Bonus Complaint Won 31k at stakers.com but they capped it to 88 euro

So, let me ask you guys. What would you do if you have a deposit bonus 35x wagering and no max payout. You win 31k they secretly add a no-deposit bonus in your account which changes the bonus terms as it combines with your current bonus and you suddenly need to wager 1milion+ (original wager amout that was left before this was 1025) and also added a max cash out of only €88?

As the bonus is combined you can't cancel it without losing all the funds.. So basically they do everything possible to not pay out the money won as it is now on (from their minds) correct terms and therefore they won't remove the bonus I never accepted, asked for or the never even mentioned that they added it and make you aware of changes in the current bonus as it increases the wagering and put a max pay out to the bonus.

I'm quite frustrated about this and need some help to get this solved. I also want to prevent people for playing here as I think this is exactly the reason why allot of people think online gabling is not to be trusted. These kind of casinos should be stopped and I think it's time to get our heads together and stand up against this kind of companies who are a rotten apple in the industry. Maybe if we do something about this together they will be stopped to screw over customers. And the online gambling will be more safe and secure for us as a customer.

Can you not cancel the no - deposit bonus only ? Sounds crazy and definitely not legal/fair for them to do this if that is all the facts

Not everyone is aware of websites like this one or aware of the general problems with bonus terms and dodgy casinos etc . First few years I played on lots of casinos and I never really knew whether they were good or not , although I mostly chose the casinos attached to UK bookmakers like Ladbrokes etc figuring their big name meant they were decent :confused:
When I used to play on 32red / ladbrokes / coral etc I took bonuses and never even looked at the terms . One time I tried to cashout and they said you haven't completed wagering and I had an argument because I never knew there was such a thing as "wagering" lol
 
had problems with them as they did not want to do my KYC . they had no grounds for doing that yet they did. and after the emails I've been excanging with them they are very unprofesional and pure imbecile.
but hope you will solve your issues . you are in the right place for that
 
The same thing happened to me before I knew any better but not on the same scale as you. I had in excess of £200 in my balance with £2.22 left to wager when I went back to check, the wagering had increased to £4500! A sneaky £2 NDB had been added to my account, prior to a win on DHV, which meant my max cashout was now £6 - I have not deposited again there and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, in fact stay well clear.

Me also verified with in a short timeframe....but no deposit done because no accredtiation
 
May i ask what was the size of the no deposit bonus? You said 1 million wagering was included?!
Since you said it has a "max cashout" of €88, I'll assume that it has a cap of x3 the bonus amount as stated below in copied terms, surely they didn't add a no deposit bonus of €29.33 onto your balance, and lump a respectable wagering requirement of 34,094.73 x bonus onto it lol.

90. Bonuses are regulated by separate Bonus Terms and Conditions that may be applicable from time to time.
90.1. No deposit bonuses are capped 3X of the bonus amount.

Doesn't he have the obligation to warn other players for tis remarkable behaviour of the casino?
 
Not while he has a PAB in progress.

If he insists on pursuing the issue here on the forums the PAB will be cancelled: we find it is counterproductive to have the player debating the issue on the forums while we're trying to negotiate a resolution with the casino.

He's free to post as he wishes AFTER the PAB process has reached it's conclusion.

This is not news, it's always been that way here at Casinomeister. Other services operate differently and that's fine, but we do it our way.

Is it me or do 90.1 and 90.3 contradict each other? I have made one deposit there but never again. Hope PAB gets sorted.
 
Only ever had good expeorince with stakers
Signed up took there free £25 casino and £25 sport managed to withdraw £100 KYC done in mintues withdrawl sent an hour later in my bank with in the hour.
There MAXIUM x3 bonus turnover is bad thou

Got up this morning to a text for a free 5casino+5sports from these guys as well..
Dunno if i cba to try and convert it into 15 big ones

Edit. Had to wait enclosed in a room since the wooden floors outside where i was had just been cleaned and needed to dry before i could walk my stinkin feet over them, decided to burn away at bod on various stakes.
Wagered 280 and it was saying 900 wagering requirement. Figured something to do with the sports bonus being attached, or i dunno, what a mess, anyway lobbed 5 bucks on some random team in basketball that i cant even pronounce, went back to bod and with 13p left hit a 70 quid bonus.
Exit the game to see what its saying and it says congrats, £6.xx money has been converted to cash, and now my balance sais 70quid, so i assume it converted before that final 15p spin lol. and the casino bonus is no longer showing, just the sports bonus with some random basketball game to play out which i bet at 4/1 so will probably lose.
No idea if i can withdraw that moolah lol..

Triple edit. Yeaah the random african basketball team did exactly as what i hoped and got their asses handed to them. No active bonuses now.

Jesus that’s horrible! Heritagesports did a similar move on my account. Bought in for 600 and bet on the red sox which I won. Went to cash out and they wouldn’t let me. They added a free bonus to my account after winning so I couldnt withdraw with humongous playthrough. I never asked for the bonus. They said it was an account setting. So I went online to change the settings and it said it couldn’t be changed bevause its a yearly setting. Something I never asked for.

They are one of the top sportsbooks and pulled this on me.

Sorry this happened to you but apparently it’s a new scam a lot of casinos are doing so you cant cash out. Yoir situation is way worse since they capped your Withdrawal amount. Either way its BS! No casino should give you a bonus you haven’t claimed especially with playthrough and stuff.

Bovada gives me free bonuses all the time but there are no strings attached and I can cash out and then play the bonus money etc..

You should PAB
 
Never did try depositing at stakers, heard it was dodgy so..avoided them.
Bet365 is good with withdrawal..within an hour, just have to follow their KYC procedure and you're good, once you're verified.
Don't like taking bonuses either..too much hard work lol!
