Wondering if there are any active William Hill reps on here

I checked the list you guys have so nicely provided and to my dismay i see both listed WH reps arent active at the moment.

Just wondering if there are any one to talk to from WH that isnt on the list yet?

Having problems with my account 2500$

I am afraid not William Hill has no active rep and does not wish to have one either.

They take nothing to do with the forum and will not discuss matters so I am afraid there wont be much anyone can do here to help you with them.

without going into a lengthy story .... i created my new account, deposited funds and was then told to verify id etc.

no problem i have full id and everything required. how ever now they are asking me for my entropay statement showing where i sent funds to WH

my entropay statement shows nothing other then my deposits ... no outgoing transactions are posted

im un familiar with entropay .... do they even post transactions to their statements? or am i stuck waiting the up to 30 days entropay says it can take for transactions to go through. at this point im frustrated and made an account on pinnacle to start fresh and dig my self out of this hole WH has me trapped in, and hopefully they do release my funds in the future.

Hopefully someone that uses Entropay will respond shortly with advice as I do not use it.

Being in UK I never had to provide ID or anything to WH as its all verified automatically so no hassles with having to send statements and copies of cards etc.

But to be fair the foreign casinos I use when verifying account always ask for a screenshot of my neteller account showing the deposits made to them which I am guessing is the same as what William Hill is wanting so it is something casinos normally require during verification.

Maybe one of the members using Entropay as a deposit method can help if not I am guessing if you have been in contact with William Hill and they are adamant they need proof of the deposits then I guess you will need to wait till you can provide them.

Yes if anyone knows about entropay statements any advice is appreciated. Im at a loss other then waiting untill the transaction appears on the statement if it does so ?
