Hi Rickard,

Still nothing and now today recieved an email to close the account if ID etc not sent within 72 hours. The self-exclusion prompt still shows when attempting to log on. Any chance of getting this dealt with anytime soon?

Sorry for not making that a little bit more clear SpinUK.

IGC (iGaming Cloud) is our platform provider and its through them we have to send tickets regarding other brands on the MT-secure license.

Im currently trying to chase them for a solution and will get back to you as soon as I have an answer from them.

Any chance of a response on this?
 
Email from support saying SE manually removed and account available after 24hr cooling off period.

Given there was no SE in the first place, don’t know why there’s a cool off period ;)

Was there any reason why it was flagged as SE or was there a glitch in the Matrix?

they were probably looking at someone elses account considering how bad they are at looking after your details!
 
After receiving an email saying my support ticket was resolved (it wasn't) and 24 hrs until the cool off period (which shouldn't even apply as the SE was fictional:rolleyes:), it still remains blocked.

Chased with another email but to be honest my first impressions aren't that great - I don't tend to bash casinos but i do find receiving confirmation that somethings resolved, when it isn't, a tad irksome.
 
Sorry to bump this to the Rep again but....told SE lifted and then told the reason I can't login is due to not completing KYC. It's a bit hard to complete KYC when you can't log in to upload the documents (and not prepared to email).

The other issue is that i tried registering with another MT site and have been hit with exactly the same thing - so it doesn't look like it's been resolved. As you've been in contact with IGC, could you communicate exactly what they said was the issue (presumably they came back and rightfully said there was a mistake as the SE was wiped) and let them know that it's not resolved?

Note - it only appears to be new registrations - nothing wrong with Rizk/Cashmio etc

Edit - the other casino has came back and said my SE has expired. There was no SE - the only time I saw SE regarding MT was when I went to sign up with WM last month.

Had to remove that post because you uploaded the image with name showing, cannot allow that to stand on the forum for obvious reasons - can you edit it in paint or something and obscure it, then re-upload!

we point it out to members in case they prefer anonymity, but there's no reason members cant post full names if they dont care, is there?
 
Still waiting on MTS to come back and fix the whole SE new registration issue Ended up asking Sebastian at Rizk to look into it as a. MTS customer service is rubbish and b. The wishmaker rep didn’t even bother replying.

Still not had a response (not Sebs fault).

I'm hoping it's settled sooner rather than later, I have a $500 wd pending there ;-P

With 8-12hr withdrawls(instead of the trusty under 4) seeming to become the norm at even my preferred MTST casinos as of late I'm feeling less and less of the warm and squishy for them with every day that goes by.

Used to be on my list of played Casinos but over the last year I have moved away from them. I’ll have the odd deposit in Calzone but that’s about it now.

Even with the accounts self exclusion confirmed to be a dud they won’t let me log in, stating I need to verify. When I say ok, but how do I upload?. Replying email, me saying no what’s the other methods as I’m not emailing anything, get met with ‘please email xyz’.

I believe they call these "growing pains" but they should be careful, as making joining/playing difficult for regular players may stunt their growth ;-P

I joined up after Bryan posted this thread and won £250 with my 1st dep bonus of £50 and once they excepted my verification I was paid without issue. I don't recall having any issues at all so if my experience is anything to go by then you will get paid
