Just one question regarding your T&C :


3. All Casino winnings are limited for withdrawal by €2,000 per week.


Will this rule also apply if a customer wins a progressive jackpot? Thanks.
 
With this rule they should never be in the accredited section. Just my 2 cents.

Yea, I was quite surprised to see this low withdrawal limit. I did not find a a similar limit on winnings generated from their sports section, so it is obviously a strategic decision. Neither reputable sportsbooks in general or casinos who offer Microgaming games usually have withdrawal limitations, so many will probably find this quite unattractive.

Then why have the rule at all? I think this rule should be reconsidered and amended by the administration.

Right on Bryan. I think the true players at CM dont want any perks or favours and just want players in general to be treated fairly.

Derail; BTW, why do the 3 casinos you just placed in the Baptism by Fire category have the word 'bet' as part of their names? Coincidence?

Keep in mind this rule is not restrictive, but protective, and depends on the relationship with the customer and their credibility.

I agree it is not phrased correctly. We will look at this matter as I promised and make sure proper decision taken:)

I had a look at your sign up bonus and 35x deposit&bonus is pretty high! If I decided to pop $100 in I am looking at a $7000 playthrough! Seems a bit steep?

In the terms and conditions it states "For the Slots Welcome Package bonuses only Slots, excluding Progressives, count towards rollover requirements."

I understand that progressive games do not count towards wagering, but am I allowed to play them?

If a customer plays excluded games from the bonus with the bonus active in his account, they would get his winnings and bonus removed so you're not allowed to play them according to the General Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions.

Keep in mind you can always cancel your bonus balance when you ask for it via live chat and play whatever games you wish.

While I understand that you have 3 times higher wrs for players from Hong Kong, grateful if you could amend the typo in the ts and cs. It's not honk-kong although the drivers in this territory are usually quite rude.:D

No perks or favors required, just make sure everyone is treated with respect and that your T&Cs are fair and sensible. If you apply them firmly, fairly and consistently you'll never have any issues!

I see it is possible to select "Danish" as a language on your site. But I did not find your company listed as a license holder with Spillemyndigheden- the Danish Gaming Authority (I may have overlooked you on the list, you may have a pending application etc). I asked your customer service if 10Bet accepts Danish players and they told me:

"Yes, Danish players may play in our Casino Golden and in the Sports Section".

Your "main" casino is Casino Platinum with Microgaming games etc. I believe that Microgaming is blocking players from Denmark for operators who do not have a Danish gaming license. That may be the reason why your Danish players are not allowed to play in this section of your casino. Your Casino Golden offers play on games from smaller suppliers, and looks more like a "games" section.

I am afraid 10Bet is about to be removed from my casino list.

I have two issues with them.

1: Although depositing with a Debit Card, which uses the Verified by Visa verification process, I am asked after every single deposit to send in verification documents, and when I query this, I get variations of the following response:

Dear Elisabeth,

Thank you for contacting us.

We apologize about the request for documents you have received by
mistake and would like to confirm that no documents are required for
customers who have performed verified deposits.


Every single time. Really, really irritating - it is almost as if they are a left hand/right hand casino.

2: When playing Platinum Casino games (mostly, but not all MG), I almost always get an 'Error 2' which closes down the game. Sometimes this can happen every ten minutes or so, sometimes less frequently, but it is frustrating to be interrupted so many times during a session. Yes, the game resets to where it should be - eventually - but these constant errors really take any pleasure out of playing at 10Bet.

I play to be free of stress, not to generate it,

This seems to be happening on MG games on all Quickfire casinos - I have come across it while testing Bet3000, RogersBingo, 10Bet and 188Bet (Wintingo too if I remember right) and even if you go away and come back a week or so later it still happens. Like you say, it's frustrating and you end up giving up.

Initially I thought it was a problem with the Quickfire server overloading but I noticed the other day on RogersBingo their website also stops for a few seconds at the same time so I have come to the conclusion it is the way the games interact with the website in getting your balance. Just a hunch...could be wrong.

I reported it to all of the casinos I tried and either met with a standard "try later" or was asked to log tickets with times, dates and games etc... like I'm a free beta tester LOL.
