Hi all,

So I received an e-mail from a new casino, Kaboo... heard it was something to do with Thrills maybe so figured they would be worth a try especially when I got an e-mail advertising a 400% bonus on deposits up to £100! I decided just to go for £20 for a start balance of £100 after reading the t&c of course.... its stated that I'll need to wager my deposit plus bonus funds 30 times before I can withdraw. Okay, bit of math..... £3,000 I figured ? Heres the screenshot:



Now I'm doing pretty well with a balance of around £300 after several hours of playing on Friday night, decided I'd check with support where I was at with my wagering in the morning as I couldn't find a button within the interface (There is one its just very well hidden, in the wallet, click withdraw, then click the text that says how much bonus funds you have left.... couldnt be clearer could it???)

And heres where it gets interesting, I did check the box to get chat transcripts sent to me but they have not arrived (so far) ... I was told my remaining wagering was £38xx.xx (dont remember exactly).. so of course I say whaaaaa... but the t&c say clearly it is 30 times the deposit (£600) plus 30 times the bonus (£2400), where are my sums going wrong? Whilst two different members of staff were not able to explain apparently the t&c above is quite clear that it is infact 30 times d+b plus another 30 time d+b, so actually it was 60x d+b for this bonus. They wouldn't budge or explain the math. What do you think? Can the above T&C be interpreted as 60x d+b by any kind of weird wording or trickery ? Or have I just been played for a fool?

Regardless I finished with £532, withdrew the lot, and wont play there again unless this matter is resolved satisfactorily. Would be very grateful for your opinions!

Is there the same wagering for all countries?

Those you posted clearly say 30x. Really odd if support don't know their own rules.

It clearly says 30 x D+B.

I have an idea what's happened here, although having said that it doesn't explain you having a wagering remaining of OVER 3000......

1. Some slots don't contribute, or contribute <100%

2. There is a GENERAL term which states if a bonus is over 100% the WR is higher - have you checked that out?

3. The system for calculating remaining wagering is set up on the wrong formula.

Either way, don't bother again.

I would be very careful about playing at that site with a bonus. Had a issue there myself where wagering on one or more slots at this site weren't counted eventhough it wassn't excluded.

Now they admitted that there was a fault and compensated me, something I'm grateful for, but they have refused to say what kind of error it was, and whether or not they fixed the fault.

As you been told there was a glitch I suppose it doesn't matter now, Not looked at the rules (just main parts) but I know some sites slots count less, Also if you play not aloud games it will increase wager, I do not think this site does it,

30x D + B is absolutley insane no matter how attractive the offer seems. 100% 200% 300% ETC

Almost guaranteed not to get close to cash out. Thats why these days I rare play with a deposit bonus ever.

Apart from a few times on the 32red DOTD if its 100% and maybe 1 or 2 others in a given month.

Just not worth it. So many times seen people get healthy balances only to be killed by the wagering.
Better off looking for a site that gives decent comp points / cash back incentives and such like.

actually on writing this and thinking about it - im going to do a full month in Feb no bonuses anywhere.
No matter what they offer and then see how I stand. I cash out more often when not on a bonus thats for sure.

Yeah I only made it through the 60x d+b by getting lucky betting £3 per spin on Playboy and hitting bonus rounds of over £100 one after the other...

Reversed £15 tonight as they are taking their time doing my dox and won another £350... could have been £450 if I had been smarter though but still... £20 in, £6000 wagering requirement, £865 out... I'm a happy man

yes it clearly says 30x D + B and I think their error is they counted your £20 as two deposits of £10 each (Can't figure out why when it says "£10 or "more" in their T&C) or may be you deposited using different methods. in that case you will have to wager 30 times for the first d+b then for the second! foe a total of 60x D+B

I thought this group was regarded as being massivelyrepected and reliable no ? Thrills / Super Lenny etc.....? That saId no response from their rep yet....

As for two deposits.... well 10x30 is 300 ad 40x30 is 1200 for a total of 1500 wagering. .... if the allowed you to take this offer twice and you choose to do just another ten quid, that's still only 3000 that I can see? It's an error in the terms I'm sure of it. But glad I didn't stop with 3k wagering left and wait to get it sorted out as only had 200 or so at that point !

Annoyingly they are also taking a LONG time to check my documents as well. Day 3 now.... yawn. I really liked the casino itself too

I did some snoopin' and the OP is right, the bonus TC was set up wrongly and that is all on us. Super sorry for this and we have sorted it all out now. As a comp we will give all CM members 10 echoes in their account as of tomorrow.

No , the wager was suppose to be 60x on just the bonus amount for this bonus.

If you deposit oh say $70.00 with a 400% bonus your playthrough amount will be at least $20k. GL your gonna need it if you use that bonus Even if the playthrough is half that you are looking at a $10k+ playthrough which basically means your winnings arent gonna mean crap unless you hit a jackpot and then you are still going to lose most of that to the playthrough Sorry but casino's really get the players money on bonuses. Play with your own money is my motto then any winngs you get is your own and you dont have to worry about it.
