Same here Live chat seems to have mysteriously disappeared from the Ladbrokes site so I sent an email asking to have the bonus added or a reason why I couldn't get it and, according to the automated response, should receive an answer within 48 hours.

When you go into the Vegas tab you should get a pop up offering you the bonus - I passed on the details to my mum and she got it straight away so it's definitely not just for me.

If you open the banking/my account pages the live chat link often appears on the right hand side of that window but not always.. don't know what thats all about to be honest but its how I usually find it

Thanks for the live chat help everyone I haven't had a problem finding it before when needed - or sometimes having it pop up anyway regardless - but today I'm just not seeing the button or link in my browser It's late here now so I'll try chatting with support tomorrow as I highly doubt an email reply will have arrived by then. Last time I contacted Ladbrokes electronically the minimum response time given was something like 72 hours and I recall it taking even longer for a 'real' human-written message to finally reach my inbox...

I got the whole bonus after talking to support, but blew it on The Sopranos slot machine. I've never played any Playtech games on flash before, but is it just my computer, or do they demand alot of resources? Managed to claim the bonus this morning via live chat (which I'm starting to suspect I Adblocked) but blew it all on blackjack as usual - meant to switch over to slots eventually but wanted to bolster my balance first and kept getting screwed over within one or two bets of my target... It was fun while it lasted but I'll stick to the MG side of Ladbrokes as long as the Vegas deposit bonus WR is 30x(D+B).

Yep, checked it out a couple of days ago and this is, I might suggest, a BIG mistake by Ladbrokes. Idiotic wagering requirement + the (in my opinion) distinctly dodgy Playtech "behaviour" of the Roulette games = a big NO NO.

They've set the bonuses on Marvel Roulette to pay ridiculously rarely and ridiculously lowly when it DOES actually come up.

I write this as an erstwhile fanboy of Playtech via it's WH incarnations, but I've seen the light now. PLAYTECH is, in my opinion, undeniably BENT .... AVOID people - it's bad news.

As someone else said here earlier - stick to the MG aspect of Ladbrokes. You know it makes sense!

I got this bonus and unless I'm mistaken the free £25 had a x50 wagering requirements. Which is just ridiculous, but on the bright side it was free after all. So have I got this correct, if I deposit on the Vagas section say £20 and take the 100% deposit bonus= £40 I have to play the whole £40x 30 before being able to withdraw? Blimey! As for the Rocky Icon aha well spotted, must have been a dyslexic

I hope Ladbrokes are not planning on doing away from the MG as having both is good in that it gives players more choice, if they did away with MG then that would be a complete shocker, but surely they would have told us if that was the intended plan?

IMO this is very close to a scam.

Its disgraceful to make the withdrawal of the $100 winnings from the NDB dependant on depositing and accepting a bonus AND meeting the WR on that as well.

I wonder how many people will lose their $100 "winnings" meeting the extra WR.
