    Howdy Yalls,

I just wanted to quickly write about my experience at 3dice lately and ask how others have been doing there. Let me start by saying I trust no one else in this industry (besides Casinomeister of course) more than 3D. On that front I have to say I have been entirely satisfied with almost everything in regards to deposits and of course the very rare cashout. I also should say that I am at about 100 losing deposits since my last cashout without even a hint of a cashout at this time, and have been playing with them for well over 1.5 years

I have had several cashouts along with 100's and 100's of deposits. I would say my deposit to cashout ratio is about 25-35 deposits before a cashout. I play everything from $0.15-$2.00 / spin and play almost every slot they have with the exception of slotro because I think it is a scam. Average deposit is probably 30 bucks. When such long amounts of time and such huge amounts of money go into such everlasting losing streaks, sometimes it feels appropriate to be comped on play. I have played multiple RTG casinos and they always seem to do really well on comping losses. 3Dice however does not. Their comps are miniscule compared to the entirely epic losing streaks in between. Maybe I have just been spoiled at the club world casinos, but I truly feel that this is an area that 3dice could improve on.

I also have to say that while many may disagree, I do not feel that customer support goes above and beyond. There are several members of support that go above and beyond but I have had several issues with them that has left a sour taste in my mouth. One example that comes to mind is recently when I contacted 3Dice through Casinomeister to ask for a review of my account ( I believe this was during this neverending losing streak). About a year ago, Enzo would personally reply within a day. Those days are long gone. After several days of no response, I sent another email. Once that emailed was ignored for several days, I went onto their site and spoke to one of the reps. They said they would leave a message for a manager. After another day, still no word. I contacted them again and explained that I had been trying to contact a manager for almost a week and no one had gotten back to me. I told them that I had also contacted support through livechat and they said that they would leave a message. My acct was then reviewed with absolutely no mention or acknowledgement of the time it took to respond.

Another thing that irks me is that around 90 losing deposits or so I asked to have my acct reviewed again. This time I was told that CS would leave a note for Anna. Several days go by and I check my acct and log in regularly. No word, no comp. After a few more days I get in contact with CS and they tell me she wasn't able to add anything. This is the type of thing that I feel 3dice used to be very good at. If a longtime depositing player has a question regarding very poor luck, it seems like it would be appropriate to get in contact with that player and at least let them know that they couldn't add a comp at that time.

These are 2 of the 3 times I have been ignored by the management when I came to them with problems regarding gameplay.

I don't know what I plan to do as I do truly love playing at 3dice. I just feel that the games are tighter than they should be lately and anytime a player goes on a hundred deposit losing streak, you'd think management would be able to do something better than the occasional $5 comp. I am very frustrated at 3dice right now but who knows what will happen. At this point I am not even sure that I have a question, just needed to rant as I have been holding it in for ........well for about 90 deposits.

All the best to you all, and if 3dice reads this, I just wish you would have taken a little bit better care of an extremely unlucky player who plays there often. A little extra attention would have gone a long way.

I can appreciate your frustration, I believe most of us have experienced these "never ending" dry spells, my question to you is this based on your last sentence, are you closing your account or are you looking to publicly call out 3 Dice and hoping for a comp?

Canadaman, I can see your point but no sympathy here. Do you know the word they use for
someone who does the same thing over and over and over and get the same udesired result?
I think mgt. is doing you a favor not giving you a cop. If they gave you $10 or $15 , which you probably would get the same results, you would feel great that you were appreciated and continue to make another 100 deposits. That is INSANE
Why not just try another casino. I assume you are from Canada, so you have more options that we here in the US have.
I play mostly at one casino and once a month I get a huge bonus but the WR is so ridiculous, it really isnt worth it, plus I get some small amts once per week never ever cashed in. Nothing personal here just my ten cents worth or 9 canadian cents worth

3Dice does the math. When they comp you for a poor session, it's no WR and no max cashout.

And we don't know just how well you did prior to the losing 100 deposits.

I had a great run this summer. And then lost more in 10 weeks than I did in the prior three years.

I took a break. It was a great time to clear my mind, decide to stop chasing losses and start fresh.

Truly random software won't care that you lost the last 99 times.

There aren't tons of deposit bonuses at 3Dice, so it's most likely not WRs holding you back. But if your play was in line with averages (and you make expected RTP, it means you lose), they can't comp you a whole bunch. You've had some from what I understand.

I think every time you deposit, you should expect losing. But 100 times is a long time. Maybe a break and re-evaluate your cashout goals for a session?

One of the nicest things about 3Dice IMO is there's always a free tourney for depositing players to get a free kick at the can when your bankroll is depleted.

Lately all my deposits have been going to 3Dice, only a select few are going to 32Red, NordicBet and maybe another or 2.

While I am not one that has had a heap of losing deposits, I have actually run up some nice balances but played most of it back, run tournies or gifted some and if I withdraw some of that withdrawal, if not all is deposited back in. Winning or losing I keep coming back here.

I only ever contact support via the "chat" and I have a response within 2 minutes unless the rep is on a call in which they politely say so. I do not always get comped and do not expect to be, I just feel there is no harm in asking and no matter how pesky I think I am being support is always excellent.

Now when I do get comped it is only $10 or so - once it was $25, the only time I received significantly more was on my first deposit, but I had discovered a major issue with banking.

Seeing a $10 comp is a little frustrating, but I think this all stems from being used to the likes of 32Red throwing $50+ into your account etc and you think it is the norm.

But I have realised that 3Dice when they comp you, they actually comp you, it has no wr attached or no restrictions like other casinos do when they comp you. So that $10 is actually not so bad.

I do hope your thread is not intended to be a public call out and is just you voicing your frustration but parts of your past make it look as such.

    Cheers
    Matt

I actually talked to Anna awhile back, I haven't been playing much at 3Dice unless I have extra in the gambling budget, but whenever I did it was a slaughter. I asked her if I could get my lifetime stats, she looked it up for me and I was surprised to find out that I'm about even! My lifetime deposits and my lifetime cashouts were like $50 off, and she wasn't including anything I'd been comped. It surprised the heck out of me, but I remember for awhile there I was winning (and cashing out) fairly frequently. But now I'm in a dry patch and it seems like it's been going on forever.

I am in the same boat, before Christmas I hit a random of about $3600 and a bunch of nice hits, since then all down hill, I just play elsewhere when this happens.

It is volatile but it is also one casino that you can make up your losses quick with one monster hit which do happen frequently enough there.

I am still trying to get a feel for 3D. I have made several small deposits and have tried all the slots. No

good hits yet in real cash play but, in tourney play they seem to hit a lot. Are they set up that way on

purpose? The only problem with tourney play, well to me anyway, it is extremely boring! Even switching

out games, I just can't seem to get excited about them. Maybe, if I place in one, my views will change.

Since I am new there, I can't comment on extended loss cycles and comps so I reserve thoughts on the

    subject.

@ OP - You're in Canada bud - Why would you even continue playing at 3Dice if you can play MG?

I mean a lot of the people say you hit big or go home - You can play Slots like BDBA / Immortal Romance / LOTR that have a far higher Jackpot than some of the Slots at 3Dice... Why wait for 100 deposits until you hit when you could have hit it on your 17th Deposit... lol.

When I played MG I had huge hits on most of the games I played.

I'm on Playtech now - I get cash outs very often and am well ahead (I left MG in a very nice profit too). I don't believe in the Theory ' I don't win because the Slots are High Variance' or 'You will get one big hit and it will all Change'. If your luck is bad at 3Dice, I don't think it will change. You might have a good day or two and then you are back to square one. Move on and play where you see the Hits and the money coming back. I left playing there because of 'Bad Luck' and play small IF I do deposit. I get bored with Playtech and sometimes even throw something into NetEnt or RTG or even 3Dice. But honestly, I deposit once every 3-6 months there.

You get High variance slots all over and the probability to hit them is about the same...

    Good Luck!

Honestly, I really think it comes down to luck at 3dice, yesterday I deposited 50 dollars, hit a decent win on Happy Valley. When to Tut and hit over 600. I then cashed out. But Thanks to my hubby, he lost it all back, couldn't hit a thing. No matter what game he played, got nothing. I am not worried about the cashout though, because he has to pay me back all the money he lost, but again he played at the wrong time.

Now as I have said before, he is not a fan of 3dice, and only plays when I have money pending in a cashout, but he has never been able to hit anything there. At some point, you have to say to yourself enough is enough. And I think the OP is at that stage. And taking a break for a while just might be a good thing. This break will let you relieve yourself of the frustration and when you do try it again you will not be so mad or frustrated. The one thing to keep in mind here, is if a slot is not hitting move to another one, if that one is not hitting quit for a while then come back. I know it is alot easier said then done, but that is what I do, now my biggest challenge is making my hubby do the same thing!

Hope your luck turns around very soon,

    LH

LH.........They (3D) are ok with both of you playing on one account?

Back to the OP....I understand the frustration of most of what you are saying in regards to long, long stretches of hitting nothing. Been there myself. I do think one tends to having longer losing streaks at 3d due to variance. The good thing is that you can hit some quite large wins on not big stakes but you might have to burn though more than you would somewhere else to get that. I guess we all have to decide if it's worth it or not.

However my experience with comps and support has been positive except for a couple of minor problems. I do really appreciate the fast cashout times and the responsive support and the no hassles in playing there. I'm just like anyone else and don't care for the long stretches of losing my arse either but when you start getting frustrated the best course is to back off for a while. Give it and the casino in question some resting time.

    Hope your luck turns soon.

That sounds a little weird. You can't really trust something and feel like what they have to offer is a scam.
How exactly does that slot make you feel like its a "scam"?

As far as the rest of your bit, I see it's a cry out to them to give you some attention and a
Scooby Snack, but understand this... They might give you a little something something for
coming out in the public about it, but you'll never be as valuable to 3Dice as you were when you
made your very first deposit. After a year and a half of depositing, they've hooked your ass
and can count on a deposit by you ever so often because you really wanna see those 3 tut heads.

I read this thread earlier and I swore to myself I was not gonna respond. Once again going against my own advice. Here Goes.

I've been playing at 3 dice for 2 or 3 years. ( to late at night to look up) This week I too uninstalled the casino. I did not close acct. I simply uninstalled.

I had a great win in Nov. Since then it has been losing deposits. I mean many. Too many. When I hit in NOV. I said OK I'm just gonna play at 3 dice. I was reading so much crap about problems for USA I figured I'm gonna sit back, enjoy chat and just play there. I love the people I love the staff. Me uninstalling had nothing to do with them. Believe me it was a hard choice I had to make. But for now it was the right choice.

I have had a online casino gaming acct since before the laws changed. I always said if it dropped below a certain amount, I would stop until I built it up again. This acct. Had close to 10 grand in it. I know I took a grand out of it for something so we say it had 8500. (once again too late to pull actual figures). I got down to 1 grand. Then I said enough. I uninstalled. I don't know the exact figure I spent at 3 dice and honestly I don't want to know.

All i can say is it stopped being fun. I would have 2 different things happen to me.

    1. Deposits lost within minutes. (all different size deposits and all different size bets)
    2. I would start winning, I would hit the 300 mark and boom big time losing streak. ( this still bothers me some because I've heard other people say the same thing, The minute they hit 300 boom).

Call it bad luck, call it variance, call it what you will. I just say it wasn't fun. It no longer was me sitting back enjoying chat and having fun. It was me trying to build, trying to get back, chasing.

Now is it my fault yes. My gambling style is if I hit big I play with house money to go for jackpots. (those that play RTG casinos know what I am speaking of).
Were there many times I could have cashed out at 300. Yes but to me having to wait 3 days to receive winnings or get it transferred to e wallet just to pay more fees to redeposit isn't worth it.
    I don't blame the casino.
Also just to point out. The staff knew how bad my butt was getting kicked, they offered me comps and tried to get me thru this cursed streak. So this is not about that.

It's been a bad few months for some people, I know I'm not the only one. So I understand exactly how they and the person that started this thread feels.

Will I go back to 3 dice? Most likely yes in time once I build up again and I feel better about playing there but for now the right thing to do is just stay away.

For those of you who play there my chat name is Chocmartini. So you all know how involved in the casino chat room I was.

I would also like to say again, I am not mad, not looking for comp, not bashing 3 dice. Just telling you my side and how I can understand the frustration level of some players who are having bad streaks.

Sometimes the best thing to do is just walk away.

I'm shocked and speechless about this statement you made because
its so true! I thought I was losing my mind. I'm up to $300 and before
I know it I'm playing 3 lines at 3 cents a bet on Payola, cashing in my
3 or 4 dollars in comp points, losing that and feeling slutty and used afterwards.

Yes! But like I said I can't blame casino because I did make it to 300 many times, however I did not cash out. Just my play style.

However I would go from 300 to 0 in less then an hour, this concerned me. too many times same result, so my simple solution was to uninstall for now.

Like I said call it variance, call it bad luck, for me I call it I need a break this isn't fun.
