Winpalace - Would Not Recommend! ( Real World Example of Their Slow Pay)

26Oct12 - 15 days nothing received ($300)

Started with $30 won $10,000 in exactly 10 days (European Roulette).

26Oct12 – Still waiting for $300. Was told that the check would close out on 29Oct12. Does that mean it will be sent then? If that is the case, it takes 4 weeks to get paid anything! The 5-10 days that they claim is fraud. And the withdrawal of up to $3000 is also a lie. As you can see from the screen shots it is impossible. I also have all chat conversations.

I would NOT recommend this casino at all! I lost $7000 waiting. My fault for sure. But as designed by Winpalace.
To tell you the truth I could bankrupt these fuckers, but they have their fail safe slow pay system designed to keep the money as long as possible. They can't even intelligently deny this.

At this point I would pay them to give me all of my money in one lump sum and then close my account.

Normally we'd be happy to look into this for you but this casino has unfortunately not been cooperative when it comes to player complaints. See Diceland, Rome Casino etc - not responding to player issues in our Warnings section for details.

It sounds like your a smart individual. So why did you go play here without doing your research? You would have found enough information very easily by a simple google of winpalace. It seems like you were not applying your skill & probablity methods on deciding where to deposit. Depositing at a casino without research is playing with luck. You would need to hope you get "lucky" to get paid at an unknown casino.

I did the research. Trust me. And this site is one of many that I used. The previous post will help others, that's all. The posts that I have read concerning Winpalace weren't as detailed. I have given a start to finish scenario. With proof of all statements (upon request). The site is OK if you can wait. I am a stickler for honesty and truth in advertisement. The payout (for checks) is 15 days, not the 5-7 days their terms and conditions page states.

This is only one of 3 sites that I play. 3Dice, and Lucky Red are the others.

To be more specific I had a max bet on a number And I refused to take it down. I actually wanted to see how long it would take for it to hit. It never came! I did the opposite of what got me there - Don't fall in love with any mode or method of play. When the wheel or whatever you play rotates away from an identifiable sequence, rotate with it.

I did however hone my skills a bit more, albeit an expensive process. A lot of it was experimental. Another down side to the site and this is big: While you're in a pending mode you can not make any deposits. This of course forces you to cancel your pending withdrawal and continue playing. The drawback is that the clock starts all over again when you want to reinstate or make another withdrawal request. So I play at my other sites while waiting on this one.

@Drivethebeat: I have received your PAB but it pains me to have to remind you of the importance of reading the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. So far you have ignored at least two points with are thoroughly explained in the FAQ:

1. the importance of NOT posting about your issue while a PAB is in progress. As it happens we'll waive this requirement given the circumstances in this particular case but normally this would put your PAB at risk of being set aside or tossed out.
2. the need to provide a valid "contact" email address. This is a show-stopper: without a valid email address where I can reliably reach you the PAB is going nowhere. Again, the FAQ explains all of this. Please read it and get back to me via email or Private Message (Link Outdated / Removed)

The fact that you lost $7k because you were "bored" shows that you're obviously only typing with one hand.

If you're pockets are so deep, why worry about a few thousand taking a month to reach you? Good luck with the trip to Curacao......better make sure your medical insurance is up to date.
