L & L Europe (Quickbet) close account and withhold balance

Had an account with them a few months, not put any major money through the account, requested a £45 withdrawal last evening and woke to an email requesting documents even though I’m KYC verified.
Asked then to close the account and release the £45!! Forty five pounds!!! They refuse to until I’ve sent copies of my debit card, utility bill and drivers license.
Unbelievable company.
 
Well for 45 we won't request documents for no reason.
 
oh wait this does look like human error, give me 5 mins
 
@nfehily indeed mate, error by agent, just spoke to his manager and he is sorting your account now. There was the suspicion of another party controlling the account but user IDs were mixed up. Sorry for that, but your all verified now and withdrawal will be processed in a bit.

Thanks for such a quick response and resolution.
This is exactly why you have such respect and regard on this site ( and awards 😀), and this obviously doesn’t pertain to you, but L & L Europe has SO much previous with this type of issue and there’s always a “valid” excuse, I wasn’t aware when I opened the account that it was part of this group or I wouldn’t have bothered, but I decided to play with caution and my experience played out exactly how I thought it would.
To anyone thinking of opening an account with this group, don’t, it’s not worth the hassle.
Thankfully I’m a member of this site and was aware that I could get it resolved on here, but how many of their customers aren’t? And this shouldn’t be what’s necessary.

It is simple: Where people work, mistakes are made. Its just a matter of spotting them and sorting out. If I didn't spot it now probably the teams manager would have when doing a pending withdrawal check, but that possible takes another working day. So be happy I'm here ;)

It might have been spotted further down the line? That old chestnut or something similar Jan?
Like I’ve already said and will continue to say, your presence and actions on this site are commendable but these “mistakes” are just not acceptable imo.

yeah agree, total scam, should get fined or license revoked.

It might be worth doing some in depth SG checks on the OP, he is obviously keen on that £45 being paid quick, perhaps he's in financial difficulties?

Well in that case, let's jack it a bit more.

Came off Facebook, easily 10 years ago, fed up of drama queens and attention seekers and really don't want so see other peoples roast and steak and chips, especially when starving......

Well, may, just may have to reactivate it as L&L have just emailed me about ABC asking me to follow their pages, where they'll possibly doing deposit offers and ND stuff too.

Not a fan of social media outside of here, the things I do for these casinos eh? :p :p
 
This topic is not about socials guys. It is about a scam casino that makes mistakes on purpose. Totally not suitable to execute the LCCP requirments. So license should be revoked. But thats my 2 cents....

Yeah, I think our socials will become cool! I hired a cool girl for this who loves gambling too and can create epic content. She started a month ago. Now we want our customers to be on it, so we can do proper giveways and ND offers.

Lets make lnl great again :)

Mate, if i say its a human error, it simply is and you said it was not. It was actually one of the better and brightests agent who did so, so even I was confused and had to call in his manager to my office for discussion and explanation. Obviously the topic will derail from that point. Have a good weekend though, money should be in your account already. Next pint is on me though.
