7 Sultans false cashout time claim

I've noticed on the home page it says that cashout time for 7 Sultans is "Within 24 hours."

This is false and it's actually much longer.

From their terms and conditions:

"Each cash-in will remain on hold for 24 hours, allowing you the opportunity to reverse a cash-in back into your casino account so that you can continue playing.

Withdrawals requested between 4.00 GMT on Thursday mornings, and 4.00 GMT Monday morning will remain in your account available for reversal, until after 4.00 GMT Monday morning."

So if you withdraw on a Thursday you've got a long wait until Monday before they'll start working on it. A bit longer than 24 hours wouldn't you say?

Also from an email following a cashin:

"For security reasons withdrawals are processed after 24 hours."

Quite clearly 7 Sultans does not cashout within 24 hours and this should be rectified on the homepage.

I agree. It is misleading that they claim "within 24 hours", when it obviously can take days according to your info (I have not visited their site).

Yeah...security reasons

I guess Nordicbet, 32Red, Maxino, 3Dice, Redbet and other great casinos do not care so much about "security" since they pay out almost instantly

I agree alot of the casinos that say 24hrs is crap like 7Sultan Allsots is the same. Make a cash out late Wed and its Monday before they start the withdraw.
I think its very bad for the rep. of the casinos. 24 hrs only exists Mon to Wed morn so how can the casinos get away with promoting 24hr cash out??

IMO really, 32Red will kill all other MG casino big time so 32Red will probably win first place. They have been very high on list since and bought some of other casino to be merged with 32Red. 32Red done very well with good time response of withdrawal request, identification and cash out. I am sticking to 32Red since this has been good to me. So is 3Dice as well and other casino who treat me very well. But at the moment I am avoiding Party Casino and Stargame as since there have been such incident in it. One is Party Casino has very tight a** pardon my french in the playthrough terms and conditions. While stargame has current incident of not pay out to casino player. I have been playing with them since but now stopped since those very first incident came up. Pretty disappointed.

Actually that's not quite right about the 24 hours pending except for weekends. If you withdraw on a Thursday you're stuck in pending until Monday.

It looks to me like they're trying to fudge the stated payout times a bit now. I'm sure in the past they just stated a straight 24 hours, but after it was repeatedly pointed out that the weekend and/or holidays routinely made this time a lot longer, they've now decided to explicitly exclude the weekend, almost pretending it doesn't exist.

GNUF, Betway, Platinum Play and Red Flush (that's just off the top of my head) all do the same thing with their 24/48 hour payout times. I think the record I had was the best part of seven days off one of them by the time they'd finished messing about.

If you're just after straight depositing, playing, hopefully winning and then withdrawing at an MG casino - I honestly don't see any reason to give any casino other than 32Red your money.

Rereading my original post, when I mentioned the homepage cashout claim, I was referring to here on Casinomeister, not 7 Sultans, but failed to make that clear. Since Casinomeister is such a well-respected portal and player resource, I felt that the discrepancy should be highlighted.

I agree with you on this. OP first described the case as they were promoting "within 24H" on their own site. This would be misleading. But he later corrected himself by saying that he only found some incorrect data in your new accredited section and not on their site. Big difference.

That's your onus - if you notice discrepancies, post them in the proper forum - don't begin a casino bash-fest which is what you have done.

As for the VIP thing, it's for select VIPs - not all - which is clearly stated. If you have an issue with that, go patronize another casino.

As for the select VIP bit, that's fair enough and up to them. I've got no complaints about that. But when I'm explicitly told by customer services that no one gets flushed, that seems a bit contradictory and worth mentioning. IMHO.

The truth of the matter is that many accredited casinos state 24 or 48 hour payout times, but this will simply not happen if you make a withdrawal any later than about 3pm on Thursday in the case of the 24 hour casinos, and about the same time on Wednesday in the case of the 48 hour casinos.

(In fact, in the case of the casinos that state 48 hour paytimes, this will only be true if the withdrawal is requested between Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon, any other withdrawal request will overshoot 48 hours by a substantial amount.)

Chuck a bank holiday onto the end of the weekend and 48 hours can easily become seven days.

If you need to get documents verified then you can add another day or two even onto that.
