I took the welcome bonus for swedish players just now.
Tried different games and it was going very bad.. no win at all.

I read the bonus rules before joining up and talked with CS also just in case.

Its x35 wr bonus only, so its great and not so many restricted slots when using a bonus either.
No max cashout as far as i could find (unless they have hidden it somewhere else?).

Now ill just have to finish the wr and hope it goes up and not down.

I had a bonus balance of £65, which I was just using for play time tonight after losing my deposit when suddenly my balance became £3.34 whilst I was still wagering - I won't be returning that's for sure, no support after 9pm when most people play and my balance just walks

I didn't know they had ongoing issues. I don't see those warning signs since I trust those that are behind MT Secure Trade. As I said, certain casinos can behave bad but that doesn't mean they are all bad.
This is a new casino that maybe will be great, so don't judge them yet please.

So are you saying that I don't have the right to defend a group that I trust. Is it just those that have negative opinions that have the right to speak and I that should shut up?
I think it's fair that newbies that are reading these threads see both sides.

All my money just dissapeared?
Over 4600Euro.

No chat and seems to be something wrong with their email (contact us), so i sent a msg to their Facebook.

Hope they fix it soon.

I was going to mention that yesterday, but later in the terms it contradicts what it says by saying if you withdraw before wagering is complete you will forfeit the bonus money.

I really hope you get this sorted and that it was just a technical glitch. I know mine was just bonus money, strangely enough I went back to check and I had met wagering so it seems my money was removed at the point I cleared wagering too BUT i still has wagering for free spins also, which was separate - keeping my fingers (and toes) crossed that it all works out ok in the end
