Wiccan VS Slotocash/Desert Nights

It seems like since Georgina has left things are going down hill for deckmedia.... Rep doesn't seem to sign in or answer PMs and they dont answer e-mails either. Maybe Casinomeister can reach someone to answer all these complaints that are mounting up.

Georgina is still responding to my PM's as late as last week. So I am confused by your comment.

Did she leave in the last few days?

I have also had different people besides Georgina respond to PM's sent to "Sloto" so I do think that depending upon the nature of the question, different people monitor the account and respond. When it was a w/d question, I have had PM's from Louise with a title of Finance Manager.

I find that I do get the best response from PM's through this forum than I do from sending emails to support or VIP email addresses.

Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.
I hope people understand that a rep is only as good as the organization will allow him/her. Even if Georgina hadn't left it is obvious that the group is plagued by financial problems. Guys, we have seen enough for the past couple of weeks. Jump ship if you hadn't done so already. Its only going to get worse, not better.

Let's give them a chance to respond knowing that many were probably at the conference this last week. I am confident that Bryan and Max are looking into this on our behalf since there have been so many concerned posts about an accredited casino.

I *know* first hand how hard it is to be patient when waiting for a w/d ----- but the group was accredited for a good reason. Let's have this play out and get a response from someone either representing DeckMedia or CM.

We have all seen accredited casinos drop from favor because of problems..............if it needs to happen Bryan et alia will review and decide. Let's not jump there without more information and investigation from the people we trust that run CM. It is good that we share our concerns as a kind of "early warning system" here on CM, but let's not condemn the group until we have more details and a review by CM. Those that are concerned should not deposit if it bothers you..............but I am not giving up on them.

I truly hope it is just a temporary glitch like other groups have seen occasionally. I like the Deck Media group because they have so many different software platforms to play on - willing to give them more time.

I don't know the nature of the other PM's or the "tone" perhaps that determines which ones get answered or in what order of priority. Maybe my VIP status gets more attention. I would hope all properly written business appropriate inquiries get responded to by the site, regardless of status. Plus I am sure that there are plenty of VIP status players with Deck Media besides me and much higher status than me. (especially given other threads about how many different types of VIP status that there are across casinos.

My pending w/d is also taking longer than usual so so I am not hiding my head in the sand, nor do I appear to be getting preferential treatment. But I am keeping lines of communication open and giving them time to sort it out.

"loyal customers who have not seen the light"?? I doubt there is anyone on CM who could possibly be unaware given the huge amount of threads/posts on this casino group. Per my earlier post ----let's see what happens now that the conference is over and people from Deck Media and CM are back to a normal business mode in the next few days. If its bad, then its bad. But I am not there yet.

I really don't think that Deckmedia group have cash problems. I think they have grown and can earn a lot of money without these "super fast withdrawals". US market is big, and those customers don't require a NetEller withdrawal in 60 minutes.

There is something strange going on, I can see that. I wonder why. Deckmedia have their own support, and they even have other casinos who uses their CS. They spare a lot of money on these smart organisations. Comparization with Rushmore is not doable. Rushmore never had that kind of good reputation, not by affiliates either.

What I'm afraid of, is that they have been sold. I hope we can receive some answers soon. KK? Bryan? Georgina?

I dont want account back if I cant even get the name of a employee. When you are a customer. It just tells me something smells foul..And when ever I give chat my real name and e-mail they just hang up the chat on me.

I first called lucky club casino were charlene answered and ask to speak to sandy who was on the slotocash chat then I asked about slotocash she asked for user name and said yes we now do support for deckmedia then went back to slotocash chat and poof charlene answered. Also you can see more at non bonus complaints were I am told yasmeen is answering casinomister pm for slotocash now and she answers jackpot capitol pms. Also I say Hey Charlene do you all plan on tell the casinomister people that jackpot capital is now running slotocash desert nights and miami club?????? And you see her answer she never says we dont or anything just what casino and user name. So that is jackpot capital.

Not only that, you've been around long enough to know that posting multiple times the same content and using CAPS to get attention is frowned upon.

Not only that, you've been around long enough to know that posting multiple times the same content and using CAPS to get attention is frowned upon.

I was just trying to help those that are getting no response send pms to someone that isnt there now they can maybe send it to the proper person. And facebook people getting no answers to e-mails as well. But thats fine I wont help no more.

My mistake.... I guess they share PMs as well since yasmeen is answering slotocash pms.... And If I asked for stephen bryan lauren georgina in chat and have no problem being transferred to them. But I should of known better then to try to help...So sorry to bother all those having issues.

Look....don't go off playing the victim. Nobody has suggested you weren't trying to help. You just went too far and made announcements that weren't yours to make (and may be inaccurate).

"So sorry to bother..." and "should have known better than to try to help"....come on...this isn't elementary school. Honestly.
 
Well I dont see how it can be inaccurate when i spoke to ashley yesterday and ask is Yasmeen now answering the slotocash private messages now that georgina is gone and she yes she is come on honestly. Couldnt a company have both accredited and unaccredited casinos as long as no one knows that you have anything to do with it? Cause the slotocash facebook page and desert nights facebook page posted all the time all stopped jan 10th no answers no more trivia contests nothing.
