posting the one by itself showing she took care of it so fast and that I was thankful thats ok. there was no frustration then. then when i post 2nd one that was frustrating I see. And yes lesson learned for sure.



Wiccan, you should just take this experience as a lesson learned and understand
that it comes with the territory of online gambling while living/playing in the U.S.

Most of these people on CM are not on your side (and for the right reasons)
due to the big no no's that you committed trying to get your point across.
I for sure DO NOT agree with you posting PM's from Ms. Sloto. That's personal
info that she probably appreciated confidential. I could sense a level of frustration
coming from her when she pointed out about you spewing the PM's on the thread and she
just decided to post back on the thread the replies instead of PMing.

Dan was a jerk and she addressed the issue and apologized. She also said that she would
handle this matter to your SATISFACTION. Have some class next time. Good luck.
 
Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.
I didnt threat chargebacks till i was told even when we return the double charges your account will be closed and never reopened.

Any casino has the right to close your account for any reason provided they don't owe you money.

If you were told your account would be closed after the double charges were returned, you had no right or reason to even consider a charge back. The money you wagered and lost no longer belongs to you. The rest was going to be returned.
 
If you can tell me how I am being rude and discourtous I would appreciate it so I can learn from my mistakes.
Here's some advice:

One thing to note is that most members here want the problem in a nutshell. Explain what happened in three sentences or less - and tell us what you want done about it. Posting a long-ass chat session just turns people off, unless it's one like this. :p

Seriously, in order to engage people and to convince them you are in the right, you need to learn to summarize and keep your cool. Brevity is the soul of wit.

Also, don't let your emotions get the best of you. When dealing with stressful or frustrating situations, think and respond like a Vulcan.

And I did contact support via chat (Dan) chat is support is what I was told. And you act like I knew what Dan would say in chat I had no idea that was going to happen and if you look at my last message in that chat he says wait and I say that i said I would. Even the casino rep apoligized for his behavor which is very appreciated in her pm. Ok I will comply with there request for the same thing 20-30 times or should it be more? And you are 100% right I wanted to damage there reputation I knew all things that would say and be done from the chat to the removal of the facebook post and all the e-mails and even the PM. Maybe I should use my power in a more productive way ya I think the next thing you are going to do is PM me your credit card info and write I have your permission to use it any time I want.

Now that you have the full attention of the rep, you WILL get this taken care of. Dan has already been reprimanded, and what may be happening now is that further CS errors are coming to light, such as the repeated requests for the bank statements. It seems Ms Sloto is being told one thing by one department, and another thing by another.

Nothing trips a casino into full blown paranoia mode like the magic word "chargeback". It's like starting a war and sending the enemy a full inventory of your military prowess in the hope they back down. Chargeback is the "nuclear weapon" that every player has, but one they never admit to possessing, just like countries posturing before a war (exceptions are of course the big nuclear powers, we all know they have it, no point denying it).

The problem of using the chargeback is one of mutually assured destruction, where you win the battle with the casino, but lose the war after being added to every blacklist known to the industry.

I have been with this group for some years. I went to sign into my accounts and was told to contact customer support. I did I was told that my accounts were closed by risk management. I told them that Georgina took care of this a year ago and even sent a copy of her PM from here. I was then told today this is a final decision and it doesnt matter what any of there employees told me. I think the something has happened to this casino group and hope that casinomeister looks into it.

Can you email that picture to support instead? Usually they are better, many times we have seen live chat cs make mistakes.

A suggestion... Contact the Sloto forum rep here, pronto. If no satisfaction, and you wish Max to look into it, please PAB. That would sort of make your complaint 'official'. If you'd like Bryan to see this thread, please send him a PM with the thread link and hopefully he'll see it when he returns.

I'm not sure what the big deal is that a casino is refusing access to a player and locking them out. As long as no money is owed, it is completely the right of the casino, for any reason, to not let players play or to not give players bonuses (although they should not send bonuses that cannot be redeemed). I have been bonus barred before and have never taken offense to it. Is it annoying to get locked out by "risk management"? Yes, it is, but it is their right.

Non payment of winnings is an entirely different issue. If you played within the rules, you should be paid.

I, for one, do not see the relevance at all with a casino locking an account to another player not getting paid. If anything, that gives me more confidence that they will pay all their debts. If they wanted to rob players and not pay, why would they bother locking anyone's account or cutting them off from bonuses. That goes for the tin foil hat group as well that believes casinos can "flip the switch." If a casino could "flip the switch," they would never have to bonus bar, they could just increase the bonuses and change the settings!

and i never thought i will go this way but something smells not good in slotocash/desertnights since few weeks

I just feel sorry for people that act like that. They are used to people getting angry at them, and no matter what, they will probably still think it's everyone else that's in the wrong. It's sad really.

Hehe,obviously though, they are here to get peoples backs up. One of them had the cheek and audacity to say that Dianes's picture was inappropriate for the forum. Hope they get shot off!!:)
