Ok, so they claim that you have saved up bonus features until after your bonus have been wagered. Not on those games that are forbidden to play but on Book of Dead :rolleyes:

Now I wonder if they will claim that the huge win you had came after you played through your bonus, but we all know that isn't true.
They say you did that on several games just before you had played through the bonus. Now after that huge win then what would the point be with trying to break any rules?

I would advice please people to not sign up there and use their bonus because something is really wrong there. Either with their system or with the people.
 
I took a few screenshots during play just in case, couse its a new casino.
At this point i didnt have much left of the wagering and you can clearly see that i got the big win before.

What do you mean by saved up Bonus features? As i understand it the only way of doing it on Book of Dead is triggering the 3 books, shutting the game down. finishing the wager on other games then returning after wager is done. Is that correct

Exactly and they claim that he done that on several games. It would be really stupid to do that after such a win.
I have read the chat but it's in Swedish so no point in posting it.

Streamers have to get permission too. They normally do a bonus hunt on a raw cash deposit. They advise if bonus funds are involved to check with casino first before starting to find out whether it's permissible or what rules are.

Its only disallowed if you teed up loads of bonuses whilst you had a bonus active, played the money down to zero and then attempted to play those bonus with cash in the hope that the bonus would be cancelled.

Which I dont think is the case here. You cant confiscate funds with just a vague reference to delaying bonus rounds.

Obviously they have some sort of automatic bonus system that remove everything if there has been any kind of bonus abuse as soon as the wagering is over.
In this case he had a few errors in the games, which is normal, but that their system maybe saw as something else.

In this case they referred to games in the end of the bonus play which would have been really both stupid and pointless since he had so much money in winnings.

ya thats pretty much how i find out every time ive cleared WR - i 0 out and have to have chat restore my balance
 
Ask them they can tell you. They should be able to anyway its well known on their system.

As an aside if I was launching a Casino in 2018 I might extend the chat hours from a daily 9 hour window till 9pm. Kind of a crucial period for your business when its in its infancy and trying to get and retain new players.

For some reason, I get the same at MT sites if I sign up to one.
Pain in the arse to sort it out, when I know I am not self excluded and usually takes a few days for it to get sorted.

Generally, in this current moment there is no max cashout while playing with the welcome bonus.

Active bonuses have a maximum bet amount per round of 5 EUR/GBP/50 SEK/50 NOK/5 CAD

What is so bad in saying that? It hadn't been bad at all if it had been the truth.

Sapit sent me the chat transcript so I could tell him what they suspected that he had done wrong. He didn't understand.
I wrote in here that they accused him for doing just that, but it wasn't true. He had never done that.

Then you come saying that he must have been doing just that. That wasn't so nice of you.

Yes I edited my post because I realized that you could feel insulted. I don't like or want to hurt people but sometimes I write faster than I think so I need to edit my posts.

Send GIG a SAR, on the off chance you get your data rather than someone elses, it should show the problem, and you can tell them to correct whatever it is thats causing a SE flag on the accounts.

That message didn’t read as I thought it in my head.
I was saying people can criticise aswel as praise any group as this is a open forum, you do seem somewhat casino slanted with some views that’s all.

I didnt talk with chat (not open) but i checked all of the slots that i had played and couldnt find any stuck or unfinished game. :what:

I really hope the rep comes on soon and helps you sort this out, it must be a nightmare waiting to find out exactly what is happening and IF you are going to get paid - doesn't bode well for the casino in my book.
