Yes I know, another praise 32Red thread, but as with all the others, this is well deserved.

Not only do they treat their players well, they also treat their affiliates well. On hearing of my recent engagement to my girlfriend, Ed and the team at 32Red presented us with a magnum of champagne as an engagement gift.

I just want to thank publically all the team at 32Red on behalf of myself and my now fiance :) . It was most unexpected and we are very greatful.

Do you email casinos your relationships status:what:

I haven't got the slightest doubt that Ed and Pat are 2 remarkable individuals though I've never met the guys. Their generosity and kindness towards their customers really reveals rare values about themselves and am not suprised at all that 32RED is going upwards. The simple truth that in giving you receiving is so well understood by them.
So nice to see an operation which reflects a level of consciousness far higher than 'get their money'. With the way they go about success is the only way. They are a credit to this industry.

wow what a nice story! and congratulations.

also a big  to Helen at 32Red one of the best CS people I've come across.

Congrats on the engagement Webcaz!

Let it Ride, I'm with you Helen is my all time favorite CS! LOVE her. She always remembers me and we have a personal talk whenever I call to flush a withdrawal. Hmmm come to think of it I haven't talked to her in ages.

Congrats Webzcas

Incidentally, for any casinos reading this, I've been engaged 24 times (blimey thats the same number as bottles in a Case of Moet - what a coincidence!).

Also, while I'm here, I'd booked a luxury holiday for 2 to the Hilton Rangali resort in the Maldives. £5,000! But sadly, my pet hamster died the day i was due to pay up and i mourned its passing by blowing the whole £5,000 at 32Red in one session. The hamster is irreplacable obviously, so no need to console me with a new one. But maybe one day, I'll be able to afford the holiday again. *sigh*

Disclaimer: the above is a fictional representation based on what might have happened had i forgotten to feed my hamster. Any relation between the events depicted and events that actually happened is entirely coincidental.

That's amazing Simmo, I'm just coming up to my twentieth engagement which, remarkably, equals exactly a Nebuchadnezzar sized bottle. I appreciate that it will probably cost about the same again in postage, but it's the least they can do...

Nope...Thinking about it.. Marriage still isn't worth it :D

Yanno, I actually joined 32Red due to all the hype here about what a great casino it is. I've deposited hundreds and gotten nothing out of it... which is odd because the odds are usually pretty good for new players. It wasn't even like I got good play from my deposits either... water through a sieve. lol

Does anyone actually win there or is it just the nice people and occasional wins that has everyone talking? Giving out prezzies is good PR, I'd be willing to try there again for a prezzie....

I also seem not be able to win this month at 32Red.April 2006 is the worst month for me since I play there.
I only have a return of 53% of my deposits, where normally it is around 95%.
As I play most of the time VP, it is very poor:mad:

Guys.

I think you should remember that winning &/or losing is a seperate issue from the operation of a casino. Irrespective of who the casino is, if they are using Cryptologic, Microgaming (as 32Red is) or Playtech software, the casino is not in control of the odds, nor can it change the paytables (unike RTG casinos).

Cheers

Spot on... I must admit, I am careful sometimes when I eulogise about 32RED that I don't give the impression that you'll always win!!! That's ridiculous. A better comparison would be, say, to compare them to the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Exactly as you say, the odds and paybacks are going to be pretty much the same as Circus Circus - but win or lose, you'll know you're going to get treated fairly, honestly and without fuss. Erm... and there's no scary clowns; always a good thing :D

The key for me is feeling 'comfortable' with an outfit. That's an extremely difficult thing to achieve with the overall history of online gaming, and 32RED are in my experience one of the few to manage it.

I do love 32Red of course - who could not?

The only slight issue I have is that I think they're rather too tight with their bonuses.

I just realised that I've not had an offer of their monthly bonus for a couple of months now. I checked my records - in total I'm down around £2k at 32Red, most of that coming from no-bonus deposits.

I've taken their monthly bonus 5 times, and I lost all my money (and the bonus) on the first four of them, and then I cashed a £75 profit on the 5th one. So I'm down both on this bonus, and on my account as a whole. Yet that one cash of £125 was enough to stop them sending me the monthly £50 offer.

I just think that's a bit too tight. I can understand why they do it, but I wonder if it costs them some business. After all, there are other casinos that are nearly as reliable, who will offer more regular bonuses - Casino Action, for example.

So it's hard for me to justify giving all my business to 32Red when I know I could get pretty much identical treatment from a lesser casino, and get to play with some bonus money too.

Anyway, as I say, I'm not knocking them, they're clearly a class act. I just wonder if they're being a bit tighter than they need to be when it comes to bonuses (and comps for that matter), compared to their competition.

Hmm.. This is an interesting one, that comes up a lot about 32RED. Firstly, I might be wrong, but I think ANYONE can automatically claim the monthly match bonus (not the 132 Club Rouge match). Secondly, as a regular player there, they've given me far more 'no strings' bonuses than anywhere else. They definitely don't do anywhere near the 'blanket' bonuses you get with the likes of Roxy, Spin Palace, Belle Rock etc but, as a proven player, it's so cool to get an email saying "We've chucked some money in your account - enjoy it!"

It's so much better than the fake "VIP" offers etc you get from a lot of places, that are just emailed out to everyone who's willing to deposit to get a match, with 60 gazillion times playthrough. Plus, the Club Rouge match on it's own is a great recurring bonus!

I've said it loads before! Stick with 32RED, and they'll look after you. Seriously. In every way that matters!

I think in the past I've probably played and deposited more than most, I don't keep an eye on wagering requirements - and I have severe difficulty finding the cashout button!! As a result, I'm probably the ideal online casino customer! As a result therefore, and to be fair to everyone else, I've been lucky to receive a good number of bonuses on a regular basis from a lot of my favourite haunts. That said, there's just something a little bit more personal and classy about the way 32RED do it...

should hold a poll: who won at 32red casino?

I even dare not play blackjack at 32red casino. As I know, all my friends lost money at 32red casino. They are not casino rookies. Don't play there. Just compare the ratio of winning hands with golden palace, guys! Let the fact tell.

You are too naive! Who will say that? Affiliates as most of this forum.

Your statement is ridiculous.

I've won a ton at 32RED on High Limit BJ and High Limit Baccarat.

I've gotten numerous blackjacks on $5,000 bets, win my fair share of doubles and splits, etc, and if you think I'm bullshitting then I give Ed or Pat permission to post my game details here.

Of course I usually lose it all back on slots.

Of course...'cos it makes perfect sense for an affiliate to send a player to a rigged casino! I would agree that the sad truth is that a lot of affiliates are motivated by money and don't actually know the places they suggest to players. But anyone with half a business-brain would know that if someone ends up buying faulty goods, they aren't going to go back!

Anyway, you are saying Microgaming casinos can alter the Random Number Generator to affect the payouts. Tell me how you know. Or is it a hunch?

It never ceases to amaze me how the simplest thread regarding 32Red always ends up with at least one derogatory comment in it? What started out as someone simply saying thank you for a very nice gesture on the part of Pat and Ed, once again turns into a debate on the fairness of 32Red's games, and RNG's. People, if your luck sucks at 32Red, play somewhere else. I have casinos I've been both lucky and unlucky at. It's all in the timing. But if I seem to hit a bad patch at one casino consistently, then I just take my business elsewhere. Seems like something my five year old could understand.

Very well put Pinababy. I think some people simply find it hard to accept losing - a natural human emotion admitedly, but not one that should lead to pointing accusatory fingers at people without at least some modicum of proof. It's largely some gambler's irrational behaviour that prompts people like Goodlatte and Kyle to try and prohibit the activity altogether.

Precisely Simmo. And if people can't accept losing, then they shouldn't be playing period. Not at 32Red, and not at any other casino. Cause sorry folks, but chances are you are going to lose the majority of the time. When you deposit your money into any casino, kiss it goodbye, period. All I ever ask for is a wee bit of playtime, some bang for my buck. If I win, that's just an added bonus. But I NEVER, and I mean NEVER, expect to win. Or deposit money to play because I need to win. You are just setting yourself up for disappointment from the start when you have that attitude.

Very very very good advice. This should be heeded by everyone that gambles, whether it be online or at a land based casino.

I would just like to say thank you to everyone for the kind comments concerning our engagement.

This thread was not intended to raise the profile of 32Red any higher than it already is or indeed to become an opportunity for some individuals to have a pop at them.

I just wanted to publically thank Ed and the rest of the team for a very kind and generous gift.

thank 32red casino because it makes you affiliates on this forum earn more money.

Hmmm. So would you prefer we were promoting a bunch of rogue casinos which do not look after the players welfare, that do not care about customer service, that provide all sorts of problems when cashing out.

Most affiliate sites are resources for players. The information is free and the sites are guides as to where and where not to play. If it were not for reputable affiliate sites, I am sure Bryan would be dealing with a lot more pitch a bitches than he currently does.

Though I wouldn't agree with the negative comments I also think you have to accept that if you choose to give a casino publicity rather than simply thanking them in private you're always going to start a debate. It's absurd to act shocked and disgusted when it happens.

I suspect quite a large proportion of the members of this board feel many of the threads on 32Red cross a line. It's obvious that Ed and the 32Red staff are very clever when it comes to marketing. They know that giving occasional gifts to prominent posters at a site like this generate vastly greater publicity and revenue than the same money spent on advertising (especially as the gifts are usually given straight back to the casino). I'm sure most people posting when they receive something are doing it in good faith, but it's only human to assume that some post in the hope of encouraging Ed to consider them for more gifts in the future.

Once again, if it wasn't clear, I'm not doubting 32Red run one of the best casino operations out there. That doesn't mean a certain level of cynicism isn't justified when reading the continual threads about them on Casinomeister. Perhaps a separate "appreciation" forum is the answer :)

I totally agree Vesuvio. Because they have generally done things the "right way", it's natural people vocally support them, but conversely it's natural people come in to criticise them.

But the phrase "all things in moderation" springs to mind :)

After my posting earlier in this thread that I had lost much in April 2006, Pat did contact me, and looked at my figures.
He gave me a detailed report about my wagerings this year and agreed that April 2006 was not good for me.

I think there are not many casino's who would do this.
I already said before that 32Red has the best CS that I know : Support , Accounting and Management they are all very helpfull.

But this still does not mean that I may not write about a disappointing month.

I also agree with Vesuvio that it would be more diplomatic to thank them in private, if you receive a gift, than posting it here.

I don't actually see why. I thanked them in private as well as here to show my genuine appreciation. I cannot help it if some people and yes there always will be a few, believe I had a hidden motive or agenda in publically thanking them.

I agree.

But...

I assume that the players here "thank them" (also) via email/PM/Phone/etc.
Like i do :)

But i like to read, if there is any special things - Like Webzcas had :)
After all, this casino have very high standards.

And i believe that there is enough "bad apples" nowadays (referring: Casinos).
So, if "few" 32Red topic is too much... just skip it ;)

I've lost loads of money at 32RED... I've also won loads, same as I have at all the other online and land based casino's I play at. I've probably overall won more there than most because I play there more often than most but, guess what, I've also obviously lost more there too. In fact, I'm down overall - but then I am in real life at real casino's too - that's the edge...

...and I'm sorry Vesuvio; but CONSISTENT, unparallelled customer service, payout and support goes waaaaaay beyond clever marketing and looking after a few prominent players. If a casino gave me regular bonuses or whatever, but generally treated me poorly otherwise, I would not recommend them. I'm extremely selective in terms of any body or organisation I recommend in all aspects of life - 32RED are one of the few that richly deserve it.

It makes me smile that, because there's nothing really that they ever do wrong, some people try to turn the slightest things (and sometimes the most positive things!!) into negatives!! I'm glad that, along with the Roxy Palace's and (apparently) the Cherry Casino's of this world etc - we've got somewhere we can all enjoy our favourite pastime with complete peace of mind!
