My experience with Sunrise Slots:
I feel it's worth it to post my experience, in case anyone experiences anxiety waiting to be paid.
I won a $5,000 jackpot, and they did pay me. However, they stretched the payout timeline to the latest possible date allowed under their terms. Approval took 7–10 business days, and processing took another 7–10 business days. I didn’t see movement until the 10th day each time.
I can’t really complain because it was within their TOS. That said, I’ve found multiple casinos with the exact same slots that paid out much faster.
One thing I noticed is that once you become “profitable,” the bonuses seem to get worse. They still offer bonuses, but the playthrough requirements become so high that they feel pretty pointless. But when they offered me no playthrough on their large bonuses, it was worth it because I was able to play with a bankroll higher than I could have deposited.
Another thing, is they allowed coindraw for $2000 of the withdrawal, which took 4 business days to get to me. But the other half took the rest of the month. I am no longer allowed to use coindraw, I assume because I am viewed as a "profitable" player.
Overall, I still think they deserve a positive review because they did pay me within the timeframe they promised. I had seen a lot of horror stories about people never getting paid at all, so I was definitely anxious during the process.
Of course, there are definitely better casinos out there with faster payouts and better rewards. But based on their rules and TOS, I was paid exactly as promised. I used Bitcoin for my withdrawal method, so I imagine wire transfers and other payout methods could take even longer.
In the end, I closed my account, because I am using different casinos with the same games who payout much faster. I hope this review helps people who may be waiting on their withdrawals.
