123VEGASWIN is totally ignoring me

I have deposited and played at 123vegaswin, won some and made cashout but it's 10 days pending now and they are totally ignoring my e-mails - like there is no support at all, anyone any experiences with them? :confused:
found there number on there. site ..................contact our Live Support by telephone on +44 845 834 1021 during UK working hours

ok simon cant write more here, he had many promises to get payout but is still waiting so its way over month, looks like confirmed SCAM :axeman2:
Casinomeister should mark this site as scam soon, stay away!!

They've already marked themselves as scam with that name. Consider this a lesson learned and don't deposit at a site named 123vegaswin or something similar. And definitely stay away from Betsoft only casinos. Those games are being offered by many multi-software casinos accredited on this site.

You've done a PAB right? Maybe time to send a PM to Max and see if there's any progress on it, and also point him toward this thread to see if he'd recommend these other players PAB also. If he hasn't gotten any responses from them maybe it's time for a warning, your case has been ongoing for like 3 or 4 months, right?
 
Yes! However didn't get any news from Max yet, still don't know if he processing the PAB. Case ongoing from January 29th, make no sense!

I sent a PM to Max pointing him to this thread. I know it seems like a long time to you, and I don't blame you for being impatient, but in PAB terms maybe 6 weeks or so isn't that long. He's got a lot on the go at one time, so it's possible that he's waiting for a response from someone. If I were you, I wouldn't hold my breath in the hopes of seeing your money though. With all the complaints about these casinos popping up I don't doubt there will be a Casinomeister warning showing up soon. But what do I know? :) Wait til you hear from Max.

People who are waiting for a payout from Totally-soft don't get your hopes up.

There was another thread here not long ago that went on for months and as far as I know, despite interaction with the rep. and filing a PAB, that player was never paid his winnings. This is a black hole of a casino, nothing ever comes out of it. The poor chap kept posting over and over again that there was, "No response yet", and it was a dead end.

By all means, file a PAB if you have been wronged but it looks like any form of remuneration is unlikely.

Unfortunately it seems you did not follow the advice given to you above nor what was asked of you when you completed the PAB submission form: you obviouslly haven't read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ which is required reading for all PABers. The PAB you submitted has basic errors that will have to be corrected before I can proceed. Please check your PMs for details.

I agree, it sucks. You should be able to just play and withdraw your money when you win. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case with some casinos. Even if you DO get paid after siccing Max on them, if you ever get the urge to play there again, come back and reread this thread first and see if you want to go through it again. :)
 
Made this PAB 4 months ago and silent here and there ...

PAB was incomplete, you were notified via PM. I did not receive a response so no progress would or could be made.

If you don't understand and/or cooperate with the PAB process then your PAB will very likely fail. So please do read the FAQ asap.
