Hi folks. This is my first post here. As the title suggests, I was "approved" of my withdrawal request early Monday morning at a particular casino listed in the "rogue" section under "Under Observation". Well, after contacting them everyday this week, I was told again and again, I've been approved, I've been approved. Yippie. :what: I requested my withdrawal be transferred to my PrepaidATM account, which is suppose to be a much faster process. After spending 1000's of dolllars at this casino, I am being put off for a measly $653.
I get no reponse to my emails, and when I call, I'm told that accounting has received copies of my detailed transaction sheet, proof of idenity, drivers licsence, cc's, etc, and most recently, I spoke with "Pam", who spoke so fast she was speaking over me. As if she wanted rid of me. She was surprised I haven't recieved my money yet, saying it took up to 48 hrs, once approved, to transfer my cash. She told me she'd "try" to get ahold of accounting and email me with info about what's the delay.
I wouldn't be this anxiuos if it weren't for the fact that this is my 1st cash-out ANYWHERE and if I hadn't read some not so good things about this casino.
Any suggestions about what to do? I read about chargebacks in another thread, and I would hate to do this, but I'm afraid I might have to.

    Thanks all

You have plenty of time to charge back, dont panic yet. Give them a few more days, if they are in the under review then they must be working to improve their image and practices. Maybe there is a prepaidatm problem?

Wait till monday, if they haven't paid you by then, announce the casino's name and let the thread run wild. Contact PPATM and make double doggie sure there is no problem with your account. Hold off on contacting the casino until sometime monday afternoon. If and when you do get paid let us know that too.

Yes PPATM could be of help, once I had an issue where my deposit never showed in the account and the support was terrible from the room. I called PPATM and they sent an email stating they needed to honor my deposit or it would get charged back. 24 hours went by and no deposit showing and they charged it back.

    Issue resolved!

I think this sight is very persuasive. Very nice site, Casinomeister  The owner of the casino replied to an email I sent him yesterday very fast (1 day) and with good news. He said he informed the accounting department to send me the money today, and he was true to his word! Part of the holdup was that they received an unreadable DTS, which I've had much trouble getting in the right format. I will resend it, hopefully in a readable format. The money is in my Prepaid atm account, and I'm extremely pleased! :)

Anyway, I thank you guys for your replies and my hat is off to Ted!
