The situation with sapit222 has now been resolved.

Going through the gameplay history I was able to see that one of our automatic triggers was activated.

Yes that is correct, funds are now available on his player account and he can request a withdrawal if he wishes to.

So that is all you will tell us about what happened? That one of the automatic triggers was activated.
You are almost pointing him out as a bonus abuser anyway even though you must be able to see that he wasn't doing anything wrong.

I also would like you to have a little lesson about bonus abuse with your Swedish guy in support :)

I suspect he can't tell us what that trigger was as it could be open to abuse if people had that information.

I don't think so. I suspect it was triggered by him getting errors. Of course they maybe can't say that either because we all want an error free place that works perfectly to play on :)

I'm happy he got paid but I'm not happy if people suspect that he is an abuser who just got paid because of this forum. It's clear he wasn't abusing anything.He was just lucky.
 
There are plenty errors about on the site and it's not the best to navigate either, don't like the set up but maybe that is my personal preference.

Chat were far from helpful and the limited available hours (12.00 - 21.00), which is outside of when most people play.

The site keeps trying to credit me with more daily free spins that it should.

E-mail address doesn't work.

Couple the above with more dead spins than I could swing a stick at, it has to be the most boring slotting session I ever had and that says something :laugh:

I just hope others don't get caught out and not paid because of the same triggers.

His name is Albin and the responses he had to in which way Sapit had abused your bonuses was way out. I suggest you get the chat transcript translated so you can read for yourself.
I did send him an email too. I maybe shouldn't have done that but sometimes I react a bit too fast.

I think it was hello@wishmaker.com, deleted the e-mails now so can't check.

This thread terrifies me to even attempt to play here. Folks balances disappearing and so called triggers when its pretty clear he was just playing slots and there was no reason to remove anything. What about all the people who dont know about forums and reps? The live chat was calling him a bonus abuser. Most people would be screwed out of the money.

And the rep doesnt even explain what is happening, just something got triggered. Well sorry but thats a very scary security system you have there.

I just got a response to the email I sent. They told me that the issue now was back at their bonus department again :eek2:
They couldn't discuss it with me though. (I never asked them to).

A bit funny since he was paid early yesterday:p

Sadly i think they have a communication problem with all of the employes (too few or too many?)... :(
I still get replies about the issue, my money, the verification etc... :what:

Just now i got an email about my withdrawal request... saying it was approved early yesterday? :what:

I hope its just couse of the many holidays.
 
They have also removed the daily Book of Dead free spins after duplicating them but no communication whatsoever - thanks for the head up on this though greylady :laugh:

Then skip the bonus and play with your own funds - like me. It always seems like most people assume bonuses are obligatory - they aren't. And playing without them is pretty much stress free. I opened an account there (
