I won a nice sum on DDB VP at 32red on Friday/Sat :)

I went to the bank on Monday afternoon (today) and I was 70k richer

I've been a player at 32red for 1 1/2 years and have always had top class service and fast withdrawals but this one beats everything - I think they must have been waiting for the bank to open on Monday morning so they could rush the funds to me.

If you haven't given 32red a try yet then I highly recommend you signup - it's top class in every way possible

WELL DONE!

And there was I being smug about the 1000 I've won at 32red so far this month. : :o

So ukcroupier are you going to post how you did it bet size, big wins etc?

If you check out the thread on winning screen shots you'll see I done rather well the prvious week :)

I hit a royal at 1 and a $10k 4 aces with kicker (at ladbrokes) and ended up winning 27k

Once the cheques had cleared I decided to push my luck (a bit stupid really) and lost a few grand playing 10 & 25 DDB with a bit of 10 play deuces thrown in to keep it fun.

I hit some nice quads on DDB and deuces and about 1/2 hour before going to bed I had a chat with CS about a cashout and decided to have one more session at 25 - I hit the auto play and BANG, pat royal!!! - never happens pat when I play multi-line, us gamblers are never satisfied :)

Woke up in the morning and about 1/2 hour into a game I nailed another royal at 25!

Then went on to have a nice run of quads to top up the winnings to 70k

I got screen shots on my other computer which I'll post :)

I've done some back yesterday & today but I think I'll ease off now. I bought some domains with traffic (10k gone - better than shares) and paid for the car I ordered before the Ladbrokes win (20k more gone) so I think 50k in the bank 'till I figure out what best to do with it - and that leaves me with a couple of grand to do it all over again :D

Cor! Where's the jealous smilie when you need it???

That's a right result!

I've had a bit of a nightmare at 32RED recently, but that's purely due to me exclusively playing there nowadays - and slots are going to bite you where it hurts every now and again!!!

Glad to see someone else enjoying the faultless customer service, the rapid payouts and the all round impeccable service! That must be a bank payment record though! Makes me feel even more confident that when I do get back on a winning streak, I've picked the right place to play!

7 hands after writing that last one and I just hit pat quad 3's at Ladbrokes (didn't get the kicker)

The bank transfer was via CHAPS which i think is only good in the UK - they wrote last night and said it would be in my account Tuesday at the latest, I woulda been happy with that :)

I got quite a few smaller domains but the main ones were

pokeruk.com
pokergame.co.uk
nolimitholdempoker.com

I can park them and get my money back eventualy from PPC but I'll probably put up some small domains to take advantage of a couple of good affiliate deals I have.

WTG Croupier! Certainly helps with the post-Christmas Crunch!

Those are potent domains too - you should prosper well from them.

Good going Croup!!
It goes to show that it pays to be choosy when it comes to selecting casinos - not a drip of perspiration dripped from wondering if you'll be paid or not.
Kudos to 32red for reaffirming what we already know :D

Absolutely. I'll take any signup bonus going (you need a bonus when playing something as volatile as VP) but I always return to the major players when I'm depositing serious money:

32red
Ladbrokes
William Hill
Peak Entertainment

That's about the only places I play, and I'm never in the slightest bit worried about getting paid - 2x20k royals in what amounts to about 1 hour play made me double check which casino I was at, but when I confirmed it was 32red I was ok :)

Littlewoods is a good bet too by the way. Crypto and Ecash combo.

Ok, here's the story with pics :)

27k just gone into my bank from Ladbrokes win previous week. 20k put aside for car and a bit more for spending money so I'm playing the rest for another big hit.

Funds almost wiped out (150 remaining) and I hit this life saver:

32red1.gif

Under an hour later and this beauty comes along dealt pat, but still didn't hit the kicker :(

32red2.gif

It's another 2 1/2 hours (and a few cashouts) before the next major hit

32red3.gif

I swap to the laptop and play a bit while watching TV downstairs (isn't wireless a wonderfull thing :)) - it's past my bedtime so I check with CS about a cashout query and then decide to have one last quick session while I smoke a fag. I hit the autoplay and BANG!!! this gets dealt pat on the first hand - amazing!

32red4.gif

Up again, and my cashouts have all been processed (no messing around with 48 reverse period with 32red, usualy done in a couple of hours - this is a HUGE plus in my book). 1/2 hour into play and here comes the 2nd biggy

32red5.gif

Some more quads finished up the day with a 70k cashout. My final run started with 3k, everytime I hit a quad to take me over my current high total I would cashout half the profit and increase my stake by 1/2.

I got that 3k up to just over 10k (aces took me over the 10k barrier) and I cashed out the full winnings from the 4k aces and was looking forward to some more winnings with my nice big 6k bankroll. Well, that bankroll went FAST, and I think I only hit 1 small quad with it - shows you the danger of DDB VP

Hope you guys enjoyed the little story - and I hope you all get a chance to see how it feels, hopefully someday soon :)

** Well done croup, I know I'm late... but still!! Have you thought on how you going to spend the cash, and I would also like to ask... do you think on 'average' you are now in a profit or even with the spend over 'theoretically' 2 years? Just wondering**

I'm saving for a house (would prefer not to have a morgage) so I guess it will be thrown in with my other savings.

Since I've been playing VP (about 4 years) I would say I'm winning, although I don't have precise stats. I've gone thru a few million hands and I'm sure I'm still in profit (although I'm not sure I could have said that 3 weeks ago)

I've been lucky enough to get more than my share of royals, I would say i'm hitting about every 30k hands instead of 40k - it's easy to say that with no stats, but I think thats a very good estimate. Also, about 50% of the time when I hit a royal I hit a 2nd within a couple of days, this means the 2nd is hit when I've increased my stake - I've been thru a couple of long periods without royals but it's great when you hit that 2nd (or 3rd sometimes) with your bets increased.

I like to up the stakes when I'm running hot, this can bust you out quick but also can prove to be amazingly profitable. I remember taking a $50+$50 first deposit up to almost $10k once, I was lucky enough to nail a $1k royal and that gave me the armunition to cause the casino some serious damage :)

I preach a lot about playing the odds and taking small edges but when it boils down to it, I'm a gambler.

I personaly think the only way you will ever beat a game with a house edge is to buyin small and if you're lucky start to up your stakes (whilst you constantly squiral away winnings). You might not beat a house edge game long term, but the long term might be longer than your lifetime, so some gamblers do beat house edge games.

I remember a computer simulation I did once for roulette. I had 37 players putting 1 chip/spin on 1 number, each player had his own number - I then ran the simulation until all players were losing. Even thought the casino would be winning 1 chip every spin with these conditions, it sometimes took hudreds of thousands of spins before every player was losing.

Volitility is the major factor when playing a house edge game - the lotto might be a 50% house edge game but you only need to win it once to be a lifetime winning gambler :)

I really don't understand why you trust in Ladbrokes.
I play only Bj and i think is a total waste of time and money over there.

A question: 32red accept visa electron, how can i make a withdrawl by means of visa electron?
Is it possible to cash money directly on the card??
Thanks a lot

Yeah, you can use visa electron, also the PostePay one very popular in Italy at the moment. Usually money arrives in 6-7 days

32red are about the only UK casino i know that process withdrawals to a Credit Card rather than just a debit card so that should be fine.

I took that as meaning that the Bet Direct brand (

Thats how i read it too. Lets also remember WillHill now operate a Crypto AND a Boss casino (SportsCasino) too so chances are LW are just following suit.

32Red is the only place to play! You will NEVER have to worry about getting paid. Best casino on the whole internet as far as I'm concerned. Ed Ware is the casino manager... and I know from experience that he will personally answer the customer support phones every once in a while and take the time to get to know you. He has even written me an email before and asked me to give him a call just to chat. Has any online casino ever added such a personal touch for you? I doubt it! I've tried them all, and the only other group that I can even put in the near second catagory to 32red is the Tridents group which owns King Neptune's and a couple other casinos. Excellent job on your video poker outing! I hope you really put it towards a new home as your intentions state. It's far too easy to think that you can have a session like that one on a regular basis. It can't happen too often.

32RED Bonuses

I see many posters raving about 32RED, and you have got me interested!
However, I'm still to be convinced, and remain pretty unimpressed with their offers (eg. their diabolically bad sign up bonus!) and the web-site.

For example, I was trying to check out the 'Club Rouge' $132 monthly match bonus on the following page:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

But every time I click on the 'Terms and Conditions' link - nothing happens!

Would someone who knows all about it please tell me this:-
What do you have to do to become a 'Club Rouge' member?
What are the WR's on this monthly bonus?
Thanks,
KK

Hi KK

Its by invite and i think its designed for players who stay loyal so after a certain amount of time, or amount of wagers, you get enrolled. I don't believe there's a minimum stipulation but its designed to reward the loyal players who play there regularly and wager decent amounts. As long as you have wagered $3,500 then you can cash out from the bonus anytime. You can collect your bonus before or after this event occurs or just choose not to take it. At least, thats my perception. There's more to CR than just the bonus though - I play there a lot and all sorts of little niceties crop up from time to time.

Cheers

It's the hard to quantify qualities about 32RED that make it so good. Things like the time I claimed my 132 Match bonus on the 1st of the month, then they announced on the 2nd they were doing a special 320 Match for Christmas... So that's me stuffed right? Nope, I get an email saying they'd plopped the rest into my account to make up the difference... Or the thousands of times I've sent an email, then received a response *and* a resolution to my enquiry within FIVE minutes. Literally. Or the ruby rewards that accumulate, and you can cash in whenever you like - that appear instantly in your account, as soon as you press submit. Or the fact when you cash-out, it's ALWAYS in your bank within three working days, even quicker to Neteller. Then there's the Ed Ware chap who posts here... Really nice bloke who owns an online casino and, wait for it, actually LISTENS to what his customers have to say - then acts on it. In fact, that's exactly the word... "Customers". It's about as close to that feeling you get in Vegas, where nothing is too much trouble, and they'll do absolutely everything and anything they can to help.

In my experience, they thoroughly deserve every single last piece of praise thrown their way - and are blazing a trail that I only hope all the rest will follow!

In fact, this post in itself says something I guess... I can't think of the last organisation/company I used that made me want to praise/stick up for them so much! I've not actually done too well online over the last few weeks, but that's down to my love of those damn slots!!! :D As I said up there, I'll be sticking with the 32RED till my luck turns

Well I'm sorry guys... thanks for the replies, but it STILL sounds like a bunch of crap to me!

Good PR & fast payouts are of little interest to me - I'm looking for good offers with reasonable WR (like Intercasino's for example). I don't care if payouts take 7 days - as long as they come eventually!
I'm not a bonus abuser (I rarely even play Blackjack or VP), but I am a bonus user - and why not? I only deposit if there's a bonus with sensible WR on offer - after all, why play with your own money when you can use the casino's?? ;)

I would like to hear from Mr Ed Ware, but I doubt if he can say anything which could move 32RED up from mid-table on my list of MG casinos!

Hi KK
I'm not sure but you may have mis-understood the WR's in that the $3500 playthru applies to a 132/132 bonus which is not at all unreasonable, IMHO. Very comparable to Inter, really. And I think that bonus is monthly for the Club Rouge people but maybe was offered to everyone as a Xmas present in December. Even getting such an offer once a year is worth the membership.

I think the monthly 100/32 deal, which, granted, may be by invitation only, has a playthru of $900. Also very reasonable, IMHO. Add to that that you may eventually get invited into Club Rouge, it's not the worst way to have a little monthly fun with $100 until you do.

As far as the intro bonus goes, the last time I read it, if they still have that 5% minimum bet thing, I'd just ask them to not give it to you if it makes you uncomfortable. I would imagine you could go straight to the monthly bonus as flexible as their CS is. Which, in a nutshell, is the beauty of these guys.

And a slot player like you might like the 5 free spins they have this month on Cash Splash though I don't profess to fully understand that one.

You know, after you see Omni, Casino Kings, Del Rio's, Vegas Red, Lake Palace, Skyline do their bonus abuser thing, and realize not one of these would have happened in the first place at 32red, you just can't quantify what peace of mind is worth, knowing any problem you have will be worked out quickly the first time thru. 32red may eventually cut you off, "bonus user" that you are :) , I don't really know, but you can be sure they will do it the right way.

As for me, "bonus abuser" that I am, I'm just hoping to learn how to play slots and become a "bonus user" like you to prolong my stay with these guys. :D

I don't think most casinos would care for your type of business anyway. Lookin for a handout.. and as soon as you're a few bucks ahead.. you bail out and look for another bonus.

That's it... There's no minimum bet size on the 132 match as far as I'm aware, and it's the best ongoing monthly bonus I've seen at any casino. I've taken it the last few months and never a problem.

You're right - that is a good deal these days!
I think the main turn off is not knowing what one has to do to become a Club Rouge member.
I probably will end up giving them a try one day - when all the other decent incentives have been bonus abused into oblivion! :(

Thanks for the feedback

Hi All

Thanks again for everyone's considered views on our service. We were thrilled with ukcroupier's win and very happy to be able to get the winnings to him in a flash! I would like to thank all the forum posters for sharing the buzz of the win, and for complimenting the team here on how we do things at 32Red!

KasinoKing raises some valid points about Club Rouge which I would like to address. Club Rouge is a programme we run to reward players for their patronage at the casino. We have avoided introducing hard and fast criteria for membership as we like to use Club Rouge as a way of saying thank you to players from a number of perspectives. Obviously frequent and high staking players are offered membership, but we also invite big winners and a selection of other players who we (literally) wish to unfurl the red carpet for. I realise that some players may want to have strict guidelines for such a programme but in our view, despite 32Red being a substantial operator, we wish to remain focused on delivering a personal service that can be tailored to suit the player (and isn't necessarily something that is just "easy to administrate" for us). All the senior management here have spent time with the very large betting and gaming companies, and we see our approach to service and support, and how we apply it, as a clear difference. Whether or not this view is on the money is of course for the players to decide.

KK, I have tested the link through to the Ts&Cs - it seems fine?

This is a good opportunity to also respond to some comment about our Welcome Bonus offer. I fully understand the issue around minimum bet sizes and we are always looking to resolve / improve things. I can say that on Friday we will be announcing some enhancements which we believe will go down well. Maybe even KasinoKing will be interested....we'll see!

I would also like to add my best wishes to everyone for 2005, and as ever our thanks to Bryan for facilitating the exchange of views and managing the whole thing so well!

Kind regards

Ed Ware

You know it.
I don't know how much he has lost before, i can imagine how much he will give back to 32red.
To gamblers (me, for example) remain only winnings while losing are soon left behind.
But the only thing i can think is this: if a software can be manipulated to earn easy money, teach me why they don't do it!
the world is not for stupid (like i feel now)
All this story of online casino teach me a lot of things : in the beginning i earned a lot of easy money and now i am losing back it all, it's obvious!

Hi Ed!

Thanks for the well-worded reply!

I just checked the link again - and it's still not working for me. Maybe it's being blocked by my PC's Firewall or antivirus or something - but it's not a problem I've ever had on any other website..?
Can you give me the direct URL to the T&C's?

I'm looking forward to see if you make any improvement to your welcome bonus, because frankly, it couldn't get much worse! :D

As I said in an earlier thread - I can not understand why you have such a terrible offer, that I should think would not only put off the abusers (your intention, one assumes), but also most of the 'real gamblers' - the very kind of people you want to attract! ;)

Have a nice one!

Not that I think Viper deals truly random cards (not sure anywhere on-line does), but you realise Double Bonus VP is one of the highest variation games you can possibly play? Your balance is always going to fall rapidly until (unless!) you hit a 4oak - a $100 deposit won't normally last long. The MG version doesn't even have a very good pay table - as Simmo said before the Crypto version is far better (possibly above a 100% return if you take comp points into account).

I think the reason they are making changes to the intro offer is because they actually have listened to views such as yours on the subject and are now making changes just because of the reasons you said. Really quite extraordinary to see action rather than lip service, wouldn't you agree?

That's what they do - listen to their customers and bend over backwards to make it happen.

I remain mystified that you don't like a monthly 32/32 play 900 offer. Especially in pounds. Wish I could do that rather than dollars. Each to his own of course.

I'm still hoping they change their name to 500red.com How about it, Ed?

hi ed,

not looking to be part of the red capet club rouge club or anything, but considering the fact that i lose 2100$ 2 days ago at 32red playing baccarat, can i at least be on the occasional promotional list? :D

I just want to say that I downloaded 32Red because of the voices of Casinomeister. I have played there a few times but when I did play for the first time I DID NOT take the sign up bonus, I wish I had now. Maybe Ed will let all of us who declined the bonus a 'do over' with a better play through rule. What do you say Ed...how about that for us who have learned what a great place you have through this portal? I will say that because of my little withdrawal ($200) that was sent to Neteller in less than 24 hours I plan on making 32 Red my only MG site. If you are listening Ed I wish you had Instant Neteller, it does make me keep other sites around for those times that I am not funded. Why don't you have it? Thanks for a great site and here's hoping my play on DDB can be profitable!! :)

Without meaning to offend those who regard bonuses as a major reason for playing, I personally hope 32Red keep the bonus terms pretty average so that the "personal service" remains in place for those of us who play regularly there. The fast responses and quality service isn't nearly as effective at casinos where "numbers" of players are more important than "quality" of players IMHO.

Cheers

Simmo!

I concur, 32Red really seems like a top-notch casino, although I have only recently signed up with them. I have made 4 withdrawals from 32Red so far and all of them reached my Neteller account the very next day. Being a rather cautious and recreational player I didn't opt to make use of their welcome bonus either, as it seemed to restrict my usual playing style. I think I will make use of their monthly welcome bonus though - especially since they don't offer any other comp programs for regular small timers like meself :o

WTG!!! I LOVE hearing about those BIG wins!!!
Since I have never seen anyone post about winning a progressive I always wonder if the BIG wins are for real :p
Best of luck and remember to not give it all back lol
I cant imagine how fun it is to see that amount in your account...I would be in HEAVEN and shortly after ...Gamblers Anon. most likely! lololol
Have a blast!!!

You know, I was only thinking that reading the board the other day... I'd love to see a nice progressive pop up on the winners screenshots thread!!!! I've seen a couple of smaller ones, but a nice six figure some would be good. Preferably with the word 'Slotster' above the picture :D

It's only a matter of time I reckon...

Interesting ... here's 32Red's newest change:

We always put the players first at 32Red and at our casino you can choose the welcome bonus to suit the games you like to play. For instance, if you are a Slots player and want to play Slot Machines only, you can select our Slots Players Welcome Bonus which offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to 100. Similarly, if you want to play our Casino Poker games only, you can claim our Casino Poker Players Welcome Bonus where we give you 50% of your first deposit, up to 250 free. We also offer a Standard 32% Welcome Bonus for players wishing to play a variety of casino games at 32Red.

Still 32% bonus with the 5% minimum average bet for most card games, but the slots players must be happy now.
