£25 free at Ladbrokes new Playtech casino for new & existing customers

I wonder how many people played for more than 10 minutes. I don't think I wagered 40 dollars on that 25 by the time I was broke at minimum bet.

After reading so many negative issues with ladbrokes withdrawals/verification i can give a positive feedback. After less than 24 h process of verification i was able to withdraw 100,- from the free 25,-.

The lag on the spins in unbelievable. Frankie dettori is a frustrating son of a gun slot in itself, even worse with these 5 second spins.

but you can't argue with 25 pounds Playtech playtime, even if there's no marilyn or Penguin vacation

Was the same for me playing The Sopranos slot, would freeze during the spin, then the result of the spin would appear, then if I had won anything it would then freeze on the count up.

Yup. It destroys the experience of what is foremostly meant to be an entertainment

People have mentioned on here that they like to go for a celebratory coffee if they hit a free spins round
but that's the first time I've ever gone for a coffee DURING a Great Blue free spins round

Never had such consistently unplayable slowness on a name brand Playtech casino

I had a problem 48hrs ago on the Baywatch Slot where after my last free spin the reels kept spinning and went to -1 free spins. Now every time I try to load any slot in the Playtech section I get an unfinished game message and I get returned to the Baywatch bonus and spinning reels.

The thing that makes it worse is I'm half way through a WR on a bonus and cant transfer my money out to another section. So my £83 has now been trapped and unplayable for 48 hours.

I contacted chat Monday and twice yesterday, I have sent screenshots yesterday. But I'm still waiting on a reply after getting passed from pillar to post and told to wait another 24hrs for a reply to my email. If one more person tells me I should clear my cookies, cache, temp internet files then re-install flash and java am gonna get even more frustrated.

How hard can it be to contact Playtech and get them to sort this.

Screenshots are the fault and the actual transaction in my history,I haven't a clue what the symbol means.

Yep, checked it out a couple of days ago and this is, I might suggest, a BIG mistake by Ladbrokes. Idiotic wagering requirement + the (in my opinion) distinctly dodgy Playtech "behaviour" of the Roulette games = a big NO NO.

They've set the bonuses on Marvel Roulette to pay ridiculously rarely and ridiculously lowly when it DOES actually come up.

I write this as an erstwhile fanboy of Playtech via it's WH incarnations, but I've seen the light now. PLAYTECH is, in my opinion, undeniably BENT .... AVOID people - it's bad news.

As someone else said here earlier - stick to the MG aspect of Ladbrokes. You know it makes sense!

Interesting comment as are the ones re the reels continually spinning and taking an age to come to a conclusion.

I recently joined Ladbrooks, for the IGT slots really and TBH the IGT slots on here do spin for ages. I thought things may be better on the Vegas side of the casino and so took the £25 bonus, noting the wagering requirements! Needless to say I soon busted out. So I took the first deposit bonus of 100% depositing £100. I thought the WR was harsh, but nevertheless a big win may be possible. Well, no, my £200 (played only on the Fantastic 4 slot) soon went to zero, so I, pretty stupidly, went for another £150 with 50% second deposit bonus. This soon went the same way as the previous deposits, again on the Fantastic 4 slot. This happens, but what was significant was that on a total of £425 deposits (including the bonuses) were played through on one slot on relatively small wagers with not one bonus being triggered!! Not good.

Will I be taking the 125% third deposit bonus? Errrr no!

As for the reel spins, not great, pretty slow, about 5-10 seconds on average before a result including 3 re boots when I just couldn't be bothered to wait any longer.

You may have seen my moans about William Hill's slots payouts on a separate thread, but it seems to me that the big UK high street bookies on line casinos performance and customer service could be better!

The problem doesn't seem to be just at Ladbrokes either, I received a £5 bonus at Gala casino this morning, quickly had it up to around £50 playing the same game (The Sopranos) and then after 10 mins the same laggy spins. Lag during the spin, the result, then freezing during the count-up. And on occasion an extra long wait between spins. It's definitely not my internet as we have a 60Mb speed and rarely ventures below 40Mb.

Managed a w/d but it was painfully slow, doesn't make me want to play at Playtech casinos if I'm honest.

Edit: During the free spins everything actually seems fine for me.

5 days now since the fault on Baywatch slot and still my money is untouchable and the slot is doing the exact same thing when I log in, it was pulled from the server yesterday but returned later. My patience is wearing very thin now. I maybe need to contact Playtech directly I noticed they have a player enquiry form on the site, but again this could be a 72 hour response.

Would be interesting to know if anyone has tried these games in the download casino, assuming others having issues have been playing in flash/browser version like I have.

I know a few weeks ago there was an adobe flash update which could be a possible cause (maybe some tech geek could say if I'm right or wrong).

What I did notice, was after switching to the opera browser, I had no issues, there was a slight split second pause but nothing like what I was getting on Chrome/Firefox.

Might be worth a try.

Yep, falling out of love myself with the big boys now, they seem intent on committing economic hari-kiri..... just for the record I sampled bet365's Playtech section earlier today. I've always liked bet365 BUT..... let me put it this way - their Playtech offering left a seriously bad taste in my mouth and I won't be going back!

English player here, absolute garbage bookies experience. Never have I had large amount out hills playing slots only on fluke no risk. Betfair kiss did me for £600 and was winning 10p on £3 spin. Now lets not talk about unibet. IM on uni bet shafted me for hundreds with no bonus rounds. In fact I put more in and have not progressed past stage one the bonus round. Bet victor I played playboy on and it's the same small wins maybe take me just above the deposit, nothing from the bonus round when it eventually appears. English slots are a joke, arcade are fixed so much and the variance is crud. I seen a machine in local arcade not pay a jackpot for a year. Took hundreds thousands, the manager had word with the engineer and low behold two in two weeks. Ladbrokes et al miserable, pump pound after pound nto them and nothing but misery. I love to play guts, bet at eu etc as although you may be shafted few times, ou do actually have a possible chance of cashing out......

Reading the posts above I think I can see quite a big problem. Playtech make a lot of higher variance slots while the bookies get a lot of players that don't understand variance, many perhaps new to slots online. When they are running Microgaming and IGT games this is less of an issue as the games are generally medium variance at worst - with a few exceptions obviously - but unlike Playtech, high variance is the exception with IGT/MGS, not the norm.

The bookies don't provide the player with any education on that afaik which is a big oversight IMO. They could learn from 3Dice there or customers could leave and not only that but disillusioned with the brand too. Slot players ideally need to understand variance and how to identify it in games they play.

I understand where you're coming from Simmo, but in my experience and in many others by the look of it, the same games (i.e. IGT) perform much worse for the player via a traditional UK bookies on line offering than other casinos. As you'll know, when you've been playing a while, particularly on the same games, you get a "feel" as to how they're performing as soon as you've made the first 3 or 4 spins.

For example in my experience with Get Minted, Grosvenor and Guts whilst you may lose at a session overall, you do at least get some wins to play with and you may even be lucky and be up overall. Betfred are more up and down, you may have a dead session or a good session, but you do at least get wins and I've personally found their VIP service excellent with some great 1x wagering bonuses.

However, my experience with Ladbrokes and William Hill has been shocking. Constant losses and you know the way the slots are performing its just going to eat all your bankroll. Bonuses, if they do come up, pay very little (i.e. a £6 bonus win at 10 spins on a £3 spin!) Same slots, but the performance is significantly different. This coupled with poor customer service has made me vote with my feet (or fingers!) I don't like Ladbrokes "Administration fee for inactivity" either!

At long last got my slots RTP figure from Ladbrokes. It was over weeks of play, not just the odd session- 52%............

Doesn't really mean anything without:

1. Number of spins

2. Average bet (or usual bet)

"weeks of play" might mean a few hundred in deposits and a few hundred or thousand spins....which is nothing at all.

52% seems EXTREMELY low...I would be asking them to double check that figure and make sure they are working it out properly.

I see what you're saying

1. Number of spins- I would estimate about 2000

2. Usual bet £1.50

Deposits- £900 Withdrawals- £0

I agree, 52% seems very low
