    Suggestions:

    1) Implement an "add friend" feature + the ability to search for players that may be online.
    2) Add more "points" tournaments that you can buy into with comps. (Currently, there are very few, and even these are micro stakes tournaments - nothing over $2 )
    3) Fix the hand replayer. Currently, you can only replay the last hand when you click on "replay" via an open table. It has the option of going back/forward through hands, but it only loads the last hand played.

Will be adding more as I come across them :)

It won't be happening :( Not because they're not worthy, but it has to do with licensing issues...I'm sure Bryan wouldn't mind explaining why (if you want to know the details) if you PM him :) It's nothing against ACR...

This is more of a NEED than a WANT:

Start playing HAND FOR HAND when a tournament is near a crucial bubble (final table/money)!!!!! I'm getting sick and tired of super short stacked players timing out every single hand when it's their turn and only a few (or less) spots from the $! Not only does it take away from the game, but it also limits the # of hands played per level while this BS goes on. Seriously, I don't think I've ever played at a poker room online or off in over 8 years that doesn't implement this.

I remember doing this hand for hand play when 3-4 tables of players were about to be moved to combine tables when I played at the big poker rooms in the days past. I would flip back and forth to other tables to see how others ware faring during this hand for hand moment....it was truly agonizing but worth the wait.....knowing I only needed 1 more to lose for me to make the next level table...I thought all card rooms had this implemented?

I am surprised that they don't do this. How long have they been around? Do they have proper security to prevent breaches along with collusion?

As for the rep here, they have not made one comment toward suggestions, but are here looking at thread because they are updating the site being down, and then coming back to say its up.

    Hi,

I have a question or 2 for you!

My significant other (of 24 yrs) played at your site a while back in "fun"

mode only. I don't know what happened but he said your site no

longer had this mode of play and has since moved on to another site

I, on the other hand, play for cash at a different site on a daily basis.

This "other site" has extremely long "late registrations" available,

which drive me nuts. 15 minutes to 30 minutes should be adequate

    in my opinion.

This "other site" also has chat rules that clearly state "English only"

in chat, but since the have a lot of Italian players, they do not

enforce this rule. Even though some of those players call other

players nasty names in their native language.

    So, my questions:

Can I have a "cash player" account even though "S.O." had a "play" account?

Do your tournaments have "late registrations" that long?

And, Is chat etiquette enforced to at least a degree of decorum?

They do have rather long extended registration periods, but they are starting to offer what's called GI60M tournaments (gone in 60 minutes) - which means only 60 minutes of late regs..:)

I've seen some (the sunday special $115k guaranteed, for example) that have 5 hours of late reg available....

I'll let the rep answer as far as having 2 accounts within the same household  But they do indeed have play chip tables...

    Hello,

We are glad to inform you that we offer freerolls (Tournament with $0 of buy in) and our players are also able to play just for fun on the play money section. We offer Hold'em and Omaha & Stud games that you can play by requesting Play Chips on the cashier section.

We also like to introduce you our new "Gone in 60 minutes" games, were the late registration period is much shorter in these action-packed tournaments. Don’t be late because you’ve got just a one hour window to grab your seat before the clock runs out. GI60M tournaments have buy-ins ranging from $2+0.20 up to $27+0.50 with guarantees from $100 up to $1,500. Blind structures vary from regular to turbo.

If you want to know more information you can contact our live chat support or call our told free number at 1-877-314-4195

    Regards,
    ACR Rep

So, no comment on chat etiquette?

nor "fun" account AND a "real" account in the same house hold?

And GI60M sounds to me like the 60 minute late registration is the minimum late amount of time?

What ever happened to 15-30 minutes? Am I the only player bothered by this?

Personally, I've never seen a "normal" online tournament with 30 minutes or less late registration*....And as far as live play goes, the norm is usually 2+ hours.....

IMHO, I think it's nice to have such late registration. If people think they can come in (or reenter) during the late stages to only receive <=10bb and somehow get lucky 4-5+ hands just to get an average chipstack, then more power to them. 90% of the time, this is just extra dead money added to the prize pool.

It seems that 90% of tournaments listed on the network ACR sits on are guaranteed prize pools, which reflects the long late registration period...they don't want much, if any, overlay...

*They also have "on demand" reentry tournaments at ACR - which are basically MTTSNG's which start at around 18 players (with no cap), but are open for late registration for only 30 minutes.

As I mentioned in another thread, I'm still on the fence about their 75%+ "reentry" tournaments, as opposed to normal rebuy tournaments.....sure, more places get paid in the reentry, but at the same time, everyone gets paid much less.....

Well, the site I currently play use to have tournament "late reg." for only

15 minutes for most and 30 minutes for some.

If a person wants to play a tournament, I really don't see why, if they are

going to play anyway, can't they be in their seats by 15 minutes past. If

they can't, they need to wait for the next tournament they CAN get

into within a reasonable amount of time.

Also, they use to have good old $1-$5 buy-ins with no rebuys and no

add-ons....... oh, yearning for the good old days, I guess.

Also, noticed the "rep" has not bothered to make any further comments.

Were my other two questions too hard for him to answer? Instead, he puts

the toll free number and calls it done?
