Hi @ChopleyIOM there is a logic behind these games, some are jackpot games as you mentioned, some are high RTP, some volatility, some are abusable, etc.
We haven't picked them randomly it was a careful choice by our game team.

Yes thats exactly what 21casino wants you to do. To reverse that is why they have this 48 hours waiting period with the email telling you that you can reverse anytime. Sorry you reversed. Its a bad way these days to make money of players. But thankfully some casinos who dont do this.

We went live with the irreversable withdrawalslast week but it had some issues, it will be live today
And the email you've received will no longer be in use. And as far as I learend the withdrawal period will be reduced soon as well at least for the instant wallets. More about that when the time comes.

Yes they are slow to verify documents. And withdraws stay reversible until processed as they hope you will cancel the withdraw and play the money back. Its a bad practice and why they see much less of my deposits even though I am I think up at this casino.

Update regarding the Irreversable withdrawals, the function went live on Wednesday for UK players. If a playerwas already in the withdrawwal proces when we went live with it, they would still be in the old setup.
