was. I could be wrong...

The only thing that caddell / WHG casinos are missing is Ecopayz support. Even though the cashouts would be slow, I would love to play there from time to time since they have a great selection of blueprint games. :/

Spinrider last night happily removed my bonus and was able to withdraw no issues at all, tbh apart from the silly pending times the group I find superb, always active chat and the best offers around.

I have started to get one or two but only 10%'ers
I think this is the time when casinos really will start to address these sort of things as the amount of competition about these days, they simply want to be but cannot afford to be picky, choosy etc etc, they all NEED the trade to stay in business.
Might try the odd deposit, see if I get un-banned properly, don't know how much more of a constant graveyard video slots I can take

Well they have also unbanned me and even threw 50 euro cash (no bonus) in my account which I lost quickly. I wonder if I won't get banned again if I join a new casino of theirs again and use the welcome bonus. I really like their welcome bonuses because it's mostly 200% and will give you some playtime at least. The only thing their group needs to do to keep someone like me as a regular player who will deposit no matter if a bonus is available is to pay out the withdrawal the same day as I make the request. Honestly that is the only reason why I keep depositing at videoslots and never with any bonus. I'm glad that the bonus ban is lifted as it was totally unfair since I am overall with loss in their group of casino's. They have awesome games and awesome bonuses (except the wager requirements). They only need to drop this bonus banning on players and process cashouts the same day and they will be one of the best casino's to play at.

I do like the White Hat Gaming / Caddell group in terms of slot providers and the deposit bonuses. The only things that would make it so much better and would have me play more without deposit bonuses would be to have Ecopayz for deposits / withdraws, and to ditch the 48 hour "pending" periods to do "same day withdraws" instead.

I wrote them the other day to add ecopayz. Sadly the support on most WHG are pretty terrible and probably wont find their hands to the right people. But if you have a minute sonic it may not be a bad thing to shoot one of the better ones an email requesting they get it. The more requests they get, the more they may listen.

I wonder if they will bonus ban me again. Registered and took the welcome bonus on temple Nile casino after a losing streak on slots cafe and 21prive. Spend two whole days wagering the bonus. I managed to get my balance up to 3800 euro almost finishing the bonus requirements but by the time I was finished I had 2920 euro left. Made a cashouts of 2720 euro on Thursday and it's still pending. This is what I'm talking about, always this long pending periods on all cadell casino's. I wonder when they will change this. I will have to wait out the weekend and by luck they will process my withdrawal Thesday making it a total of 6 days pending with the weekend included. Also I never touched a penny of my bonus balance but when I went to live chat they told me that I had to wager everything before I could make a cashout. Something to keep in mind.
