HI Everyone - I am new here!
I recently won a large jackpot of $50,000 CAD on a game (I have been along time player of CR brands).
I have filled out and sent all appropriate forms to risk management over a week ago and it seems to be taking a very long time with no communication - 24 hour customer service is no help- I am concerned and I am worried the casino will "find a reason" not to pay my amazing winnings!!

Has anyone had experience with large winnings as this?

From their terms:

Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of maximal $4000 per week. However, due to various business considerations Casino Classic may in its sole discretion increase or decrease the weekly payout.

This is from Casino Classic, but quite sure all the CR casinos have similar terms.

I would use loss or play limit tools. You wil probably need to make a withdrawal weekly, so don't Take-a-break for longer than a week at a time.

Actually you're in luck, my PC has been randomly deleting files and folders from my E: drive (slave) and I just now discovered that sadly that is one of the ones I seem to have now lost!

I have killed the links in those posts - they appeared in plain text as opposed to blue/underlined so perhaps you didn't see them.

Yes, this is still going on I see. There are numerous posts on CM about this, especially those moronic ads along the lines of 'I had just lost my job, the dog was sick, my car was stolen and the missus had fucked-off when I deposited my last $5 to my name at xxx casino and took a bonus, winning $1.289m' .....

P.S. Renee once claimed that this bollocks was created 'by third party marketing companies' they used. :rolleyes:
 
Still waiting its been over a week - And no correspondence yet from risk management - I sent perfect documents. right away. This is a bit worrisome and I am starting to think that they will come back with a reason not to pay the winnings because its A LOT! The withdrawl has been in pending for over a week now. Has anyone had large payouts with CR?

CR is a solid group and you'll be paid.

Renee is a great Rep and I am pretty sure she will do her true best to help you, but IIRC she is not very active on the forum during weekends, so that maybe you'll need some more patience.

As about the "risk management" office at CR, I can't spend the same good words on them, in my personal expercience they are slow and lazy. My last 3 mails haven't been answered (since february !) and I finally gave up chasing them. My advice is to resist during this weekend and then try to fix everything with Renee.

Yay! I got an email from Risk Management saying my payment documents are approved and my payment is going to be sent on the next batch of payments (not sure when or how that part works) :) Thank you to Max and Renee for their help!!!
I went in this morning and still shows pending with the option to reverse so I guess it will stay like that until they send the funds

I had won over 50k there too. It took a few weeks or more before I got paid but did..

That's excellent but should get compensation for all you have had to do to get it and stress, these online casinos treat us small ppl like dog poo, and it will get a lot worse.

That’s awesome!! Congrats on the big win! Mind if I ask how long you’ve been playing at that CR partner and had you been playing at other CR sites prior? Is the 9999 etransfer? They’ll slow role you from here on at 1 of those transfers per week so stay strong and resist the urge to play any of the requested funds. In my experience anytime you alter the withdrawal request amount they reset the process from the beginning which means “2-3 business days for your request to be submitted then another 4+ days for the transfer to be sent to you - even if you are receiving a fixed amount of 9999 per week for the next 4 weeks…. Stall tactics ?
 
Hi. How did you get on with this? I won big at Luxury Casino (Casino rewards) 11 days ago, 7 working days and I can't get an update or anything. I've been referred to risk management, verified my account, sent bank statements confirming my deposits.
Getting a reply from risk management is a nightmare. They just don't respond to my emails
