I know, another 3D thread, but I feel I must. Last night had a good run on 7s Wild VP. Had it up to around $1300, cashed out 1K!! I know I rag on the slots over there, but I feel I should also post what is good at 3D (besides their awesome CS)!! I checked the account and it reads "$1000 executed. Check mailed. ALL YOU OTHER REPS OUT THERE, THIS IS EXACTLY THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN!! No BS "account reviews", no documents, just I lose, I pay, you lose, you pay. So simple really, too bad so many of you just don't get it. Thanks to 3Dice for coming on the scene and renewing some of my faith in online casinos. ENZO, you should patent your operations procedures and teach some of these other suckers how to make money and keep customers!

I have had a account with 3DICE for about 6 months, I closed it for a while as there slots are so high variance and was killing me and I couldnt figure out there tourny's.

I recently requested it to be reopened to try out there new games,
had to wait a 3 day cooling off period and was told I couldnt deposit until then, but the kind gentleman, not Enzo or Anna gave me a free $25 dollar chip to try out the new game This lasted half an hour or so and I was broke.

I know there slots are high variance but you still want to deposit just for the service, by far the most pleasant and player focused company I have bet with online so far.

That online chat facility is a big hit and there software graphics are by far better than most others.

I also think having the casinomeister label (best casino award) visible on there site is a good business move, you cant get a better player advocate than casinomeister.

But the fact is that any time these 3dice threads pop up, i find myself usually agreeing with all the positives. One thing that has made me feel much better is that it is quite obvious that 3dice spends a lot of money on expanding their platform and providing new and unique experiences for us. Their games, i'm sure, cost a lot more to create. And it's also hard to place a value on the service and environment they have. If they found a way to make me go "wow" with a keno game, that's pretty impressive enough, lol.

Well I vented too awhile back right...LOL, but all in all I have to also agree with you guys about 3Dice and the never ending great CS and certainly very unique software. Not even in the same class as the rest. I also believe that as they grow their customer base, the games will also tend to loosen up too as they will be more and more people playing in the casino at any given time which always tends to loosen the games...I have noticed this exact thing happen over the years at land based casinos...

There is nothing wrong in starting yet another thread on 3 Dice as long as we have encountered special and memorable experiences.

This guy (Enzo) has so much energy to burn that I thought he must have a twin brother to share his workload. I also believe he has a Master's Degree in Engin eering and Marketing as he has great expertise in both. What impresses me most is his communication/maketing skills. The $50 free chip is just a drop in the ocean but he has won many admirers except for the blot spotted by Grandmaster. He showed that he was witty when he dared Tim5ny not to sleep by prolonging his play at 3Dice which I saw at another thread.

I am not sure whether he also deserves praise for the great service rendered by the other support staff at live support. If they were so responsive because of the training he gave them, he would surely have upped the stakes which could leave even 32RED and Inetbet trailing. The aggression shown by 3Dice is second to none but the question is whether they can maintain this when they continue growing and their customer base expands.

Well thats a given really, you cant blame the man for trying to get his business to grow, Once they get a big client base then you will probally see what ROBWIN said, the slots and other games will start to pay regular, and who really cares about a conversation when your winning ( you go into a trance).
They will still have a soft spot and the odd conversation may still flow between each other and I dont think there deposit or give away bonuses will stop.

you know they will try and stay fresh and ahead of any other casino so it would be exciting to see what they come out with.

So i hit up live chat and asked the rep whats up with that and i was told to hold for a moment and i did, He came back on and said check it now i did and it was paid.

Now my only problem with that is if i could off been paid so quickly why not in the first plaice.

Now ok im not moaning because i won it on a free tourn and it was only $15 but one off there big pulls for me when i played with my own cash was there super fast cashouts and now when i feel the need to play win and wanting a fast cashout i cant play at 3dice.
