Well another horror story thanks to Captain Cooks, but this time they are screwing with my deposit amount. This They said a deposit of 60 pounds into my neteller account was pending. Yet, I made a deposit of 100 pounds. I've all ready been screwed over 211 pounds because I met the Terms & Conditions and made money. I've e-mailed them regarding the 60 pound deposit return but now they say my account is still locked.
Captain Crooks can go straight to hell. They're management is unbelievably bad and unorganized and they surely do not know how to run a proper business. Captain Cooks has no one to blame but themselves for their undoing.
Here are the e-mails with the "support" over my deposit:
(Look at the reply to my original message, absolutely dispicable)
Ahoy there XXX,
Thankyou for your email.
I am not familiar with what you have been told but presently your account is locked and nothing can be done until the audit has finished.
Once you have notification of this I would advise that you email back at this time.
Kindest regards,
Will Turner

I don't understand?! I made a deposit of 100 pounds and it was stated that I would receive my deposit back which was 100 pounds! Isn't a business supposed to keep track of my transactions? Are you guys making another attempt to con me out of my money? I've all ready had 211 pounds stolen from me all ready because your casino wouldn't hold up its end of the bargain.
