Resolved Sunrise slots won’t pay after approval of withdrawal

Title says it all pretty Much.

On November the 7th I Put in a $2000 withdrawal request . On November the 21st it was approved. It should have been deposited in my crypto account by December the 7th according the t&c of theirs .( which in and of itself is just ridiculous) but I will go by the rules . All I get is get ahold of us in 24-72 hours . Getting a little tiring. Is there anything that can be done . I really wish I had researched them before I deposited money with them
