Took money from bank but never added it to casino Balance

Just used trustly on redbet as I ALWAYA do, But this time onces payment was completed it never added to my balance but its taken out of my bank

Has anyone ever had this issue before

also live chat seems to be offline, So should I send email explaing what happend ?

UPDATE, spoke to live chat they can see it pending but can take up to 3 days, Wtf is this BS ? its left my bank account ive used trustly 100s of times never have i experinced this,

yes, had to contact trustly and it took about 24 hours.

Happens sometimes to me as well. Usually, once the payment is removed from the "pending" queue and changes status to "failed" the funds will be sent back. Sucks, but it happens - your funds are safe. You might be able to contact the payment processor, but it will still take a bit of time.
