Resolved Sunrise slots won’t pay after approval of withdrawal

Title says it all pretty Much.

On November the 7th I Put in a $2000 withdrawal request . On November the 21st it was approved. It should have been deposited in my crypto account by December the 7th according the t&c of theirs .( which in and of itself is just ridiculous) but I will go by the rules . All I get is get ahold of us in 24-72 hours . Getting a little tiring. Is there anything that can be done . I really wish I had researched them before I deposited money with them

Mine was requested 4-19, approved 5-1 now its 5-22 and they want to "validate" my identity. How did you get them to pay?! Mine is 2100

Ah, no, that’s not how the complaints process here at Casinomeister works. You need to return to the PAB Ticket you created when you filed your complaint, that’s where we discuss your case with you and provide updates as your case progresses.

If you don’t know where your PAB Ticket is please check your Private Messages (PM). As it happens we sent you a PM yesterday with questions about your Casinomeister account — you currently have two and that is a violation of the Forum Rules — and we do expect you to respond.

Also, please ensure that you have read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures , these questions are answered there. Failure to read and comply with the PAB Rules could slow, damage, or even cancel your PAB.
