Hi do we have a Winpalace rep on here.. I have been playing with them for over 2 years. I do no deposit huge amounts, 25-50 normally and do not use any bonuses . I am considered a VIP on the lowest level.. On the 9th of September I had a good streak.( I deposited 25.00 nothing than deposited 50.00 and again did not use a bonus) Long story short ended up winning 26298.16. I sent all the documents in on the 9th my paperwork was approved. It took awhile because I had resend certain items, like a copy of a credit card I had not used for a year etc. Anyway last Sunday I requested a withdraw for 3000.00. It it still sitting in the withdraw window. I contacted the support team yesterday and they said that they will send a request to expedite the approval of my withdraw.. Not the problem, In the T&C it states that they have 5-10 days to approve a withdrawal. That is fine, what I am concerned about most of the posters have stated that they get 500.00 at a time with a wire transfer, even though the max is 3000.00. My deal is Its going to take me months maybe a year with turn around time of 10 days a 500.00 a time to get the 26298.00. I figure the longer it sits there the richer I am... LOL

If we have a rep on here can they help me get 3 or 4 payouts? I do not want to do a PAB, so far the casino has been great as far as customer service and responding to my emails. They are always courteous and try to answer my questions. I do not like the slow pay out but that is my fault it is clearly stated in the T&C. Side Note --- I tested INETBET yesterday, I filled out all my paperwork and sent it yesterday. I got am email this morning saying all my docs have been approved... AMAZING!!!!!

Thanks all for any advice. If you are wondering what game I played its Paris Beauty, once I got my balance up, I up my wager and then I then move on to Golden Lotus. This is a fluke because like I said I have played with them for a couple years and have never won until the 9th....Also I thought I had filled out the appropriate paperwork 2 years ago when I started playing there. That is what I normally do get approved than play that the casino. But they stated I had not turned in the paperwork before. Thanks all.

The rep for that group got banned from here a couple of years ago. They had a little unprofessional fight with a Topgame casino in this forum.
I suggest you do a search for them or maybe someone will dig up some old threads for you to read.

You will get paid but yes, it will probably take 6-12 months.
Good luck waiting :)

How come you just sent docs if you have been playing there for over 2 years

Here is another thread, not sure if there is a rep here

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/winpalace-payouts.56584/

If you read at the end of my post it says that I fill out paperwork before I even play. I thought and still believe I did that with winpalace. But when I went to make my withdrawal they said I had not done my paperwork, even though its my practice to always do so.
Thanks everyone,
I am new to this site and have been digging around regarding Winpalace, have not found anything good at this point.

Keep digging - you'll fine loads of places worthy of replacing winpalace with and shifting your loyalty to, gl

Good luck getting your money, as you see from the thread above you may get accused of threatening chargebacks and just get your initial deposit back

A good example of why you should do your research before you play....not after.

They will probably pay, but it will likely take a year or more. Absolutely disgusting.

What's even more disgusting is that there's affiliates here that say they're top notch. Go figure.

I no right .. That was my fault totally I did a few basic Google searches and of course the reviews were fantastic. As I have learned here, I should have been more specific in my search. Now I know. I am still pretty new to this this online forums regarding casinos.

I have however sent my docs in to Inetbet and will give them a try since the review are pretty good. I am in the US so it seem hard to find a good reputable Casino for us. I am not a huge online gambler, but I do enjoy it,I do not spend tons of money. Maybe dabble with a 100.00 bucks or so every other week.
I do want to say THANKS for this amazing website and all the amazing feedback and stories from everyone. I have learned so much in just the few days I have been aboard. Thanks again all!!! With all this info at my fingertips if I screw up again it will be all my fault! LOL:eek::eek::eek:

Sorry for your problems Fiona. You have taken the constructive criticism very well. Glad you found the forum. This forum will help you to not make the same mistake again when choosing a casino. I will try not to rub salt in the wounds, but

Why would you continue to play the same place when you had not won in 2 years?

Secondly you commented that you do do a little research and might not had seen anything. If you put in google "winpalace complaints" the first page is enough to stop most people from playing.

I do hope you get this resolved asap, you certainly deserve to get paid for the 2 years of loyalty with no cashout.

Thank you, constructive criticism is good, that is how you learn, and Lord knows I am not to old to learn, you can add salt to wounds just do not rub to hard.... LOL.

I agree I did not research properly, obviously, but in my defense when I did google it the first page was not bad stuff. But I should have goggled Winpalace Complaints.(DUH) But like I said that was totally my fault and should have found one of these forums before. But with that said I have completely changed the places I will play, using the advice and lists here So I can have a fab story like other people of getting there money within 24 hours... *****Wahoo***** I can only wish. . . Also I am not a huge depositor, I would win a couple thousand at Winpalace and than play it back being greedy and hoping to catch that money train of a higher balance and of course that never happened. Than I would kick myself for being so stupid.
I have withdrew form Onbling before with no problems at all. They even sent me 2 dozen beautiful long stem roses for mothers day that were delivered to my door... That was very cool.... I am always open for comments and criticism and advice. Good Lord just read my posts lots of But's in there. :o

Those kinds of casinos LOVE players like you - all that depositing and no withdrawal attempts! TBH you might have a chance of getting your money because they probably don't want to lose you! Especially if you let it be known that you won't be depositing again until you're paid.

That being said, most casinos love depositors, and there are decent RTG casinos to play at - no doubt you'll pick a better one next time. And PS I love that Paris Beauty too, one day I got like 50 retriggers on free spins, I went out to play ball with my dog and came in and it was STILL going! :)

Be careful with onbling also. They are a part of a group that has issues also (long delays, small withdrawal amounts). That's great they paid and sent flowers, but quite honestly there are far better groups that you do not have to worry about.

You are so correct, I am the perfect depositor, Yes Love Paris Beauty... I am in Colorado, Even when I just did a Google search of US Online Casinos all the crap casinos pop up all the ones on our Rogue list. You will be impressed, I am learning, I have got all my paperwork all approved took less than 24 hours at INETBET so I am excited to play with them. :)

It did take awhile for Onbling to pay it was about 27 days total and the check showed up Fed Ex when it should have been wired. It was only for 2700 and some change. I am learning-- INETBET here I come... Thanks :)

Hi Fiona, you should be ok with Inetbet...
They are accredited here and I signed up with them a few weeks ago...
Docs approved within 24 hours and I made 1 withdrawal sofar and that was in my Skrill account after merely a few hours...
They seem a good outfit to me.

27 days , thats awful long time.

I did play there and would always get paid "promptly" after 10 day period :p

Stopped playing there after they started to battle it out with Top Game rep. They accused each other of some serious stuff. Oh, once my withdrawal was for 1k or 1.5k. They paid that in full.

Thank you Przecinek for the feedback. I am waiting patiently, . I have not bugged the casino or asked when it will be approved. I do not want to make anyone mad. I did however just send an an email asking how I go about requesting a lump sum payout or 3 or 4 withdraws totaling the 26298.00 We will see what they say. I had asked the account mgr via chat a few days ago but she just said that she would froward my request. I am glad you said they always paid, that is reassuring. I wonder why we do not have a rep here for them now? I understand some bad stuff happened but if the guy was such a pratt surely the casino would have hired another one to represent them...Maybe that is not how it works, I have no idea..... Thanks again. I will keep you posted.

I dont think your understanding. Please read the posts above over again.I really hope you get paid but it wont be a lump sum. They pay small sums at a time.

(in no way am i saying you will be paid,im just saying that if they do pay you it will probably be small sums over months) gl

I Understand, it states in there T&C in certain circumstances you can request a larger payout but it has to be approved through your casino mgr and financial.

Maybe I don't understand, maybe you should advise as to it is you think I am not getting...

I understand if I get paid it will be in amounts of UP TO 3000.00 per withdrawal via a wire. I also understand if I get paid that since it is a large sum I can request lager pay out amounts once the first withdrawal is completed, may not happen but I can request. I also understand that people have been paid in the past from this Casino, and I may not.

I am not angry or upset with Winpalace by any means at this point. Everything is clearly stated in there T&C.. So if Im not understanding or if you are reading something different please let me know. Thanks

The comments are being made because of the reputation of the casino. Yes I do believe in their terms they say you can "request" a larger amount. I don't think I have ever seen anyone's request met. They lots of the time wont even stick to the amount up to $3000.00. I normally hear the payments made in $500-$1000 payments.

They will string you along as long as possible, that is a promise. They have no benefit in paying you quickly or in larger amounts. How the heck are they going to get you to play it back if they were to pay you quickly in large amounts?

Do yourself a favor and do not play a nickel back. You have nothing to gain (if you win more going to take a few more years to pay) and everything to lose.

LOL totally agreed. Trust me I have not and will not touch it until its all paid.. I have even taken a screen shot of the 23298.00 (after the 3000.00) pending, In the lobby because I am afraid it will disappear, that is pathetic, I should not have to go in and check it everyday .
I wish I knew how to take a screen before I requested the 3 grand withdraw, And I get the reputation of the casino, I get that.... Like I have said I wish I had known what I know now when I started playing. I really do appreciate the criticism and the feedback. Thanks

What would happen if, for example, someone in a similar situation decided to simply leave the casino open until the full amount gets paid - thus, there would be no way (that I can think of) in which the balance would disappear between sessions...?

if you love rtg you have 15 acredited casinos to play
check them here:

https://www.casinomeister.com/casino-software/rtg/

the bonuses are like 150% 200% and more?
well, probably not allways, but check the time they take to pay and compare yourself

That is exactly what I am doing. They are paying me 500.00 a week for 53 weeks. I have not played since I won and will not play there until the balance is paid in full.. . I have received my first installment.., via wire.. I am totally fine with the payout. I still like Winpalace the process is slow but they have done exactly what they have stated in the T&C's... Besides Its better than a poke in the eye:D:D:D:D with a sharp stick.

They are going to pay you $500 pw for over a YEAR???!!!

What an absolute and total disgrace....whether it's in the terms or not.

Any affiliate who promotes this mob is feeding their players to the sharks, and should be ashamed of themselves. It makes me want to vomit when aff members here come on and defend them with "well it's in the terms blah blah"...the point is that they wouldn't HAVE such disgraceful terms if affys stopped PROMOTING them I.e. they're deliberately sending trusting customers to places with crap terms (and just about everyone agrees that they are). If affys said "enough...this is BS" their policy would change very quickly. It's another example of the unethical behavior of some affiliates.

The only reason they pay like that is to attempt to force players to reverse and lose.

In reality, Fiona has been subjected to a 53 week pending period which is borderline criminal.

you will receive like an income each week
its like you being in home and won like if you was working lol

they have done what they have stated in T&C´s? yes
also, all the acredited casinos do like they have in T&C´s.

if it was your choice what would you choose? receive 500 per week or between 3000 and 5000 per week?

Nifty you are totally correct about the affys and people like me defending them but in my defense-I have read to many posts where players winnings are void because they have gotten a third party involved or just void it with no good reason...I cannot do it, I really need the money and it is like having another job. Its like working 40 hours a week at minimum wage here in the states and its tax free.. And yes its stressful to wait to be approved every single time I request money 3000.00 But get 500.00 But since I have not touched the balance I am not sure what they could void them for unless I involve another party. I have been playing at another place and am amazed at the turn around, and will continue to play there. But I am sure in some cases they are betting on me reversing or playing it back. Maybe after a few months they will truly see I wont do it .

I have been a single mom to two boys for 16 years. There father owes me over 250,000.00 a quarter of a million dollars in back child support ( that is a whole different thread) I have never received a dime.. I have struggled working full time, not getting any help from the government at all, and I have done it all alone. The oldest has started college this year. So It's my turn to relax even if its going to take 52 weeks, for once I have a cushion.:)

Yes of course if it was my choice I would love 3000.00 a week or all at once. But Its not going to happen and I dont want them to piss them off in anyway.

As long as they don't start missing payments and you're ok with the delay....for most of us who are used to better it would be completely unacceptable. Just wait til you win big and are paid quickly at one of the accredited casinos and you'll look back and marvel at your patience with these jokers. I think iNetBet is the fastest paying of the RTGs so hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised.

As for the rep not being here, there used to be a rep for Affactive (that's the group that Winpalace belongs to) but even so they won the 'Worst casino group' award for at least a couple of years. But then there was a huge slanging match here against another casino group/software provider (TopGame) and lots of accusations of criminal activity being thrown back and forth. It started with TopGame publicly accusing Affactive of launching DDOS attacks against their properties and it all went to hell from there. Here's a link to the thread, you might find it an interesting read. https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/all-topgames-casinos-are-down-ddos-attacks.47338/

fiona (I may have missed this if you have already said, so just humor me) Will you have to pay for each of these miserly weekly payouts? I do hope it's not a per check or per wire charge?? (For those in the free world and don't know, most USA players pay thru the nose for check and wire withdrawals.)

Being a negative nelly here, but I hope to heaven they hold up their end of the bargain and don't go bust before you've been paid in full.

Good luck.

(And I wish affiliates would throw this casino under the bus. If the casino is so damn poor they can't afford to pay players in a reasonable amount of time... wtf are they doing in business??? .... sheesh...)

100% agree,I would not even deposit a dime in a casino like that.
I mean,26k?
That should be peanuts for any casino that is having good business.
This is an utter disgrace!

How do casino's like this get a license in the first place and I wonder on how many unknown depositing players they prey.

Nice to have a 2 grand extra income every month but like advised before, don't spend a penny there anymore untill fully paid.
And even then I would piss them off and close my account. :D:D

In theory I can do the same.
I can organise a huge sweepstake with a 50k top prize.
After the draw I inform the winner telling him/her I will pay the price in full in 100 weekly instalments of 500 quid...Tsssss... :eek2:

I agree, it's better to get paid in full even if it takes 53 weeks than to get your winnings confiscated. There's a lot of casinos doing that I'm afraid, and Winpalace is not one of them.

Say what you want. I don't play there anymore, but there are worse outfits out there, who unlike WP, will catch you by surprise with some very vague term. Even Jetbull has a rule that says max win is 10.000€ (excluding progressives)... so what is better getting paid $500/week until you get full 26.000 or losing half of it for no good reason and then getting paid remaining 10k in one go by a 'reputable' outfit. I already mentioned in another thread that Lucky Nugget can cap your win at 6x deposit, so I won't go into that again.

In general I agree Fiona that some kind of rep should be allowed to be back on board.

It is good to be paid even if its a little at a time but people have complained about that group confiscating winnings, and i have also seen where a player complained that they started to pay and then accused them of having duplicate accounts and stopped paying.IMO no matter what advice is given people will still deposit and play where they want (which is their right smh).

The only people who get their winnings confiscated are fraudsters....apart from those who play at known clipjoints of course where they do what they want.

I'd love you to show me cases here in the past few years where reputable casinos have denied winnings for no reason. Good luck with that task.

Anyway, Fiona isn't a fraudster AFAIK, so why are we even talking about confiscations?

"Better to get $500 pw for a YEAR than not get paid" is like saying "oh well its better than nothing" when a casino decides to reduce your payout by 50% just because they feel like it. Bottom line is that their terms stink and they exist to deliberately entice players to reverse and lose. Cashflow has very little to do with it.

Fiona played there almost certainly because some unethical affiliate told her they were a great casino. It is in that direction that finger of blame should be pointed.

How about what happened just few weeks ago at Ladbrokes? Reputable outfit. Confiscation for no reason. Then a sudden change of heart.
Took me aprox. 1 second to bring that up. If I had more time I could create quite a long list here.

By the way - by confiscation I also mean cases like the one I just stated where t&c officially state anything above 10k will be confiscated. I also mean cases of 'FU clauses' or general entrapment clauses, where t&c are ultra-predatory. So no it doesn't only relate to fraud. You have way too much faith in the casino industry IMO.

fiona (I may have missed this if you have already said, so just humor me) Will you have to pay for each of these miserly weekly payouts? I do hope it's not a per check or per wire charge?? (For those in the free world and don't know, most USA players pay thru the nose for check and wire withdrawals.)

Being a negative nelly here, but I hope to heaven they hold up their end of the bargain and don't go bust before you've been paid in full.

Good luck.

(And I wish affiliates would throw this casino under the bus. If the casino is so damn poor they can't afford to pay players in a reasonable amount of time... wtf are they doing in business??? .... sheesh...)

They do not charge for wire or check its was free, no fees. Thanks I hope they do not go belly up as well.

They are paying me 500.00 a week for 53 weeks

And you being satisfied with it is what worries me about some players, they are very dodgy in every sense, if you look at the terms and conditions. You trust them and I so hope they don't break your trust ps I could never be happy with 500 every 10 days but My suggestion forget about you won, open a saving account and put that 500 there for 53 weeks so you can enjoy it altogether because 500 every 10 days you wouldnt even know where they went

I have not played since I won and will not play there until the balance is paid in full

Thats a great decision from you , never play a penny back ever until your withdrawal is paid to you in full

Good luck & just check accredited casinos and try them in the meantime if you like RTG so you dont get the urge to give your fav games a spin there

I'm reasonably sure that it was either WinPalace or another in same group that enticed players with a large pending balance to increase their VIP level if they had a certain amount of action (ie play). Believe the OP stated she was well ahead a few times and didn't cash out, the casino will do their best to entice her to play.

Few weeks of payments, then a stall. Having to log into your account again and again. Maybe even a free chip to apologize for a delay, or a birthday or xmas. Just to whet your appetite.

Stay strong Fiona, we are rooting for you.

Keep us updated from time to time if payments are proceeding smoothly, or if you are offered inducements to play... reversal bonuses or promises of larger weekly payments if you reverse some and achieve a certain amount of points.

If there is a max cashout term, or other such limit, enshrined in the terms and conditions it is NOT confiscation IMO. The term is there and been agreed to beforehand....whether it is predatory or not is immaterial...that's the choice a player makes I.e. whether they wish to be bound by such terms in the first place.

Hence, we have a different definition of confiscation. My definition is when all terms are met, and winnings are denied for NO reason, or a totally bogus reason e.g. they don't like your style etc. I also don't include genuine errors made by operators that are subsequently corrected when the error is detected.

Try searching again with the above definition.

Remember...I said REPUTABLE casinos...not mom and pop clipjoints and ultra rogues. You will find that just about EVERY case involves fraudulent behavior of some kind.

I have always maintained...and still do....that genuine and honest players at reputable casinos have NOTHING to worry about when it comes to being paid and treated fairly. If you're going to "live on the edge" and push the boundaries in order to try and gain an advantage, then you run the risk of falling over that edge....if you do the crime, you do the time.

It should be noted that, in nearly 20 years playing online, I have NEVER has winnings denied or confiscated or had an operator accuse me of anything untoward. I also know of many in the same boat. Yet, some players just seem to have trouble following them around. I wonder why that is?

I understand if I get paid it will be in amounts of UP TO 3000.00 per withdrawal via a wire. I also understand if I get paid that since it is a large sum I can request lager pay out amounts once the first withdrawal is completed, may not happen but I can request. I also understand that people have been paid in the past from this Casino, and I may not.

I am not angry or upset with Winpalace by any means at this point. Everything is clearly stated in there T&C.. So if Im not understanding or if you are reading something different please let me know. Thanks
I took the liberty of contacting the affiliate rep from this group on your behalf, to ask if they can do anything to speed up your withdrawals. If you could just PM me your casino log-in name, I will pass it on and he will have a look into it.
No promises!

Very nice of you to try to help KK.

But we all know its not going to do any good. They are probably all taking bets on how long it will take to get her to play off some, if not all of the balance. (I know u swore not to do it Fiona so stick to it)

The only way they will come back with anything "quicker" will be to try to launch a publicity stunt here, but I think they know that we are a smart bunch, and a majority of people really dislike this group. I personally cant stand them. Their terms and tactics drive me mad, and I have never played a day at anyone of their casinos.
