Withdrawals option was not available

I have spoken to the gambling commission on this and they are also very confused as why I was not given the option to put my winnings into pending withdrawals. I recently set up on loot casino , deposited with apple pay and had at one point £26000 to which I wanted to withdraw however there was no option I was asked to add a card to be able to withdraw to which I did then. Then I was asked to make a deposit to which to then was not allowed due apparently having the maximum real money balance! Normally when I gambled I have been allowed to process the withdrawal to pending while awaiting verification this allows me to protect my winnings from being gambled again which not the case with this. I'm happy to lose winning however it has to be fairly!

Wondered if this is illegal to do.

After posts were made about Betstakez, GoldenMirage and now Cryptostakez. I thought I would look into it a bit and its worse than I first thought.

There are probably more than 200 identical scam new online casino websites luring players in to steal their deposits.

I believe the scam goes like this:

1. Give player large No-Deposit Bonus.
2. Player plays fake versions of slots that are guaranteed to win huge
3. Players have to deposit money to "verify" and withdraw their winnings
4. Players deposit money and then are never able to withdraw.

It's a legit licensed site. Not that I could say how good or bad it is as it's yet another Jumpman group Casino. But it does hold a UK licence.

From what I understand in this situation is they Apple withdrawal was not available, the only reason an alternative / new payment option was asked for, together with a fresh deposit is to simply link the new payment method to the casino account.

Done this multiple times over the years, especially before I started using Skrill for everything gambling related to avoid this problem.

Problem seems is the large balance, system possibly picking up, why you would want to deposit with such a balance possibly?

May sound daft but something I'd consider, could you not "blow" £50 or so of the balance and then see if it will let you deposit the £50 back via a new card, thus linking the card to the account and creating an alternative withdrawal option?

Jono is spot on, they need a deposit to create a new closed loop for AML purposes.

I've never touched Jumpman sites as they never really had enticing welcome offers so don't have experience with a maximum balance or anything to that effect.

I would try seeing if displacing funds does anything like Jono suggests or trying to fix via live chat so that a new deposit is possible.

Thanks for the response, I did decrease my winnings to which it said the same. The reason I put into withdrawals pending is so that I avoid losing it while they do theyre check which did not happen. its bizarre but hey ho dont think it was meant to be as i lost alot of it !

From my own personal experience. I'd avoid jumpman like the plague.

Put a time out on the account so you dont spend anymore winnings.
