Have made many deposits at this casino and was finally able to request a withdrawal on 2/21/2013. Today I received an Email from AC Casino Accounting stating they were denying my withdrawal for duplicate accounts. They listed by account and 2 other account which I have never heard of with names I never have used at any casino. They state that those other account have the same address and IP. I know this is not correct as I live in a town that has fewer than 500 people and I have a unique address. The only possible was for any of this to be correct statement, (multiple accounts) is for the casino to have manufactured what they say is evidence.
This has never happened to me before at any online casino I have used including many that are rogue status but still paid my withdrawals. I feel money has been stolen from me by this fraudulent casino and would warn everyone to stay away from AC Casino unless you liked being bilked.

You have been screwed. This is a sister to the notorious Pamper casino, also known as Always Cool casino. It has form. Like Pamper, it fires out too-good-to-be-true offers, and then needs to find excuses for not paying big winners.

If you had duplicate accounts at the same postal address as well as IP address, this should have raised a red flag long ago, but it seems to have been fine so long as you were losing. The size of the town is largely irrelevant, it is a duplicate address they are claiming, and they mean someone else (2 others in fact) at your house have opened accounts. This should have been flagged on the account prior to yours, and upon your opening of an account (the third according to them), it should have been spotted and shut down soon after registration.

Since they have given you the other names, you can do some detective work to see if they live in your town, or know you some other way. If you can trace these others, you can both ask them about the casino's accusation they have used your details and spoofed your IP, and warn them that the casino are sure they have, and will not pay them if they win.

There seem to be well over 100 operations owned by the controlling group, and this alone is the hallmark of a dodgy operation. A legit operator could not properly manage such a large number of skins fairly and effectively. A rogue would use such a tactic to make it hard for them to be listed and avoided by players who do their research so as to steer clear of dodgy operations. Many of these brands will draw a blank when Googled, hence players might be fooled because they have found nothing obviously negative about them. Try googling "Pamper Casino", and you will see they have pretty much poisoned this brand by their actions, but type in "AC Casino" and you get loads of legit Atlantic City land casinos loading the top 10, thus pushing anything negative further down and out of sight. Try it's full name, Always Cool, and you get one hit on the top page, and it's a bad one from 2009 on this forum about another player getting royally reamed, along with some research based replies that give you much of what you need to know about who is behind them, and why they are best avoided.

AC Casino = Pamper Casino = Operia = dodgy rogues.

You've been around 5 years.

You still play at known rogues including this one.

I have no sympathy for you. Sorry. You knew the risks, and you played anyway.

I agree with Nifty.

I personaly wouldn't deposit any money on casinos like you-will-never-wincasino.com and scamcasino.com. :what:

You can keep on playing on crappy casinos if you want but don't start a thread here.

Your reply is sure helpful!!!! I did not know the rogues were rogues until I tried withdrawals and had problems and came here for information on casinos. I have been around here for 5 years like you said, but most of that time I played at microgaming casinos, until they quit allowing USA casinos. I have tried to use alternatives, but most of them are rogue operations. I looked up AC Casino on Casinomester before playing and could find no references to them. I guess my alternative at this point is to quit playing online casinos as I really do not trust any of them. This was my first post on Casinomeister as I thought it would be good information for people who do not know anything about AC Casino, but I guess on this site the senior posters think I should not post about it because I should have known better. KMA

Ah, not so fast.

Just read the Accredited list and I know although you registered 5 years ago, maybe you haven't visited this site, too much...it's all cool.

Cwc, JC, Inetbet...etc..all good casinos.

Don't quit...just yet. ;)

Shana, they bought their tickets. They knew what they were getting into. I say, let 'em crash.

What I reacted to the most was that you have played on many other casinos that you knew where rogued and yet you played. I assumed that you knew that AC was rogue and yet you decided to play.

The tip I can give you is play on accredited casinos and don't play anymore on rogued ones, so far you have been lucky enough to make a withdraw but sooner or later you will win big and your withdraw will be cancled due to some crappy made up rule.

I do however apologize if I was rude.

Of course there is always the chance that the OP DOES have multiple accounts.....just saying.

Why don't you PAB and we can all find out what happened.

FWIW, I wouldn't go anyway NEAR a casino called "Always Cool Casino". It screams "clipjoint" to me....but I believe they offer big bonuses, don't they? ;)

What other "rogues" did you play at?

Man, you`ve got money to burn. Five years playing rogues and many deposits at AC Casino?

I know your options are limited, but if you want to keep playing, try 3dice or some BetSoft,
that members here have had good experience with.

Of course not, they are rogue, not stupid.

Many rogues do their best to hide negative comment. Take the Virtual group. Yet again, they are going through a rebranding exercise in order to distance their casinos from their past sins. Take the "new" casino "Ruby Slots". There was initially nothing on the net about them, a clean slate to start again. Then, it was discovered they were not so new after all, but the start of a rebranding exercise, and Ruby Slots is in fact a rebranded Virtual rogue. The same thing was done with the Crystal Palace group, the whole lot rebranded with the evidence strongly suggesting Virtual tried to run them "off the radar" as a separate and "new" group.

Operia have over a HUNDRED brands, making it very hard to find anything negative about an individual skin. AC is particularly sneaky as it uses the abbreviation "AC" rather than it's full name. This is why searching "AC Casino" didn't turn up anything that could act as a warning.

When I saw your post, I didn't know for sure, but the name "AC Casino" triggered my gut feeling that there was something very wrong about them. This is the benefit of hanging around here, you absorb information into your subconcious, and this can give you those "gut feelings" about a casino name.

If you do get this feeling, don't take "no news = good news" for an answer when doing the initial research, dig deeper. Often the clue is in the underlying company that operates a skin, not the brand itself. In this case, the common link is in the small print, Operia. Operia joins all the dots and delivers the smoking gun evidence that should tell one to avoid at all costs.

As for their main brand, Pamper, this came to light ages ago, terrible choice of name, and fake company address that according to Google street view was a Pizza shop. They had to send a rep here to fight the resulting fire, and who had to come clean and admit the address was not their real office, it was merely an address with no staff, an empty office above a pizza shop where any mail was occasionally collected and forwarded to where they really were, Costa Rica, a place well known for NOT issuing gambling licenses, which is why many rogues operate from there. They used a "dirty trick" to trick players into thinking they were UK based, but they got caught out. With their Pamper brand well and truly flushed down the crapper, they had to start spitting out sister brands to lure in fresh meat to the slaughter, so along comes AC Casino and others, all with the same INSANE bonus offers.

They are a scam

I got 3500% bonus for 200 $ deposit. Won , was trying to withdraw 7000$. They email me saying that I had multiple accounts. I was shocked, I cannot believe they would lie so much so they dont have to pay players. They created 2 bogus new accounts and said I had 3 accounts. How on earth will anyone open multiple acocunts how ever gambling addict I could be. Anyways they say that they also closed those 2 accounts and they kept my original account..Now if all 3 accounts was mine, shdnt I be the one to decide which account I would like to keep open. Now they can lie any how they want..
Thsi casino shdnt operate.. they are liars. I was playing for 3-4 days to get that... They want me to accept that I had multiple accounts and then they woudl give back my 200$ and again i can claim bonus. R they out of their mind...They r one cheat. I am just in shock , It is unbelievable

Does anyone know how to approach this. Can we sue them..

They created two bogus accounts? Yeah right. Why would they NEED to? They could just SAY that you had xx accounts.

Sorry, but the fact that you don't expressly deny opening multiple accounts, and that you are giving excuses as to why they should pay you "even if you did" tells me it isn't the casino telling porkies.

I don't like AC Casino, but I smell a rat here.

I have to agree with Nifty here - there is a very unpleasant smell around this story.

Also, am I the only one to notice he said he was trying to withdraw $7,000, which is exactly the bonus amount of $200 x 3500%?

Seriously people, a 3500% bonus? What legitimate casino would EVER offer something that high?
The alarm bells should have been ringing the moment that ridiculous figure came into view...

Yes, sometimes they rarely visit unlike us regulars and if they did check on that casino and found nothing untoward its cool with me too though no pun intended lol.

When you come to a casino offering these monster bonuses that are to good to be true, some alarm bells should ring. Atleast enough to google them and check CM.

Its the same thing as the rich uncle you didnt know you had in Nigeria who left you 15 millions after he died whos accountant decided to send you a email, or that hot Russian girl who decided she would spam emails to get a boyfriend and that you just need to pay the plane tickets.

There's no such thing as a free lunch, and sadly enough some affiliates likes to promote those bastards claiming they are safe.

how can I prove I didn't open multiple accounts.. What else can I say...sorry u don't believe me. God know the truth...those 2accounts , were not mine...pls believe me..pls give me some benefit of doubt I won't or don't do such things....

Scam

Now I understand what u were trying to say..." They could have said u xx number of account"....that is what happened...
"Violation:
Multiple accounts:
xenazorro
auroracubtop
sbartu"
Xenazorro are my dogs I create my casino names under them..I don't recognize the bottom 2..I was assuming they created those 2 names..or accounts...by the way they said that also say they closed those accounts in the same email..that was I was trying to explain..sorry if I am not good in explaining...

Just hope you have learned from this, as I have said in many posts , these places will be around as long as players do not educate themselves, you are not the first nor will you be the last. These rogue casinos got on a list for a damned good reason way back .

These massive bonuses should always be a big bright warning bell , if it sounds to good to be true , then your setting yourself up to be screwed.

Just take it as a lesson learned and play at the better casinos from now on.

If your gonna continue to gamble , stop by and read the posts on CM, as a 5 year member , you should be giving advice about these crappy casinos instead of asking about them , jmo:rolleyes:

Multiple accounts, this is not good even at a crap hole casino, big big no no, almost as bad a chargebacks imo !

Much luck,
Laurie

Ask them what the connection is...were they your details? Email address? IP address?

I guess there is a possibility they are making it all up, but I think there is a greater chance that you DO have multiple accounts....particularly since you so "I don't so such things" etc etc....I've heard it all before.

Either way...you are screwed.

Thank u

I had to go colorado for surgery, while in the hotel room recovering for next few days I was playing...could that be it..since I didn't play from home...anyways still it beats abt the 2 other account cos my name is unique..and since they claimed and closed the account in the same email..there was no way for me to verify those accounts and find out more details...I feel dumb...
Thank u I feel more comforted by ur thread..thank for believing me...I came across the casinomeister only recently ...I will listen more closely..my money is gone...
