Just thought I would share my frustrations with you and perhaps get a little advice.
Back on April 14th, I won $50,000 at Ruby Slots Casino. For weeks and weeks after that, I got the runaround and had to submit my documents at least five times because they kept saying pages were missing or they did not receive them, etc. The customer service was useless and basically told me that the payments were coming every single time I contacted them. Finally, after posting a complaint on another message board, the RS Rep helped me and after two months, I started getting paid two payments of $1250 via Bitcoin every week. Now, the payments have slowed down and I did not receive any payment for almost two weeks and now when I do get a payment, it is just one payment of $1250 a week. I am still owed more than $25,000 and I am unsure what to do next. The Rep was once very helpful, but now does not answer my emails because I have bothered her so much about this. I am just tired of begging for money that is rightfully owed to me and I do not know what else to do.
Should I just sit and wait another God knows how many months and be patient or should I re-open my original complaint on the other board? I am just worried that I will further piss off the Rep and then I will receive no future payments at all.
I am now very careful where I gamble online. This has been a very hard lesson learned, indeed. What a shame it is to finally win big, only to not be able to get your money. I am still extremely grateful for the win, of course.
