After a month as I kepted complaining they changed the terms and conditions of withdrawals. They then try to fob me off but I kepted a copy of old terms and conditions when I told them they stopped answering my emails and blocked me on live chat.
I could do with a line to sober me up
Ouch. Spunk 55k up the wall or spunk on loads of rent boys with the 55k. I no my choice.
No, I know. Just surprised it's one line

Well I hear he has that scoring touch in certain circlesBut Glasshearts lines are Robbie Fowleresque
My biggest reversal clusterfuck to date was still 'only' £1500 a couple of years ago. Let's just say I cried inside for a duration, and still get the odd flashback from time to time
So even as you're watching the amount dwindle before your eyes, you convince yourself that just one good hit could remedy your cockup, as it was that 'one hit' that took you there...
Definitely painful and one to suck up
Oh God I feel sick again
Mine was actually from 10 spins on Pyramid, then DOA, then the slow descent into madness. So now I remember it fully I feel sicker than everThat strikes a cord with me.
I had got myself a £3500 balance out of a £50 deposit & crazy Blackjack winning streak. Cashed it in & started to plan what I'd do with the money. Got greedy & just wanted a touch more. Reversed it & started to lose & chasing my losses with a pretty quick series of Martingale play lost the lot. Made me feel physically & mentally sick for a good couple of weeks.

Nurse!
I am still open for a amicable solution "between 55K and 5K".You willing to spend 10k on lawyers yet few posts back you was asking for 5k back off the casino. I'm no maths genius but save the 10k on lawyer fees and you much better off over all.

.......the last 6 pages should tell you the casino has done nothing wrong ...........
I disagree with that.
And no, you dont sound to harsh, its your free opinion and I dont expect that everyone has the same view.
Sometimes its much more than just an opinion.
I believe you came to this forum for an advice and what you are told is based on decades of experience and comes from some very knowledgeable people. Some members here are even lawyers and their advice is for free.
It will be a waste of time and money. But if you have plenty of both and spending 10k on lawyers will make you feel better, then I guess you can go ahead and do it.
I thought it was Lacoste that wanted to foot the bill sirIsn't the 10k legal action winbiggger's plan? or am I getting confused
Either way it probably doesn't make sense, anything that actually involves going to court has the potential to cost much more, from cost orders to pay the other side's costs if you lose, to your own dodgy solicitor charging too much. A lose lose situation IMO.
edit: It'll be winbigger changing his name to losebigger if he goes anywhere near a contentious legal claim. BTW I don't object to anyone having a good vent about losing money in these casino 'delay' situations...sharing your pain can maybe help you come to terms with it too...things can always be worse that's what I always tell myself when I lose back winnings, it's not the end of the world however much it makes you feel fed up and disappointed in yourself.

And a big welcome to Winbiggger
Yes, Sunday evenings are a lonely time for me

To be fair, although he has no grounds for litigation, it's about high time these reversible periods are abolished. As Harry mentioned, they're solely there for the purposes of customers squandering what they've managed to accrue.
Given the fact we're nannied about how many auto spins we can do at any one time and the time between spins, it's only right that we see reversible pending periods abolished...don't you think?
