Atlantic Interbet

No its to to funny that you can't even access AIB from AOL, they have been banner from use there, but AIB will tell you it just a router problem. We if they just think I will go away then they have another thought coming, it will be a cold day in hell before I just give them the money that was stolen from me. Ignoring me won't help either, I will be posting this daily until they put the money back. I have given them a good solution and all I get back from them now is cyber space(Not a damn thing). What I really think is funny is you can still get to their other site using AOL... SO why is that I ask, cuz you have scammed to many people and AOL will not put up with that.

Here is another point about AOL and Atlantic Interbet, why can't you access it anymore, its been over a month now and still AIB seem no closer to solving this problem and hacking from the internet is much easier done than from AOL. In my option AOL will not put up with this and that is why they have banned AIB ISP access from them. Oh and I know this has hurt AIB very badly and they have drop payoffs and set profit margin lower because of it.

Fly, here is another thought about AIB for you to ponder. The law in Antigua clearly states that any company setting up business in Angique as an online gambling site MUST use a server in Antigua. It could be possible that Mark is running scared because he was running the show from Connecticut where having an internet gambling site is AGAINST THE LAW. It could be possible that he set up the server in Antigua and that may be what the hang up is about connection through AOL. That could also be one of the reasons Mark moved one of his employees, HRT, to Antigua...the law there says there must be a physical person running the business from there at least three months out of the year. In another case against a man in Connecticut, and one in New York, who were using servers in Antigua, the Judge found them both guilty of a crime. The Judge stated..."I don't care where your server is or how many people you have there three months out of the year. Administratively you are running the thing from the United States, and that is a felony..." Both gentlemen went to jail for a minimum of 5 years. It sounds to me like Mark might be seriously vulnerable because he runs the show from Connecticut.....hmmmmmmmm

I have written them 6 times without any response and this is getting damn quite irritated now, you can ignore me but I will not stop this. You have stolen from me and that is against the law and I have tried to tell you this. I have given you every opportunity to make this right. I have even given you an option that would benefit the both of us and still you IGNORE ME. ALL THIS DOES IT PROVE THAT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS BULLSHIT AND YOU DON'T GIVE A HOOT OR A DAMN BOUT YOU PATRONS. THIS NOW ONLY PROVES IS THAT YOUR SITE IS REALLY A SCAM AND THAT YOU JUST USE IT TO SCAM OTHERS OUT OF THEIR MONEY. So Mark and Steve is this starting to make any sence now. This will not stop till you make things right.

Oh how funny things are, yesterday AOL and AIB where not compatible but today they are, I wonder who's palms got grease there. Well now you may access AIB from AOL... that is no longer an issue... but MY MONEY IS.

Flybyenite,

Again, you couldnt be more off base in your ridiculous accusations. AOL on 8/23/00 made changes to their system, which inadvertently affected users that access AOL for connectivity, and then log into client based software applications. The IP tunnel for which these patrons were routed, was somehow turned off, and access via certain channels was disabled.

AOL worked diligently on this issue, and AOL clients have been successfully able to log into AIB and other client based software since 9/4/00. If youd like to place a call to Steve Cases office in Sterling, Virginia, Id be more than happy to supply you with the phone number.

Flybyenite, if your account was "hacked" into by an employee of Atlantic Inerbet, it may still be possible for you to prove this. DO NOT GIVE UP HOPE! Ask the Director Of Offshore Gaming to provide you with a phone # for to speak to a real live person at Atlantic Interbet. Find out the exact date, time, and ISP used. Then contact the ISP immediately to prove you were never online.

Let me start by saying I find it amazing after all of these years so many still find my life so interesting. Where I live is hardly anyones business. But do let me say that no one moved me to Antigua. After traveling extensively in the Caribbean I made the choice to move there after my children were grown. I believe at this stage in my life I am entitled to some peace and relaxation any place I choose to live.

My 16 year old said she thought we should do it now, saying she would finish high school there before moving onto college. We have since moved back as she wanted to finish school with the friends she has grown up with. And since her happiness is my # 1 priority, we talked about it, and decided to return to the States. After she is in college I will move to the Caribbean, without asking anyones permission first. As far as I know, this is my life to live as I see fit.

Its sad that people that have nothing better to do than to try and slander and ruin someone elses reputation. I guess some are so unhappy, bitter and bored with their own mundane lives they find some sort of excitement living thru others. When they have no idea what the truths are, they invent their own lies to fit the fabricated fantasy they happen to be telling at that moment.

I live a very simple, honest life and have no problem living with myself. I can look in the mirror every morning knowing I have done nothing to hurt others. How many can say that? I dont let petty jealousies ruin my days. I choose not to participate in little clicks with people that have nothing better to do than gossip about others. After seeing the way some behave, Im sure I made the right decision long ago to not involve myself with tiny minded people. I pick and choose my friends very carefully. Not everyone that passes thru my life becomes a friend I reserve that for the few special people in my life.

Its sad to watch some adults act like children, throwing a tantrum if they dont get their own way. Plotting and scheming, thinking of ways to take advantage of others. Then, if they dont get their own way, they set out to ruin others. How pathetic.

And what about the people that dont have the guts to actually sign their own name? They have something to hide and sign it Anonymous? I guess its easy to sit behind a computer and think, no one knows you so why not gossip and slander others. Might I suggest you clean out your own house before you attempt to clean others?

We all this is very interesting but still it doesn't solve the problem that is at hand. My account was hacked into and my money was stolen form me. I'm no way a scammer, just a person who has been there for this casino all the time. I'd support them in all situations and when others told me that things like this was happening. I'd say no way, but now all I can say is "BEWARE AND DON'T ENTER IT." There may still be a hacker working from within and how funny that a loyal supporter isn't even given a chance, just •••• upon. WELL I have had enough of your bullshit and will never come into your establishment ever again and will only warn others not to play any money there for they will for sure lose it there. If you think you are right, then who but yoursself knows that, the only scam here is the lose of all my money, and that is very very sad. You where given a resonable way out for us both, but you didn't respect the patron. I will not come to a place where respect is not warranted.
1. You don't respect your patrons.
2 Calls your patron scammers.
3. Given a solution, and ignored.
4. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Now as far as the problems with AOL..Yes access to other client solfware was never a issue. The only access problem was AIB, and now that is fixed. I'm glad for your establishment now, you can now get to more people. Well all I want others to know is again BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND DON'T PUT ANY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY THERE, YOU MAY TO BE WRITING HERE LATER IF YOU DO. MY ACCOUNT WASN'T COMPROMISED, HACKED INTO BY SOMEONE VERY GOOD. ATLANTIC INTERBET DOESN'T SUPPORT OR BELIEVE THIER PARTONS SO THAT IS WHY I DIDN'T THIS. DON'T EVER CALL ME A SCAMMER OR A LIER, FOR I'M NIETHER.

Once again, the barn door is open and they are shovelling it at AIB.Many people had written about the seemingly cavalier way AIB was treating its patrons. Like a lamb to the slaughter, not only did I allow myself to be misled, I acually posted many times in AIB's defence. Not this time! Back in January of 2000, Mark, from AIB, posted here, telling all that a Comp programme was in development which would award bonuses for game play, similar to other casinos I assume. Because of the allegations that players who had left AIB were being enticed to return with lump sum bonuses, he posted on January 9, 2000, in this forum: " Re: Comp Program, it's still being worked on, and bonuses to existing players should happen shortly,
when AIB gets the new comp module/code from us. Just like in real casinos, you'll now be awarded for
your gameplay drop, in a beginning-of-the-month-bonus added to your account, whether you win or lose,
based on a formula the real casinos actually use."

Finally, a year later AIB has instituted "the programme". What did it mean for loyal, long-term players? Nothing. No lump sum bonuses, no monthly gameplay drop bonuses........zilch. Instead they have started the Coral Club.....application must be made ( if you have played for 6 months), and if criteria ( kept secret, of course) are met you will become a member.

My question, to AIB, is What about all the loyal, long-standing members ( like myself - 2 years)? What are you going to give us? Why were so many rejected for the Coral Club, with no explanation? Why must the criteria be secret?

This missive is long enough, so I shall leave with this final question: Will AIB respond, protecting player confidentiality, to these questions? Tune in tomorrow to find the answer.

Hi Sharon,

Man it's been awhile since I heard about AIB. I was thinking that everything there was honky dory.

Welcome back.

Bryan

Well...nothing at AIB is ever honky dory Bryan. Here is the latest: Mark, the one who posted here about bonuses and comp programs, has been fired by the Roffman family (AIB owners). However, before walking out the door, Mark took all the codes with him for the beta testing site of AIB, which is Interbet Casino. I warned all of you, a long, long time ago about what kind of person Mark was. He is a manipulating, cheating,
thieving piece of garbage. Players were lied to, the Roffman family obviously got screwed, and now the free site is gone.

NOW I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WENDY, OSITO, HRTOFQUEEN AND ALL THE OTHER "PROTECTORS OF MARK" COME INTO THIS SITE AND PROCLAIM HOW HONEST THIS SNAKE REALLY IS.

All I can say is "we sow what we reap"...good luck Mark, you will need it!!!!

I'll be happy to come to this site, and respond. Once again Babygirl, you've taken your anger and directed it in the wrong place.

AIB licenses its software from interBet (a play money site). That is our only affiliation. The names you have listed are not Atlantic Interbet owners. Mark was head programmer/software developer for interBet software and his involvement with AIB was strictly as a programming consultant, due to AIB licensing the software from interBet LTD.

We have spoken with interBet executives, and have been assured that their internal reorganization will result in better play for all and an improved player experience for the future

If there is anything further you need AIB to clarify for you, Babygirl, feel free to ask.

Wendy are you trying to tell me that the Arnold Roffman family does not own AIB? I find that to be extremely off base, especially since David Roffman has posted here in the past as an executive of AIB. However, if the story has changed...I am not surprised!!! AIB has more stories than Grimms Fairy Tales.

By the way, why did you not answer Razl's concerns as posted above? Maybe that chapter has not been written yet....we shall see.

Just an enquiry about Atlantic Interbet:
I cashed out from my account on March 11th, and as I didn't receive a cheque as expected, I contacted their support in mid-April, and got the answer that:
"Usually our payouts take up to 30 business days to be delivered by standard cheque. Unfortunately, there have been some unexpected delays. Your check was batched in with a group of fraudulent cash outs, and the batch is under internal auditing review now, prior to the payouts being released. We do anticipate delays in this batch, but hopefully not long. Unfortunately, your payment has not been mailed out yet though."

So I waited patiently, until May 25th. I wrote them again to hear if anything happened, I just got the same response once again.

Today, I wrote them again asking what the usual delay is for processing transactions, and got the answer:
"The usual delivery time of standard cheques, for all areas, is up to 30 business days, so this most certainly isn't normal practice for us.
Unfortunately, due to fraudulent activity from others, we were forced to hold payments in the batches until our accounting department can ensure there were no problems with each. We don't like the delay which is caused, however, the accounting staff work as quickly as possible to complete this."

Is it just me, or does three months seem to be a little long for determining which transactions are 'fradulent' - whatever that means, when they have confirmed the reception of credit card statements and so forth?

Should I expect to be paid, or are they just yanking my chain?
