withdrawal problems AGAIN!

I opened an account at All slots today and deposited 100 using my debit card. I now have 200 in my account and as with any new casino I want to see how good they are so I try to cash in.

Surprised to find that I can't withdraw back to my card! only neteller, clic2pay etc. none of which I have or want. They do offer a transfer directly back to my bank account but charge 20 for this! so no thanks.

Emails to support remain unanswered, I wish I had never bothered to open an account here, I'm sick of these casinos that make depositing easy but cash ins turn out to be a real ball ache!

If anyone has any suggestions as to how I can cashin I'd be very grateful.

Can they not send you a cheque? I am sure I had cheques from them in the past.

they did email over night and yes offered a cheque, but it takes 21 days. Will have to do this as a final resort if I can't make them see sense.

also in the email they say
we are unable to refund your withdrawal back to your Credit Card/s due to recent changes in credit card regulations.
the is BS as 1. mine is a debit card and not credit 2. all other casinos I play at are happy to withdraw back to my card

Why do casinos do this? it's just not good business practice. Once I have an account up and running I hardly ever need to contact CS but as a new customer I and I'm sure others contact them more often, this kind of poor service will only lead to losing customers. Maybe there's so much gambling money floating around in cyberspace that they cldn't give a damn about customer loyalty.

I really hope they sort this in the next 24hrs before I go on holidays. On my return I'm staying with the 2 good casinos that know how to run a business
32Red and Ladbrokes.

In my experience cheques usually take less than a week. Is your debit card Visa Delta or Maestro (formerly Switch)? Some casinos are only able to refund to Maestro cards?

Hi there,

This is David Brickman, JF Spokesman.

At this point we are unable to refund your withdrawal back to your debit card. However I do understand your issue with having to wait 21 days for a check. Generally the delivery time is much faster but we do not like to give false assurances and then have players get frustrated when the check does not come within a week.

Since you stated you are off for a holiday I would be more than happy to have your check sent express mail with no charge. If you initiate a withdrawal and send me your account number I can make sure the check gets sent out asap.

You can post a reply here or send me a private post at the Jackpot Factory inbox.

All the best, David Brickman

Hi there,

Hi David, I appreciate you taking time to post on here, however it would be better if All slots management deal and reply to my emails, where they will find complete details of the issues I've raised, which are more than what I've posted here.

I really do find as a new player to All slots the experience has been less then favourable, however the issues are not that difficult to resolve if only a member of management would respond.

I went to the All Slots website and took this off their banking page. They don't hide the fact that they do not refund back to a credit card since it's the first bullet point.

How to Withdraw Credits

If you choose to withdraw your winnings, your money will be paid to you according to the process below.

1. If you have deposited with a Credit Card, we will not be able to refund your withdrawal back to your Credit Card/s due to recent changes in credit card regulations.

2. We will, however, refund your withdrawal back to your FirePay, NETeller or Click2Pay account, provided that you have used the account within the last six weeks. Withdrawals refunded to this type of account should take between 2-5 working days to reach you.

We strongly recommend that you use either FirePay, Click2Pay or NETeller for depositing at All Slots Casino. This will allow you to enjoy faster withdrawals and will ensure secure and hassle-free depositing at the casino. Click here for more information on these methods.

Please note that FirePay has a maximum payout limit of $10,000 and NETeller has no maximum payout limit. Excess winnings will be paid via Check or ACH which is a simple and secure withdrawal method available to all players with a US bank account.

3. If we are unable to pay your withdrawal by any of these methods, you will receive your money via Check or ACH Bank Transfer.

I gotta agree with that one. Yes, JF has been having some technical problems with their email servers. But that's the beauty of having a rep here at Casinomeister. :)

All Slots has a very good reputation and so i disagree with the OP. I mean it says on their website they wont do it. Then their rep here is right on top of the situation and offers to express mail it. IMO the OP has no reason to complain. If you wanted to be paid back to your card you shouldnt have played there.

Kudos for JF rep for quick response.

I have also had problems with their sister site All Jackpots in terms of them just not answering questions regarding cashout problems, telling me they'll call or email within 48 hours and just hearing nothing from them for several days until I send a follow-up email. I've PM'd the Jackpot Factory rep, and hopefully he gets my situation resolved. The reps seem courteous enough............if they get back to you.

fair comment I did not intend any disrespect towards the rep, but as I said if someone at All slots starts communicating with me if not by email then hey by phone I'm sure we'd be able to resolve this to both parties satification.

And yes I did read the T&Cs it says they cannot refund back to a credit card, I used a debit card which is very different.

However to have peace of mind I've now opened a NETeller account and have withdrawn to this. My experience here has not been good so I've asked to have my account closed.

I've had quite a few cashouts at AS & AJ always received in my Neteller in less then 24 hours even on weekends.

If you don't get a quick reply from their email, then just PM the rep. That is what I did, and got all my questions resolved very quickly.

Hi Let It Ride,

Rest assured your issues have been passed along to casino management. The Jackpot Factory appreciates all feedback, both positive and negative.

As I am sure you can understand, the problem of refunding a withdrawal directly to your debit card is not something we can change overnight. But I do repeat, if you would provide me with your account number I can provide a quick solution for you at this time.

All the best, David

I had exactly the same experience with a casino. I eventually decided to take the cheque option. As others have mentioned it rarely takes as long as 21 days. My cheques arrived within 5 working days.

I agree with you about 32red and Ladbrokes. They're by far the best in my opinion.

David, only just came back from my travels and saw your post, I'll send you a PM. I had hoped that on my return the funds would be in my Neteller account but no and more worryingly the money is no longer in my All slots account either

a quick response is not the same as money in my neteller, 7 days on and still no money. I ring CS today to find out when they'll reply to my email, they tell me to send them an email and call back in half hour!

meanwhile marketing department send me an automated email saying I'm a valued customer blah blah blah and put 10 in my account email says 'no strings attached'

find today 10 taken back as I did not play it before the 28 March 06 looks like a string to me!

All Slots are All Con. Yeah I made the mistake of playing there, but that won't happen again.

UK

I note you are from London. I too have had tremendous troubles with Inexia, who process payouts for Allslots and All Jackpots. Inexia is where the problem will lie. This is a case of a "stuck" cash-in, and has happened many a time with me. You may also find it paid to Neteller but "Declined" and not deposited for value. This happened endlessly to me for months, and happened again and again despite a quick response and assurances that it was a "fluke" and would not recurr. It has not happend for a while now, however the stuck withdrawal has. It should appear in Neteller in 2 days at the most, but is normally the day following removal from pending, which has recently been changed to 6 hours at All Slots.
The fact this is happening to another UK player means that Inexia have not really changed their ways. It seems that when things go wrong, it is extremely difficult to get things done, Inexia seem to be not answerable to the casino CS (and we cannot speak to inexia ourselves), and at the weekend nothing will get done in terms of fixing a problem. I did tell them that this continuing problem will cost them customers in the UK (It is a particular issue with UK based Neteller accounts, US players rarely have the same level of problems) - they were slow to act, and have now lost you as a UK customer. A 10 comp for this also takes the p***, especially since they took it back again. I was comped in 3 figures when this kept happening. 7 days to not appear in Neteller is a breach of their own "worst case" scenario for Neteller payments, and I would hope that someone in the group with real clout reads this, and reconsiders my suggestion that Inexia are not up to the job, and should be replaced.

Yep Something is wrong with all slots, I have had withdrawals for 2 years soley to my neteller no problems really some slow pays but, when they switched to the new 4 or 6 hour reversal my last withdrawal did not show up, so I emailed them and they stated it went ACH, for no reason at all they did not pay me netller and sent bank transfer instead which delays payment another 3-5 business days, I have had 100 cash outs go to neteller thru them and all the sudden ach?????? Not real happy with the site anymore and very slow email responses Good Luck to you

any casino that claims it cant refund back to a debit card is talking crap. in fact in the UK if you gamble with a debit card it must be paid back to the same card.

when i first gambled online with the non-uk based ok ones i found out about this, i played at the gaming club and then found out my winnings would be paid by check and GC claimed it was impossible for them to pay back to a debit card, cut a long story short i was paid back to my debit card.

simple fact is, if you can take payments from a debit card, then you make payments to debit card.

theres no great secret to how this is done, its called a refund button.

i had a business a few years ago and i had a debit&credit card machine which cost me 30 which allowed me to do this, so if i can do it from a small business, then i think you certainly can aswell.

Not if you're in the USA and trying to get your wins/deposits refunded to that debit card.

this is exactly the point that I tried to make with ALL Slots but never got to speak to management. Had a manager spoken to me when I first raised this they would have been able to refund to my card (even if only once) and would have retained me as a customer.

Reading other posts here it looks like their support used to be good but recently has been crap, they say it's due to high volume of emails following a promotion, but 11 days on and they can't sort themselves out.

Anyways time for me to move on, I got my 200 in NETeller and the only good thing I can say about ALL SLots is it's the one casino that I walk away a winner from, 100 baby

Whose rule is it? At least one MG casino group (Trident Group I think) claimed to be able to do refunds to debit cards, but when I tried to make a withdrawal to my Visa Delta card, they were unable to do so and told me they can only to refunds to Switch/Maestro cards.
