I deposited at Allslots last week, it was only small (my usual £25) played a few slots and cashed out £100.

All went well, got a nice email congratulating me on my win and then a mail asking for my docs etc so sent them off swiftly, this was on Monday BTW.

I had a call from an unknown number last night and when i answered, it was Eric from Allslots.

Now my complaint. He informed me that they could not put my winnings back on to my card, strange? and that my only options to receive my winnings were by bank transfer (£20 fee) or cheque. I asked why they could not put into my Skrill account and was informed it was because i did not use it as a deposit method. the cheque, i was told, will take up to 21 working days to arrive.

The customer service there is fantastic and i know i will surely get my money but i really do not understand why they cannot put the money back on my card.

I have no problem whatsoever with other MG's.

Guess i now know how you guys in the US feel.

That's peculiar. Did he not give you any reasons as to why it couldn't be put back onto your card? Is your card a prepaid? I've used a debit card at AllSlots/AllJackpots before and had winnings credited back onto my card - he's right that they won't send to Moneybookers if you've deposited via a different method though.

I depo with my usual debit card. It is not prepaid. I have never encountered this problem before.

He did say that they had to pay by the deposit method (which was my card), that is why i do not understand why they cannot refund it back to my card.

    Visa debit I guess?

I thought it may be a problem with your specific bank, but if it carries the Visa symbol, that can't be true, since it should be standard across all cards branded with Visa.

Is it maybe worth just pming the rep on here and asking if they have any idea why? It would be good for you to know for the future so that if need be you can deposit via Moneybookers (I'll never get used to calling them Skrill!) next time to avoid the wait for a cheque/the fee for the bank transfer.

    It is Maestro.

I had a looked a their withdrawal methods and it did state that they would pay back to the deposit method.

I guess this is a warning NOT to deposit with Maestro as they clearly cannot facilitate it!

I will not be depositing until the 30 days are up and it will clearly be by Skrill. It hasn't put me off playing there but i think it should be made clear to peeps who use Maestro.

I don't know if it applies in this particular case, but at some casinos in the past they couldn't refund more than you deposited with your Visa card.
I think the word "refund" is the clue here.

Actually, I just checked the terms on their website, and this IS mentioned there:
I know that says "VIP Lounge" at the start of the sentence, but I'm pretty sure it applies to all their casinos.
After all, you would expect VIPs to get BETTER terms than "normal players", not worse!

This sort of thing isn't their fault usually.

Basically, it's a lot easier for them to just put it through if they can as opposed to messing about contacting you and trying to arrange alternatives, there's obviously a legitimate issue with the bank and the payment.

I've never been back to All Slots or their mates since the marketing debacle a few years ago, but they are generally a solid and reputable outfit payment wise.

    That's the problem.

Mastercard and Maestro does not have the scheme used among VISA issuing banks that allow merchants to pay money back to the card, so they have to find another way to pay.

The cheque is unlikely to take 21 days, as most of these casinos use a bank in Ireland, or Barclays in the UK. The cheques are produced and posted there too, not back in Israel in the case of All Slots.

I have sometimes had casinos saying a cheque is the only option, and the cheques have taken 2 to 3 days to arrive in the post once "processed".

If other casinos have managed to refund back to this card, they must have been using an alternative method, perhaps one that can only be used by a UK based operator.

Once you have deposited there with Moneybookers, they should be able to pay future withdrawals back there if the deposit method itself cannot be used to receive a withdrawal.

That's odd. I have seen free chip winnings paid back to an eWallet the day after a deposit is made by that method. The reason for asking for a deposit first is to verify the deposit method, in this case your Skrill account. Once you have deposited, they should not need 30 days to verify your Skrill account for withdrawals, unless they don't entirely trust you not to "pull a fast one" after you have been paid, such as charging back all your Maestro card deposits.

This would happen if you haven't played there for long, with the £25 being your first or second deposit. The fact they have asked for documents suggests this is your first withdrawal with them, even if not your first deposit. A well established player would not be asked to wait this 30 days.

I did not have to wait 30 days when I had deposits made by cards refunded to Neteller along with the winnings generated. This is likely to be a reflection of the fact that I have had the account for years, and became a VIP long ago, and have never screwed them over by trying to charge back card deposits.

They are when you tell your card company some bullshit in order to get them to get your losses back from the casino. It is one of the most common player frauds, and would explain their reluctance to pay back to a Skrill account straight away. They may wonder why you used a card when you had Skrill available.

You will probably find this is the only time you are asked to wait 30 days. Once they are confident you have no inclination to charge back losses they will most likely pay faster in such circumstances. Oddly enough, they will pay you by cheque straight away. The only additional security this has is it being posted to your physical address, so you would only be able to cash it if you have given them your correct address. With Skrill, you could more easily get away with giving them a false address and still get paid.

It seems your best option for fast payment is to take the cheque, and make more use of Skrill. Keep the card for those casinos that don't seem to have so much of a problem paying you fast by other means such as Skrill.

    regarding payback to card

I never had any problems woth Allslots. They always pay my winnings back to my credit cards. I find this very strange. You should inquire with them about the exact reason why they can't pay back to your card. There must be some special issues with your card here.

Did you read all the earlier posts?
Their terms say they will only pay winnings back to a card, up to the total amount ever deposited with that card.
Are you saying you have been paid back MORE to your card than you ever deposited with it?

Received cheque yesterday so you were right. I suppose they give that time frame to cover any delays.

All in all i am very happy with Allslots service, especially their CS and i will be playing again but not until my 30 day time frame is up were i can get paid back to Skrill :)
