Slow Pay Won 55.000 EUR at the Casino "CASINO SECRET" and lost it due to delayed withdrawals and cancellation

Belive me or not but the reason why I have played with my winnigs was NOT to win more money or to double it. By the way I raised the 55k to 68K for a while. The reason I kept playing was because CASINO SECRET gave me the feeling that they wont pay me out anyway. It was too unrealistic to me. I had 55K on my account but their withdrawal limit was only 5K. In the moment when the offical two days of processing time (for withdrawls) was over and they argued with "gamecheck in my case", I got angry and this is the result of it......

And that my friend is the one HUGE bit of reversal psychology which rarely, if ever gets discussed or mentioned here. The lack of trust at a site you don't know well, which channels your thoughts into a fatalistic and negative vein. I know you messed up, but I totally understand your reasoning. Now the thought is "If I hadn't have done that, maybe they would have paid me OK...." It's a total head-f.

I mean, i agree Jamie worded it a bit harsh, but alot of people have said exactly the same thing and more with their comments. (his own fault, no self control etc)
And looking on op:s posts it kind of looks like he still thinks there is some sliver of a chance he might see some "goodwill" from the casino, and there is just no way that is happening, not now, not ever.
Best is to sum this up as a really really harsh life lesson, and then do like Elsa, and let it go.

you already saw that the casino do not want to give you your money, you waited 48 hours for your withdrawals to process (you would only be allowed to have one 5k withdrawal you said as there is a limit)
do you really think that they will give you anything back? like honestly this casino looks like straight trash to me.

Surely casinos shhould not be allowed to keep your money after the 48 hour period though?

On next morning I did not wanna wake up. When I was having a coffee and smoking a cigarette I thought - WTF I have done and what I could have bought for this money...

These thoughts in my mind were following me for a couple of days and then I realized that no point to regret about anything as there is no way to turn back time and the life still goes on.

And the important thing that was calming me down is that I lost not 25K of my own money but only £150.

This gave me a lesson for the rest of my life - never regret about the past! Regretting about something is pointless and if you regret - you feel bad and only hurt your self more.

My mate did something like this in Vegas 20 years ago. Won nearly $6000 playing blackjack, went up to the room saying he will keep $5000 and use the $1000 for the rest of the trip. Next evening it all went.

This is rogue behavior by the casino. If the casino has rules where it says that withdrawals will be processed in 1 to 3 days. You should expect the withdrawal to be proceed within that time. If this has not happened the company breech it's own terms.

If you go to a company and buy something. They say it will be ready in 1to 3 days. After this time they never contact you so you go back to the company to ask then why the order is not ready after 3 days. They say it will be other 2 days then that company has broke the contract and you can ask for a refund .

So why can casino say that they will process your withdrawals in 1 to 3 days and it doesn't happen. Why is it the customer fault that he reversed the withdrawal. The company did not process the withdrawal within the time frame. The company should be held responsible. If they are not like now they will continually abused their postion. If this happen in UK you can take the company to small claims court and the judge can decide. They will look at the company terms and conditions .The terms and conditions of company have said that the withdrawal will be processed within 1to3days . I know how annoying it is th Ugh. I had the same but then with 1.6k. Casino could only have 1 withdrawal at a time, 24 hour time frame and no weekend withdrawals.. and not able to deposit if you had a withdrawal pending.

On top of that the complaints team said they do withdraw on weekends, while nine waspendibg over 24h after time iut

Sorry but i know it is bad that you lost the money and are feeling so down but you need to try and move on before it destroys you. The money is lost now and you will never get it back.

That can take days to check with the provider and until they get the okay that the winnings were fine then they will not process withdrawals. You knew that then played it all back.

It should have been a case of you not playing till it was all sorted. But you chose to play it all back. The casino is not to blame it was sadly your choice. I know it is hard to accept that you lost it all an if possible you would like some back. But it is not going to happen. No matter how bad you feel the money is gone. For your sake you really need to try and move on.

In my case. I opened a account with a betting company. In December. I made in total 96 withdrawals. The company in the whole of December never contacted me once. I made 96 withdrawals. They never process even one. The pending time was 24 to48 hours. I also waited 5 days. Nothing no withdrawals processed or no emails . In my case how would this be customers fault?. I deposited they took money instantly.

But end of the day it will still help OP reading it. The reasons his withdrawal was not done right away was because casino told him they needed to do a gamecheck like most do for that sort of money. He just needed to be patient.

My biggest reversal clusterfuck to date was still 'only' £1500 a couple of years ago. Let's just say I cried inside for a duration, and still get the odd flashback from time to time

From now on, I am a big opponent agaist every casino who uses stall tactics like in my case. "Casino Secret" had 4 working days to process my withdrawl. I have been through the general terms and conditions of the casino and I read plenty of mistakes/false informations/discrepancies.

Let me make it clear: There is absolutly no way to capitulate and close this case as nothing has happend. And if needed, I will invest further 10.000 EUR for lawyer and court proceedings to enforce not only my own rights but to enforce the casinos to rethink their bad businesses.

Casinos should start to learn that this is a rouge and unfair behaivor and this has to be stoped!!!! Therefore this case is also a big chance for Casino Secret.

TO ALL: Happy for everyone who wants to support me in my efforts. This is just my opinion. You dont need to share it and I respect all answers in favor of Casino Secret. But my position is very clear.

Yes in my case where I made 96 withdrawals. The terms was that withdrawals will be proceed within 24to48hours. It will take no longer then 5 days I was fully verified. In the whole month at no stage did they ever contact me. They never processed even one . After a month I was fed up and contacted them. They blamed me for making a withdrawals but where happy to take over 100 deposit in a month. They didn't want to pay how is that allowed in UK.

I would expect the best the casino might offer you would be around $50 with wagering, on a $600 lost deposit.
It's from the winter of 2007, before I joined CM, but a steno pad detailing my reversal(s) of a $2300 win still lives right beside my computer.

Live and learn friend, live and learn. There are RG tools to help prevent this in the future, and it is really important that you don't look at as losing $55K, or you will forever be chasing that "loss". You lost $600.
