I deposited 36£ into my William Hill account, made it into 1100£, sent them my documents, they approved them and I still haven't got paid and it's been weeks.

Since you posted in the bonus complaint section would you care to elaborate on the bonus you played with and whether it is possible you breached their terms and conditions. If say, you deposited and got a bonus and bet the whole amount on roulette its likely your winnings will be voided. Approval of documents does not necessarily mean you will get paid if you did not adhere to the bonus terms. Let us know a bit more.

I am certain I didn't breach any terms. I played slots. Every time I email them, they reply that they are waiting for the security department and it's been weeks.

You may be right, chuchu, but anyway even if the OP did break any rule - William Hill shouldn't stay silent. Their Rep would better to step in and shed some light on the issue.

William Hill still owe me money.
It is only a small amount that I haven't been bothered with but it pesters me.

Time to Pitch-A-Bitch?

First please send the casino representative (if they have one here) a Private Message about your problem.
Reps are listed here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/?key=staff_members

After giving them a reasonable amount of time, if they do not put things right to your satisfaction, you can Pitch-A-Bitch.
This is CasinoMeister's FREE service to help players with problems at non-rogue casinos.

Before you start, make sure the casino in question is NOT in the Rogue Pit or on the No Can Do list.
(William Hills are not on those lists - I've already checked)

Of course they won't – to them it's your fault! They asked you for a lotta personal info, which you gladly delivered, to all your questions you got replies like „We're working on it“ when they are clearly NOT, or my personal favourite: „ Do not worry, we will take care of this issue and email you“ 1. They are not taking care of anything, b/ If they do email you, they usually do it to say sth's gone wrong and you can't have your money. I've played there, so trust me – I know. One day I've had it with those guys... I found 1bet – easy interface, every week new promotions/bonuses, CSR\s who don't lie to you...

You found 1bet. But 1bet doesn't accept players from the US, so how would you know they have "CSR\s who don't lie to you."? SBR gives 1bet a shaky C, and at least one other book review site has it blacklisted. Two posts, two recommendations for 1bet. Are you an affiliate for 1bet by any chance?

Warning...... shill alert!!!

Just as a pretty vague, kind of putting it out there comment. William Hill are a very well established/large/well regulated casino.

They wouldn't try to intentionally do anyone over in the same way some of the dodgier outfits might from a cash-flow/downright dickhead perspective.

They may however have a customer service issue that's holding things up, as is sometimes the case with the larger outfits.

I didn't have a particularly great experience with them (purely from a useless CS perspective/ill informed) - so don't play there.

Rest assured however that if you're owed the money legitimately (and you've not done anything naughty) - there's a 100% chance you'll get it.

Give them a ring or something.

Best of luck!

Im sure its solved now one way or another since this thread is from last year
