Hi there, I've signed up here (using the CM link!), SUB seems decent but I'm having a hard time understanding the logic behind some of the games that contribute very little or nothing at all to wagering.

Very high RTP games I can understand but this selection seems a bit random to me, what's the rationale behind the list?

Hi @ChopleyIOM there is a logic behind these games, some are jackpot games as you mentioned, some are high RTP, some volatility, some are abusable, etc.
We haven't picked them randomly it was a careful choice by our game team.

yes I start playing on Unibet,Use to play on Calzon after I win 3k they limit my deposit to £100pm so I give up playing,they ask for private doc to get high limit income saving so on,I dont really want to share my privat doc with some russian casino owners lol,god know what they do with it

Yes thats exactly what 21casino wants you to do. To reverse that is why they have this 48 hours waiting period with the email telling you that you can reverse anytime. Sorry you reversed. Its a bad way these days to make money of players. But thankfully some casinos who dont do this.

We went live with the irreversable withdrawalslast week but it had some issues, it will be live today
And the email you've received will no longer be in use. And as far as I learend the withdrawal period will be reduced soon as well at least for the instant wallets. More about that when the time comes.

Yes they are slow to verify documents. And withdraws stay reversible until processed as they hope you will cancel the withdraw and play the money back. Its a bad practice and why they see much less of my deposits even though I am I think up at this casino.

Update regarding the Irreversable withdrawals, the function went live on Wednesday for UK players. If a playerwas already in the withdrawwal proces when we went live with it, they would still be in the old setup.

So pretty slow overall but I am now verified and the withdrawal has been moved from 'pending' to 'approved' on my account page.

In fact I've just checked and the money has now been paid to my card and is showing in my bank account, so not too bad but not amazing either. In fairness once my docs had been approved the withdrawal was processed quickly, if there'd have been another 48 hours on top of that I'd have been miffed.

You have been sending regular bonus offers which I guess might be part of the trade-off.

On balance I'd say I'd play with you again, although the providers you have available is a little bit on the limited side, are you considering adding others, such as Pragmatic Play for example?
