Anyone else experiencing long wait for courier withdrawal @CW?

I was just curious if anyone was experiencing any delays (after approval) for the courier check method at Club World? I've read previous posts where some people didn't get paid for 20 something days. I have no problems with the waiting. Sometimes I just wonder what the processor of the funds is doing. My withdrawal was approved on the 3rd and I still don't have a tracking number. I talked to support today and they indicated I should have the tracking number by Monday. *Crossing Fingers*. Again, CW has always treated me great and I have no issues at all with them.

Sometimes you can get the tracking number from Fedex before getting it from customer service. Call Fedex and see if they have a package for you.

There are a few people here that have done this. Don't have time to look for the threads for you as I am at work.


Also to add: there has been at least 2 times for me personally that I have rec'd my check/package from Fedex before getting the tracking number from customer service.

Just call FedEx tell them your trying to track a package but you don't have a tracking number. They will ask you a few questions like your name and address and if its ground or air. It is an express saver envelope. They will tell you if it is in transit and when it should arrive, or that there is nothing scheduled for delivery.

You should be told the truth and not left hanging. The fact that you don't have a tracking number means it hasn't been sent. Next week they will probably give you a number and then send your check. That means more days of waiting.

I have been through this with Club World and is why I stopped playing. I ignored their email offers and then they started sending me things through the mail claiming I was a VIP and welcoming me back. They recently sent me large no deposit bonuses and generous low wagering deposit bonuses. I recently won on one and made deposits while waiting for a cashout.

I now have been reminded of why I have stopped playing there. I requested a withdrawal on Sept 5th that was approved two days later. So much for express VIP cashouts. I learned today that the actual processing did not occur until the 13th and I still have not received the withdrawal. They just lied and this means there will be more days of waiting and all I got was a lousy apology.

I have funds still sitting in the casino and I am so disgusted I don't even want to play them out. When i have time I will not email but will actually call and tell them to close all my accounts. I am tired of the give them another chance and their apologies. Enough already.

I get that you are frustrated-I have been frustrated myself. But your statement above is not always the case as evidenced by my post above and numerous Club World threads in the past.

Just because you haven't got a tracking number from the cashier does NOT mean that it hasn't been sent. The cashiers send the payments out in batches and have to wait to hear back what the tracking numbers are and then contact the customer.

There have been several times that I have had my check in hand before the cashier has emailed the tracking number.

my experience

I cashed out from Buzzluck a couple of weeks ago, they are club world. From the time they approved it I had my check in about seven days and labor day was in there. The reason I was told that they don't get the tracking number instantaneous is bc it is a third party company that does these for them. From where it came from, I can confirm that was true. I received the tracking number from the casino on the day I received the check :) Fed ex does update periodically, so call daily. It was relatively quick with no problems. I was very pleased. :D

It may not always be the case but there have been many times when it was the case. Hopefully this will have a more positive outcome but players need to know the truth about other possibilities.

I am not going to get into a debate or argument about this. Whenever there are comments about Clubworld there are always people here claiming it is a figment of our imagination or it didn't happen. There are too many similar stories to continue making that claim. The truth is out there and Clubworld needs to get its act together.

I'm on the same train. I have an approved withdrawal with a club world casino from August 30th. I was told by customer service it was mailed last week. Still no check and no tracking number.
 
Is it just me or is this scenario repeating itself over and over again. I truly hope you all get your money soon!!!

Maybe the US players at CWC's should be cautious with them. I have been reading the same thing over and over lately. To be honest I am on the fence about closing my account with them too. When I see post like this it "nudges" me a little closer to making that call.

I checked before I requested a withdrawal and was told by support that there were no delays with that method at this time, that was on Monday. But apparently there are from what I am reading here. I agree, I usually receive the tracking number the same day I receive the envelope, however now, I am not sure what will happen so I guess I will have to start bugging to keep them on track, darn wished I would have read earlier now can't do anything until Monday.

Just to let you know I used ACH because of problems with courier service. I found out yesterday that although it showed as approved they did not actually process my withdrawal until almost a week later. All I got was a sorry for the delay in processing it. There was no reason or justification for the delay. They just didn't bother to send it.

This tells me that when you see an approval in your history that does not actually mean they have processed your withdrawal. That is absolute deceit and something that is usually done by rogue casinos.
 
ive had 2 checks from club world recently. about 2 months, the first check took 10 days total to get my address here in the usa.
about a month ago, the second check was a marathon, it took 25 days total to get in my hands.

on the site it states 24 hours for payout approval and then 4 days (business days I assume?) to get the check. that must of been the withdraw times when club world originally went online over 10 years ago.

they should really update the entire site. from what ive read online, the withdraw time for a check now is 10 days or longer.

just to let all usa players know, from my expereince recently, 5 dimes has a very fast payout time. they pay the next day and never have excuses. though you will have to pay large fees to use their person to person withdraw options. oh yeah, they do have 1 withdraw free per month (they cover up to $35, i think, it could be a more).

I contacted support today and was told that there were 30 checks that they don't have the tracking number for. The tracking number should be available tomorrow (Tuesday). I guess they were having trouble with a batch of withdrawals. That's all they told me.

no, its not just you. and its been repeated over and over ad nauseum. how they are still accredited here is beyond belief.
 
Yes and I checked with FEDEX today and there is nothing in the system. Where can a person play with good games and timely if not quick withdrawals.

If FedEx doesn't have a tracking number then your check has not been sent.

Unfortunately, being in the USA your options are limited. I know it sure is frustrating, but all you can do now is play the waiting game. I really do hope you don't have to wait much longer.

Well, to my suprise I checked my email this morning and received a Fed-ex tracking number. The check was on a Fed-ex truck and delivered early afternoon. Seems like the average wait on checks is about 3 weeks from approval time.

If you're not receiving replies to emails or PMs, which I agree is unacceptable, you should contact Bryan and ask if he will find out from management what the issues are.....and there does appear to be some issues.

I think US players are generally accepting of the complexities of money movement for them, but they have a right to be kept informed and have all queries answered properly I.e. not support answering an email to the cashiers stating "we will ask the cashiers" and then hear nothing.

Payment issues may be beyond the casinos control for the most part, but basic customer service is not. Unfortunately, the CW cashiers have developed a reputation for not answering emails, and since little has changed, it appears that management aren't willing to address it.

What has been mentioned "ad nauseam" is that US players are going to find difficulties being paid in a timely manner. Most of this is unprecedented and having patience is something US players need to muster.

If Tom is not responding to PMs then I need to know (weekends not included). If I don't know about it, there is not much I can do about it. :D

i don't think patience is the issue, but clear communication from ClubWorld. If customers know how long the wait will be, they will be more patient.

Bovada, for example does a really good job of updating on their web site, the amount of time for each method to reach you after approval. I remember during jan/feb of last year the wait was up to 25 business days. Everytime i have cashed out from Bovada, i received my payment within the time frame listed on their site

From my perspective Clubworld has two primary issues; 1. cashiers are the only persons who have information about withdrawals-information is not available if the cashiers are not available; 2. clubworld overpromises and under delivers--definite no-no in the world of customer service.

I like playing at ClubWorld because of their bonuses, but i know and accept that it will take up to 4 days to be approved from clubworld, and up to 2 weeks to be paid(my experience), based on the method, and i am okay with this because i have set my expectations. However, i can understand if you are not aware of the potential timeframe, how frustrating it would be.

ClubWorld has been around a long time-they are not novices, i do find it strange that they don't provide clear expectations on the payout times from their processors, they seem to always be caught unaware or bogged down by holidays; which is different than than the other approved rtg's.
