hi on 1/12/22 i played at casino rewards and made a withdrawal of £450. then was asked for proof of i.d and address supplied them and waited. then got an email saying £200 back to card and £220 bank transfer. well the previous month they could not do withdrawal back to card due to processor problems, so supplied as requested iban for bank transfer, which went through ok for the full amount. so why have they deducted £30,went onto chat (which is like sit there and wait eventually we might speak to you) so after a long wait gave up and sent email to renee asking why i am £30 short she was online yesterday but not had a reply back. anyone had this problem regarding bank transfer with casino rewards.

take the money and run from that casino, maybe they charger you £30 bank transfer fee, I check Renne casino but 70x wagering on bonus is crazy

i have emailed the casino rewards rep Renee twice over this and still not been answered. going on live chat is a waste of time you just sit there hoping.

When you pay someone using a bank wire payment outside of euros then you have the option to bare wire costs yourself, share them, or take from the beneficiary. They picked beneficiary payment unfortunately. Which when you are doing 1000 a day is a fair saving your making.

For absolute proof of that you can phone your bank and ask them to provide tag 71A of the incoming swift mt101 message. It will say BEN rather than SHA or DEB

@steveyboy , FYI Renee has been on holidays since 02 Dec. She's just returned yesterday IIRC. Also, unlikely she was online the day you say she was because she was away and didn't have her laptop with her. I expect she'll get back to you ASAP but her inbox will be a mile deep ATM so it might take her a few days to get to it.
