Hello . I have created a 5000 pound withdrawal request from the all british casino [ L&L Europa ) company . I've been waiting for 1 month for them to verify my account.

This company does not seem reliable to me at all. I sent all the documents they wanted. They took my money hostage for a month. I closed my account. but they accuse me of avoiding verification

I'm dying to pass the verification man. all my bank account is legal

This is not my first time gambling. I gambled very high numbers. this is the first time i see a casino not paying for 1 month. this is a very long time. If you don't have enough money to pay you won't be running a casino.

Fortunately, I have enough evidence. so i am comfortable.

Perhaps instead of threatening lawyers etc. you could actually do what I asked and PM Jan and maybe it can be resolved here? As a rule I doubt if an L&L casino would make you wait a month for 5k unless there was some kind of KYC issue.

P.S. why on earth would you close an account with 5k in it, unless you'd already been paid or there were some awkward questions being asked of you?

I gave them all the documents they wanted. everything is legal. There are no suspicious transactions in my account. When I closed the account from a comment on the forum site, I saw that they had to pay the money and I closed it.

They said they will confirm the account in 48 hours and it has been 1 month.

I can wait 3 months. but they don't comment. This uncertainty is not good for human psychology.

I am understanding person. explain the situation to me , I will accept it . but the customer representative just says there is no update.

Thank you . opportunism is wrong. I can't pay for the food I eat with taxes from people who get up and go to work every morning. I never support such a flexible aid policy of states, especially European countries. it causes nothing but opportunism and loss of workforce.

I don't believe for one second the UK government, or many others for that matter, would instantly drop taxes if everyone came clean.

I guess we will see when CBDCs come into force, and everything is tracked whether the extra money gained by the government will be fed back to the people. Another thing I won't be holding my breath over

I think that's a good idea - if you had contacted him earlier as members here suggested, instead of public raging and finger-pointing about the matter, then there would have been no tension. The reps are here to help if you have a fair case, not scam you. If it turns out you are found to be have been dishonest about things, this will be made apparent to us so check your facts!

Obviously this is resolved as thats how I roll.

Also had some interaction with player and advised how to avoid this from happening again, as he will run in to the same problem with any other UKGC regulated operator. It's a privacy matter, so can't be further discussed, but I'm sure he is fully aware now.
