Caddell withdrawal issues

I was hoping a Caddell rep could help me out here. I played at a few Caddell sites in mid May and was lucky enough to cash out at 2 of them. One withdrawal was for $800 and the other $1000. When I made withdrawals from those sites in the past I waited no longer than 5 days (from initial withdrawal to processed to in my account). It has now been almost 2-3 weeks on both sites and I am being told that there is an issue but nobody is telling me what the issue is. Actually I was even told there was an issue in "my region" - no clue what that means. I have cashed out on theses sites many times before and have never experienced this long of a delay. I haven't been asked for more documentation or anything - which i'm sure is coming. I'm really frustrated and was hoping someone could help me out.

So apparently it's a problem with their processing system. On 2 sites though! Is this a delay tactic? I was looking forward to playing at Caddell more because they have games I enjoy playing but I can't now because of this. Which sucks because I used to play there all the time and never had a problem. Seriously frustrated!
