Anyone else experiencing long wait for courier withdrawal @CW?

If Tom is not responding to PMs then I need to know (weekends not included). If I don't know about it, there is not much I can do about it. :D

That's true. I have never received a response and that includes this time. In my case it was not a case of a delay but a case of it not actually being sent. I would like an honest answer as to what happened and if corrections are being made.

I am thankful I finally got a rep at Clubworld who seemed genuinely concerned and pursued the matter. I made it a point to thank her and explain I don't hold her personally responsible. But it should not have to come to that. Now I am hopeful that one day I will actually see my withdrawal. There is always later today and tomorrow and the the day after that.......

Received payment today. Got an email yesterday with tracking number. Fedex showed it would be delivered on Monday. I love it when the estimated times are wrong :).

Glad to hear. I still have not been paid. I was promised today at the very latest and still nothing. The only email I got was another apology, we are working on it but unfortunately the cashier left until Monday.
 
It may not always be the case but there have been many times when it was the case. Hopefully this will have a more positive outcome but players need to know the truth about other possibilities.

I am not going to get into a debate or argument about this. Whenever there are comments about Clubworld there are always people here claiming it is a figment of our imagination or it didn't happen. There are too many similar stories to continue making that claim. The truth is out there and Clubworld needs to get its act together.

I totally agree with you!! A few months ago I cashed out with allslots and everything was fast and the check showed up in a matter of days.. I have two pending withdrawals with buzzluck (club world) and the first one was since sept 6th and the 2nd one has been in pending status for 6 days..
 
Just to let you know I used ACH because of problems with courier service. I found out yesterday that although it showed as approved they did not actually process my withdrawal until almost a week later. All I got was a sorry for the delay in processing it. There was no reason or justification for the delay. They just didn't bother to send it.

This tells me that when you see an approval in your history that does not actually mean they have processed your withdrawal. That is absolute deceit and something that is usually done by rogue casinos.

WOW.. I never thought about that.. I used ACH as well.. I only knew about my withdrawal being approved because I saw it in the history.. they never sent emails letting me know it was approved or denied or sent for processing

I am learning so much... I really trusted and liked the club world brand.. so disappointed

My ACH is from Sept 5th so maybe there are some problems from anything around that time?

I am still waiting on a $1200 ACH withdrawal from September 8th. It was "approved" early in the morning of the 10th but has not yet been paid out.

I hesistated for quite awhile to say something publically out of deference to Club World but this is now just ridiculous. I have gotten nothing but the runaround and broken promises of dates by which I was supposed to receive payment in multiple communications with their "support".

I sent Tom a PM back on Monday. Zero response.

I went from really satisfied CW customer a few months ago to jaded , wondering if I will ever get paid customer today.
 
What has been mentioned "ad nauseam" is that US players are going to find difficulties being paid in a timely manner. Most of this is unprecedented and having patience is something US players need to muster.

As of right now, it has been exactly 90 minutes short of a full calendar week since Tom has had any online activity at casinomeister.com according to his user profile on this site.

At the risk of being a wee confrontational, and with all the respect in the world for this site's management, I think the users of this site would like to know from casinomeister management that this has been noted, and we'd really like to know if there are behind-the-scenes attempts being made to re-establish contact with Club World casino reps and/or some update on their disappearance from the forum as of late...which..to people who have not been paid out money they are owed and are still waiting, now several weeks after approval of withdrawals, is very, very disconcerting...
 
I have not received any answers to P.M.'s to Tom in almost a month. Not really sure where I would go to make a complaint to Casinomeister about that issue. Anyone?
I have been waiting for a courier check that finally got here today, 12 days after processing. Now the problem is the check itself. Will probably be PAB tomorrow. Will wait to talk to Tom and cashiers on phone after 11:30 p.m. my time. I have asked not to have out of country checks sent, however, they again sent me one from a Canadian bank, and now there is another issue with the check so I cannot cash it. This is unfair to players in the U.S.
I also love playing at Clubworld, but this is making it no more fun. I am sincerely hoping that Tom will make this situation right in the morning. I will let you know what happens and if I end up PAB. Has anyone else had issues with the checks they have received? If so, any tips on getting it cashed? Thanks

The only checks I have received in the last few months were from another casino group and were actually bank drafts so I had no problem with them at all.

Is it your bank that won't cash the check or is it a check cashing place? Hopefully, you will get all this straightened out.
 
Both, but don't really want to give any other details before I talk with Tom. There is definitely an issue, but I may have to PAB. Will explain more after I talk to Tom in the morning. But I will never do courier cheque again.
 
No not the same one, I got one of those but drawn on a us bank I think colorado or utah.. No problem., this one is actually drawn on Royal Bank of Canada, though at the top it does state payable through Royal Bank of Canada New York, but no listing for it in New York. My check cashing place did get a hold of customer service at the bank, there is another issue. Will let you know more after talking with CW in the middle of the night. Keeping fingers crossed but not looking good.

As a US resident, perhaps you're beginning to understand that you are going to have issues when requesting funds. It's been like this for the past few years and there is no sign of it getting better. US players need to be patient, flexible, and to be able to handle the unexpected.

I'll get Tom or someone at Clubworld on this today.

First, I didn't know I should tell you I wasn't receiving answers to P.M. I thought that would be my issue unless I wanted to PAB. Until you mentioned it in this thread, I never thought of reporting no response to you. And yes should have thought of PM, but again, really never thought this was something to be reported.
And yes, I did report about the long delays when processing. In the section where supposed to post if there is anything different than what it shows in the accredited section. Never really heard from anyone on that so why would I think no response to a PM was important. And the issue has been long processing times of the withdrawal before it even leaves CW.
So I am sending Tom another PM now because this issue is much worse than just waiting to receive funds and from talking to support just a few moments ago, they don't plan on resolving it soon. I had asked for Tom, who I had been told last night that the manager would be in at 7:00 a.m. their time. But when I just called there was no manager available, only a supervisor, who was no help. So it is the middle of the night and I will be up all night dealing with this.

First allow me to apologise for being off the pace with my PMs and this thread – I was away last week.

Gambler777 - I have to say that I am surprised by the problems with your cheque, we process a huge number of these cheques every month and have never had this issue before. Also a number of players have successfully cashed their cheques from the same batch as yours.

I will investigate this with the processor to see if I can find out what is happening here and keep you posted.

I don't know if this is the same bank or not-one of the last checks I got was from a Canadian bank, but I googled the bank and they have several branches located in the US too.

No problems depositing at my bank and the funds were available the next day. Just FYI
 
:oops:The good news is that I received a reply to my PM and an email from CWC. Out of respect I won't go into details but at least it is a start. It helps to know the issue isn't being ignored.
 
I've also received replies from Tom and CWC cashier with updates on my situation. That's promising. I apologize if my original posts in this thread were more negative than appropriate.
 
The thing is.....

What is bothering me the most is that none of these e-mails were being responded to until Tom came back from being away. Is Tom the only person in this group that can handle issues no matter what it is? Fro cryin' out loud, why does it take Tom to do everything? If this is truly the case where no one else can do a damn thing but Tom, why have employees?

Look, we all know Tom is a stand up guy, but he is only 1 person. Sure he has a life outside of CM land, but seriously, if Tom can't take a break, and they have no one else that can fill his place while he is gone, something is very wrong with that picture. At this point, I don't really see how being from the US can hold up the process of withdrawals from the casino side. I don't care if you are from the US or not, there is nothing preventing the withdrawals department in processing these withdrawals in the time frame the casino state, that is unless of course Tom is the only one in the withdrawals department.... ( PUHHHHHHHHHHHHLEASE).

I can't stand it anymore, the issues keep coming, and it is up to Tom to correct them. Does this man not have any help? It appears not. Maybe it is time for Club World group to loosen up their wallet and hire someone that can help this poor guy out. Because if something does not change soon they could just be "shooting themselves in the foot" so to speak. Customers no matter where they are not going to come back....

I noticed a new rep from CWC group just joined the forum yesterday. I wonder if he/she will have any bearing on shoring up the communication issues?

Well, my issue was resolved and it was resolved by Daniel the cashier. The only problem is to speak with Daniel, I need to be up in the middle of the night. Really dragging tonight, ready to go to bed from being up all night fixing problem. I also pm'ed Tom and did receive a reply that he would look into it. But my answers and promises to fix came from Daniel. Now if he just follows through on everything he said we will be good. Still not thrilled with resolution, but it is workable. Do not want to go into issue further because I still did not receive any real explanation, just Daniel solved my part of the issue. So Thank you Daniel and Thank you Tom. And yes, I agree, Tom being out of town should not make everything fall apart. But it sure seems to.
