I requested a withdrawal from 32red on Friday at 1730. Due to their working hours and bank holiday, I received this as a pending payment into my Santander MasterCard account on Monday at 1045. It has been pending since.
They usually clear the following day, spoke to bank and they said they're waiting on the company paying the funds?
Spoke to 32red yesterday who said they have paid and there has been a technical issue with MasterCard so they've spoken to AIB? And global pay, but was told today this was fixed. Funds still show pending credit on banking app, bank says they're still waiting. Never had this issue before.
Any ideas?
