i go back after 1 hour and this time its a different person so i say i want extra spins on top for this useless terrible experience as as a brand new customer having to come in and out of chat
anyway she says i can see the 20 spins are there i said what i was offered 50 so i expect 50 as she said the 20 are there i checked the game i got asked and said i want which was rambo they werent there she said they are on game of thrones i checked they werent i took a screen shot, i said check back the previous chat with the last person he offered me 50 and agreed jackpots are ok and the game rambo was ok he said ok i have credited the spins blah blah come back in 30 mins to 1 hour
she comes back with a reply saying the last chat was vicky ( who was the first person to deal with this ) so basically being made out to be a liar even though she is not actually calling me it and says i have the chat here do you want me to email you it this is the only chat blah blah, so i get angry i suffer from severe anxiety and ocd thoughts i my mental state doesnt need this this whole thing has made it worse being made out to be a liar and getting treated terrible and my mental gone into a negative way at the time
so then i said well he must of deleted it she said it cant be deleted so i said i must be there then she said theres nothing here she then looked again and came back with an offer of 60 spins and a free £20 bet i said ok but you wont sweeten me up with that this is getting taken further she said she will look into it etc
thats basically it i was made out to be a liar my mental state was made worse at the time so my health is affected when it should never be and looks like some how a chat has been deleted or something has happened so i want to take this further especially because i go through stress every day anxious thinking etc etc well at the time i wasnt for a few minutes then my mental state kicked off
so hopefully this is good enough to take further action for the treatment but especially for my mental health being affected
