    While we are on the topic of the 32Red Group...

    It seems that Nedplay only offers 1 deposit bonus/month.
    Is that true?

    Golden Lounge's "Bonus Wheel" is currently "out of order" and there is no set date to fix it. Or so customer service tells me.

    It also seems that Dash Casino's "Deal of the Day" is not daily as the name implies.

    I only signed up recently with the other casinos in the group and passed up on ALL of the SUBs as they are nearly worthless @ 40xB.

    Only to be honest, i don't think there actually are many that feel poorly treated by this group..
    A few words of advice, these types of threads don't really help the Casino, and more importantly to you, they don't really help you either. I would assume you feel agitated because you have lost plenty, but wasn't fairly comped or something like that? i cant imagine it being feeling abused, or anything similar, so i can only ask:

    Did you contact support, and if so, and they weren't able to help, did you contact a manager, of even VIP manager? and before you posted this, did you contact the rep?

    These guys are the cream odf the crop when it comes to MG stand-alone Casinos, and also top of the heap in general, one of their strong-points is actually their great customer service, so i would love to know what you are on about..:confused:

    Okay maybe these casinos have treated you badly.

    But if that is the case why not enlighten everyone and actually tell us what they are supposed to have done.

    As the majority of people would consider them the best group of casinos with great customer support its hardly a good idea posting against them without even stating what exactly they have done.

    Most people reading your post will take it as yet another person whos lost again and thinks the whole world and every casino is out to get them.

    If that's not the case then feel free to explain your original post. Look forward to your reply.

    Dont give up on the casino i had bad losses on the casino for some time also , You will get something back from you time in playing .Remember you cant win every time you play . I understand some times its a sod with a loss and bad game play .:eek2: It the name of the game :rolleyes:



    Ask in live chat see if they can help , I mean they are very good in helping out on there with a good will spins or somthing:thumbsup: if you have a bad run :p They will do there best for you ;)

    Nice plain and simple, you cannot go wrong with the 32 Red group in anyway shape or form.

    What you need to remember is that they are a casino / business and exist to make a profit not to say 'Aw bad luck mate, here's ya cash back, why not try again'

    They do recognise regular depositors and have the best support by a mile, trust me I've plenty of experience with the 'not so good'

    Depp breath and give em chance, you'll be pleasantly surprised

    OP, if you've won lots of money and got paid by the casino (and let's be honest, it's 32red Group, of course you have) then what exactly is the issue? I think you need to elaborate with regards to the problem, otherwise your rant is meaningless and pointless. No group is infallible to issues and I'm sure, despite the excellent reputation this group has, issues do arise. So what's yours? Let's hear it or better yet, get in touch with the reps here and let them sort it for you? I'm sure if you have a genuine grievance, it will be dealt with swiftly and correctly by them. It is what they are here for after all!

    Live chat inform me that they don't always offer bonuses every day on Golden Lounge.
    The only casino they do bonuses every day for is 32Red.

    my luck at 32red and golden lounge

    i have had nothing and won nothing at either of these places in so long im going like 11 deposits and many other at golden lounge and not getting anything
    i use to do quite well but last few months nothing different games and everything just get eaten time after time.i am prob just haaveing a bad run but its getting ridicules.

    We all have bad runs , no casino pay-out every time you make a despotised after 11 deposited you are still fairly new to the casino's .Saying that my first £40 I deposited on Ned play I won £400 so its just luck .



    I made loads of despotised before I saw a very good win on golden , Then had loads of wins small and a nice one for the month .You can never tell when you going to have a win etc that's why its gambling you taking the risk win or loss . Of course any casino is making more money then its paying out so the player always going to be the losses .
